This Meesho app is so irritating this is my 7 th that shows that my order has been delivered but no delivery guy called and I have not received my order also so irritating hate this app don’t do this again or else Iam going to report continuously………
Worst service!! Don’t try and waste your time and money!!
If you place your order and waited for 10 days to delivery, final delivery day they will cancel your order automatically and give explanation like order misrouted. If you contact help desk agent, the will simply copy paste 10 lines of junk content only. What ever questions you asks, they will copy paste 1 big paragraph only. Other platforms AI is far better than Meesho Agents.
Problematic app
Unable to raise return request. Continuously gives error. And then I clicked on help but that was throwing error too. So if you want to return stuff, Meesho is not the app for you.

I order mosquito after bite roll in meesho app and they sent wrong product and i exchange bt again they sent wrong . then they tall there's no option what we can do very bad service

Don’t send your products through valmo delivery…my all products were cancelled in date of delivery due to unavailability of their agents (more than 3) products were cancelled in last movements 🥺

I will like to reports Meesho app for not not delivering my order which I paid through online and no longer I can use meesho either no refund.Very disappointed 🤬🤬

Dont fall into the trap of low price. You are compromising on services. They take your returns and dont refund your money. So, its actually wastage of money. You are also going to compromise on the quality of the product.

NEVER TRUST MEESHO
I ordered a pair of shoes on 1st February 25, they delivery date was 11th February, they keep delaying the order, I have also tried contacting customer care the first one said that I’ll receive it by 14th Feb and now the second one is saying I’ll receive it tomorrow or two days after. This company is utter nonsense. I don’t want to go offensive but the best name you can give this company is “CHOR COMPANY”. Never trust these people as we are not sure if they give refunds and never trust this app as all Indians are getting fooled by this, and I soon may send this app to CYBER POLICE, because their words don’t have any value. AND I WANT THE ADRESS IF THIS ACOMPANY IF ANYONE HAS!

We ordered 10 products and were charged money for all 10, however we received only 1 product, we contacted customer care and they said we will be getting a refund however they keep delaying the refund process, and we are not receiving the money. This app is a huge scam. A great way to fool customers and obtain money.
Never trust this app
The product was not delivered as it requires OTP confirmation from the customer. While the OTP is generated, the delivery agent doesn’t even call to collect it, yet the status is updated as ‘delivered.’ When we try to contact customer care, the service is extremely poor-they ask us to call back after two hours. Even after finally connecting and raising an incident, they close the issue without providing any resolution. The consumer is left without support or a proper solution.
Fraud app it will rob
Don’t use this app for any purchase. They will cheat you. I order one product 5 pack they delivered 1 pack and never received my money back. I called multiple times to complain about it but no resolution.

Never ever trust meshoo and place prepaid orders
I have placked a prepaid order and it has to be delivered on 8th of sept I did not receive the package on time I have contacted customer care they said they will raise a case and will deliver the package I have ordered two more packages which has a delivery date of 9th sept they got delivered and as they are not good and as expected i have placed a return when delivery associate picked it up on 10th sept. Still i did not receive my 8th sept package. I again contacted customer care first we can never talk or chat with an agent immediately, they will kill us for 15 to 20 mins with common blurbs and then if we request and request they will connect to an agent where they will take 20 min to check the previous msgs and then will come back with the same blurbs. They wont cancel the package and they wont even deliver the product. Its been a week and i am contacting them regularly and the same thing is happening daily still they are saying we will raise a case and look into it. I did not get the package and i did not get the money as well. Never ever trust meeshoo and place prepaid orders.

Meshoo is World biggest fake waste and beggar company instead of buying this app Amazon and Flipcart is good and best. Meesho customer service and backend team is very bad service , I ordered worth of 4500rs product, all products quality was bery bad I returned the products through app but they didn’t pickup my product July 18 to July 30th , I called customer care every single day 4 to 5 times until today they didn’t solve my problem. They are inhumane and have no shame to say things, not even one percent of respect.

Multiple times I lost money on Meesho because they don’t deliver the ordered product and they don’t refund money. Customer care is completely useless.

Meesho allowed me to signup with my international number but not allowed my that number for call back option and also not allowed to update Indian number. while I want a complain about my missing products, there is no contact number and they are not responding to my emails. Even I email their legal team they are also not responding.

Deliver low quality product and will not do return pick up
I ordered a dress item from Meesho app as the photograps given where of good looking. But they delivered very low quality product. So I decided to return and all drama happened starting from there. One company called Shadowfac has been assigned as delivery partner and they scheduled pick up and started giving missed call after 8 PM in the night and will change the status as Unable to contact customer. They never comes for pick up. Very bad experience with Meesho and will delete this app from my phone.
Can’t trust!
I spent so much time choosing stuff that I want and ordered., only to realize that they canceled 95% of my order and refunded because sellers couldn’t dispatch in time!! Cannot trust them with my time again! Never shopping here.

Spam Calls
I enjoyed meesho shopping, all items are reasonable compared to other online platforms, but after shopping from meesho, there are so many spam calls almost everyday! I believe meesho should focus on securing the data of customers and their website. I strongly feel the data privacy is being breached and it leads to scam calls and spam calls. My family to whom the items were delivered, are so tired of having spam calls everyday till now.

They keep the hourly/daily flash deals.. but within 1 sec, it’ll go out of stock.. if by any miracle, your order goes through, they’ll cancel the order saying you cancelled.. sometimes they say order has shipped, reached your city, but then will be out of stock. Customer service is of no help..
