Buyer beware
I would not use this app or even go anywhere near it. I definitely wouldn’t get my medication‘s filled through them. All they do is take your money and don’t fill your medications. And then if you ask for a refund because they refuse to refill your medication‘s then they refuse to give you a refund. Stay away!

THE WILL NOT CANCEL
This app has repeatedly taken the money out of my accounts after canceling after three days or using. I’ve deactivated account and deleted. Customer service ignoring my requests to stop charging.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I signed up for a service that included both a medical review and prescription medication. After completing my intake and submitting all required documentation, I received no provider, no consultation, and no medication.
Despite this, I was charged $171.
When I requested a cancellation and refund, I was given vague responses like “your refund is under review” with no clear timeline. I also contacted support multiple times and was misdirected through their phone system, never reaching the appropriate department.
What’s most concerning is that I was told my subscription had been canceled, but it was still active. I had to go back into the system myself and cancel it to prevent further charges. I later received a confirmation email showing the cancellation only occurred after I did it manually-proving the initial information I was given was inaccurate.
This experience reflects a lack of transparency, poor customer service, and concerning billing practices. I have since filed a dispute with my bank.

Received an unskippable ad
I PAY for this app yet received an unskippable ad that forced to me to “fill out a form” or “learn more” about glp’s that they are selling.

I wanted to give this app a try and wasted a trial because I’ve downloaded and paid for many but they were disappointing or did t work for me.
Crashed
Loved the app for awhile. Really helped with my daily tracking. With recent update to them selling GLP meds my app has crashed. Deleted all my data and says now I don’t have a paid subscription. Stuck at the first screen where it starts everything from scratch over and over. Cant get in to app to try and restore but the onetime I did all my info and tracking from last 6 months is gone. Total bummer. I can always rebuild my recipes and food tracker but I can’t even get into the app to try and fix. At least I did it through appleID so I can cancel that way
