Horrible. Place an order to go, just to stand there waiting for it for over half an hour then to be told they don’t have an order for me. What? I just paid and placed it! FINALLY after they were trying to find it and I was waiting for it to be “cooked and made” I get a notification it was cancelled. What a joke. Won’t be using it again. On top of that the app has ALWAYS had issues. It lags and it’s just not worth the time or $ to use it. I’ll pass!

Tentando comprar os pacotinhos de figurinhas da copa por 5 reais como foi anunciado e quando vou pagar muda pra 7 reais! Me obrigaram a baixar esse lixo de app pra pegar com desconto e depois de baixar, criar a conta, colocar meus 100 pacotinhos no carrinho muda pra 7?!? Sem nexo! Comida cancerígena nem o próprio CEO desse lixo comeu um big Mac inteiro!! Fiquem longe desse aplicativo e dessa empresa!
Pesimo Delivery
La app tiene muchas deficiencias en el servicio. Tarda horas en llegar y si hay algún problema la “ayuda al cliente” no existe.
Hice un pedido grande y llegaron solo 3 gaseosas grandes (de otro pedido que no hice yo). Nadie se hace cargo ni tampoco me reembolsan el dinero.
Pagué $53000 y me entregaron 3 gaseosas que no pedi!!!!!
Se van a denuncia a defensa al consumidor.

App glitch makes it unusable
There is a glitch that says there is a new version of the app available, when you download the new version you are met with the same issue “there is a newer version available”. Restarting the phone makes no difference, deleting the app and downloading again doesn’t solve the issue.

La aplicación solicita actualizar y cuando busco la misma no es correcto. Se han quedado con dos aplicaciones que abrí y las bloquearon!!!

La app estaba funcionado excelente hasta que bajo esta nueva versión y cuando entrara se queda diciendo “hay una nueva versión disponible de McDonald’s app” desde ahí no puedo hacer nada más.
Slow to load and respond
App takes forever to load, even on new iPhone models. Frustrating experience every time I have to open the app. All I ask is to just let me open the app and not have to deal with distractions with new items available immediately upon launch.

This app is just trash, when you order sometimes you need to go back and forth to just get it right. I did manage to order and when I arrived to the restaurant the app never generated an order number. I was discussing with manager becahe never pulled out the order number to I could receive the foood i ordered. After the discussion I proceeded to cancel the darn order and now it is showing my order WAS FULFILLED!!!!!

Atrocious
To pay they require a name, a national id, an email and a phone number. If you give in and decide to give it to them, they still don’t even text you. The only good thing I can say is that by making it hard to eat here they go a long way towards helping you make much better and healthier dining choices.

App NEVER works
App rarely works. Will work for a week and then can’t load for months at a time. I think they try to get you to just buy their products at full price since you can’t access your points or deals. I would give it less than a star if I could.

Open the app, often says all restaurants closed in my area when they are not. If they say they are open you order and they say we never got your order.

In three ocasions I ordered from the app and the store never received the order. The store was able to giveme the order at counter, for drive up i left without food…

Useless and pointless
I’ve used many times and often the restaurant doesn’t receive the order. With this most recent update it requires you to register your date of birth and name but the app gets stuck on the name page. Horribly designed and integrated.
Worst service Ever.
I wasted my lunch hour trying to register in this dumb app because now I can’t even order in person without it. And then when I went to scan my profile QR code to order I got an error and wasn’t allowed to place an order. This was the last time I buy McDonalds and its all thanks to this App
Scammed by monopoly
Of course they market the idiotic monopoly game but don’t let you play retroactively. This is the last time that I go to McDonald’s. Good luck with the FTC
App for Puerto Rico
I changed to an iPhone 15 pro and I downloaded the app for my area but when I log in I never get the code to finish my login. When I had the app on my iPhone 8 Plus it worked and visited McD’s at least several times a week. I haven’t returned due to the app not working right.

Horrible aplicación
No dice en ningún momento donde viene mi pedido, mas de una hora de “en reparto” además de un servicio al cliente que se demora en aparecer tampoco soluciona nada y la única opción es cancelar el pedido para comer en otro lugar

Costumer service and chat is non existent and help is never given. Can’t get a representative or steps to resolved my issues. I always have the same issues with McDonald’s at hato rey 3 where they take 45 minutes to complete an order.

Apple Pay doesn’t work, products are bad configured. You go to buy a melt cheese with cappuccino and it shows only bread… Disappointing

At least here in Puerto Rico, after a certain hour, this app only lets you pick up through the same drive-thru as everyone else, so you DON’T SAVE ANY TIME. You still have to wait in the exact same line as everyone to get your order, and they ridiculously close the dining room. On top of that, when you place an order, you can’t know for sure if you’ll be able to pick it up inside or if it will be drive-thru only until after you’ve already paid - and once the payment is submitted, it doesn’t let you cancel or process an instant refund. It’s basically like they’re forcing you to go pick it up no matter what. The best thing that could happen is for Corporate USA to run all the McDonald’s in Puerto Rico so they can get rid of these stupid rules.

Estoy hace meses tratando un problema con los puntos. Me contestan el correo diciendo que necesitan más info, a pesar que la info ya está toda en el correo, y cuando se las mando de nuevo no vuelven a contestar. Un desastre.

Es necesario tener azúcar de dieta que no sea equal. Ya nadie la consume por es Aspartame. Puede ser Estevia. Deben tener también azúcar morena. Mayor simpatía en el servicio.
Impersonal and Stupid!
The app or the kiosk is the ONLY acceptable ordering method in ALL the restaurants anymore. Including the communities of elderly who aren’t attached to their device. And Lord knows we are trying to DETACH kids from theirs…but nuggets!! Anyone who DOES come to the register (eventually) is trained to shame you. Second, the app WILL NOT let you use technology to make paying easier. Their OWN gift card cannot be used on the ONLY ordering system they want. STUPID!
