Took 4 euros and am unable to retrieve
I don’t normally write reviews, but this app is particularly frustrating to me. We use it in our workplace and it’s the only option for vending machines. Logged in with Apple ID, added 10 euros to the account, spent 6, tried to spend more and was blocked because I needed to re-log in. Logged in and cannot verify my US phone number because they will not send me a PIN. Now I have tired “too many times” and they have to “lock” the account, providing no help or further support. Incredibly frustrated. Do not recommend using.
It never works, I want my money back!

The app does not work and locked me out of my money account
After working for one day, the app logged me out and won’t let me log back in. It says it will text me a code but never does. The texts came through when I originally signed up but now nothing arrives. This just happened to another colleague at the same time. There is no way to request tech support in the app. And my account balance is locked away and I can’t access it. The worst app I’ve used.
Absolutely unusable
The app is so long to set up it is not worth it. Also, it will not be useful to buy stuff as you will still have to phisically put the coins inside the machine.
Doesn’t work
Just let me pay for your stuff. I want to pay. It doesn’t work for us number. Fix.
If from the US, don’t use
The app will allow you Sign in with Apple ID and to use and refill for the first day, then will log you out. The US number cannot be verified and there is no clear way how to contact them to get your money back. Just walk to a store instead!
