طلب الارجاع كل مره يتكنسل ولم يتم استلام الارجاع لكن باذن الله ترجع حقي وزاره التجاره

التسوق عبر التطبيق غير آمن بسبب ارسال منتجات بديله عن المطلوب في سلة التسوق ولايتم تحديث وصول الشحنة حتى نتمكن من ارجاعها

دايما تغلطون في منتجات و تطرشون بضاعة غلط و ماعندكم حلول لمشاكل الي تحدث بسبتكم

المتجر اون لاين سيء يوصولو لك الطلب ناقص والمشكلة حاسبينه عليك ولمن تكلم الدعم يقولك الطلب وصلك طيب مو موجود يعني اكذب عليكم ؟!

الموقع جدا ضعيف واحيانا يحذف البحث ويطلعني برا اما بالنسبه للطلبات والارجاع جدا ممتاز

خدمة عملاء + خدمة التوصيل سيئة جدا جدا جدا لا انصح بالتعامل
Horrible
Before I placed my order it told me it would be delivered on a certain day and that was the reason I ordered in the first place, after I placed my order it said it would come later and Im traveling on that day. Why would you tell me a different day before I place my order and change it after I place my order. I called Max to ask if I could collect it myself instead of them delivering it, and she said no. Why no? I’m so disappointed ! And on top of that, I pre paid and I won’t even be home by the time it arrives.

I have made my first order yesterday , today I received a massage that my order is canceled with no reason, awful experience, i do not recommend.

طلبت منهم واحتجت أرجع بعض القطع وللأسف ما قدرت أرفع طلب إرجاع من خلال التطبيق فيه كثير من المشاكل سواء بتجربة المستخدم أو بالعمليات الأساسية بالتطبيق.
مزعج جدًا كل شوي لازم اتصل على رقمهم ولا خلصوا عملية الارجاع 😃 شركات توصل من بريطانيا أسرع وأكثر احترافية. هذه أول وآخر تجربة للطلب من ماكس اونلاين.

The worst products ever I had received a pants and after wearing it , it was totally damaged and I had tried to call the call center many times but no assistance at all so I need some one to contact as soon as possible.

اداء التطبيق سيء، سنه حتى تفتح الخانات والواجه لا تعرض اي منتج غير عند البحث اتمنى التعديل استخدمو ناس محترفه تفهم بالبرمجه والتطبيقات لان واضح اللي مصممه مبتدئ ولا يدري ايش الطبخه

لااتصح بالتعامل مع ماكس فاشون باي حال من الاحوال
تطبيق سئ لابعد حد. خدمة العملاء سيئين ومايردون الواجهة سيئة ومافيه اي خاصية تساعد في تسهيل البحث. تطبيق فاشل جدا ومافيه اي مصداقيه. تجربتي فيه سيئة وقررت مقاطعة ماكس نهائيا بسبب هالتجربة

كنسلو طلبي و بعدها بشهر سحبو مني المبلغ حق الطلب من البنك فجأة بدون استئذاان مع العلم ان الطلب مكنسل صرله شهر !!

تطبيق فاشل جداً جداً تأخير في تسليم الطلبات و لا يوجد رقم للتواصل مع الشركة يتم التواصل مع روبوت ولا يوجد اسم شركة الشحن و تم رفع شكوى لوزارة التجارة ولن يتم الطلب منهم مرة اخرى

يجب تحسين عملية الاستلام من الفرع الطلب غير موجود عند الذهاب مع انه مكتوب جاهز للاستلام

It’s the worst store ever
Horrible costumer service
I ordered a clothing set from them and only one piece came (only the shirt and no pants)the shirt even had a sticker that said that it was a part of a set.
I tried contacting them and it was no help,I emailed them and they had a computer reply to me and not a real person I could address the issue to,I also tried contacting them with Facebook messenger and instagram dm but there was no reply.
I would never buy from them again and you can find lots of different online shops with good customer service other that there trash service.😒
