I authorize to allocate all company’s assets in all accounts to be released as compensations to all satisfies all complaints and negative reviews that are missing or disappears from comments. This is how corruption starts and terrible business practices are used.

This game is a scam I have played it deleted it played it and deleted it again. You will sit for hours and get some of the worst hands ever while others gets AA, KK, AK back to back and when you finally do get a AA or KK you will still lose to someone with a nothing hand

You are NOT playing against opponents. You are playing against the rigged developers who manipulate the game to choose who they want to win. Also, they CHEAT in payouts. TWICE today they failed to pay full winnings. I've seen it happen macrons. Also...good luck contacting support. They've got that fixed too! Stay away. It's frustrating more than entertaining.

Don’t Buy Chip - You’ll get Bad Hands
This app was super fun until I started to purchase more chips. I noticed that I never got good hands and even my great hands like Pocket Aces or Kings would get cracked by a straight or a flush. I’m really disappointed that this app appears to turn against you once you make purchases. Not sure why the algorithm screws you over after a few purchases 😞

This game is being run by unscrupulous people, I was playing and had over 3.5 billion chips , when it suddenly says sorry for the interruption because of a system maintenance. It said it was going to be 60 mins or more, when it was available to log on, all my chips were gone including what I had in the bank over 12 billion chips, it includes my winnings and some I bought for 99 cents twice. It took my money and winnings and had me start again, pure thieves. I tried contacting but to no avail, my username is Itsallmine!!, at least give me my money back you thieves!!! This is the worst bad beat no fun game app ever. Instead of having fun, it pisses you off by having you experience continuous bad beats even if you have the best hand. So you spend your money on chips that you will lose imminently!

Worst game does play real odds. You can have the perfect hand and still lose. It is mathematically impossible to lose in the manner the cards hit the board. This is not fair.

Stay away from this total bs algorithms and non real stats for poker hands ! I played 97 hands straight and not one once even with 3 of a kind of higher ! Just played my last game with these clowns ! I have an ace and eight of hearts ! I go all in as usual the computer (scam) goes all in with 3 and 4 off suit ! An ace and an eight pops up and then 2 3’s !! Ofcourse 3 of a kind ! Ridiculous ads
9 out of 10 ads ads are over 2 minutes long. This game has an opportunity to earn $60 million by watching “short” videos. These videos are NOT SHORT. There’s one video for some game where the video itself is 87 seconds, then there’s an additional 13 seconds where it hopes you’re going to download the game. There’s some videos they extend the video itself by playing it 2 or more times before the X to close it comes up and those videos are at least 90 seconds long. They are not short.
Game is okay but watch out how it tries to cheat you.
Example: when you play the challenges. Right now one of my challenges is to earn 50M in Cash Game 2.5M/5M where the buy-in is 100M -600M. If I click on GO, it automatically takes me to click on 25M/50M where the buy in is 1B - 6B. When you have enough money & you don’t catch it, you go into the game & you’re first deal is a buy-in of 50M.
Also, There are too many times bad beats happen. Seriously, twice I had 3 of a kind and the other player pulls an inside straight.

It appears that this game’s algorithm is set up to make you win or lose depending on which league you are in and what day of the week it is. Doesn’t matter if you spend money, eventually come Thursday PST you will likely start a losing streak until Monday after the new league cycle starts. Crazy that it’s so obvious. So if you find yourself in a regular losing cycle, pay attention.

Game is set to make sure that certain players are given major advantages over others, and if you tick off their staff by contacting support when they don’t pay you on something you win, they’ll set it so you can never draw a decent hand ever again. Don’t get drawn into spending a dime on this garbage app.

Do not buy chips. When you buy chips you start losing. If you have a flush, someone else (probably a bot) has a full house. If you have a full house, someone else has four of a kind. Comically rigged. The more chips you purchase the worse your luck gets. And there are always bots in Omaha who go all in every hand to quickly take all of your chips.

From bad to worse
The bad beats and bad players, if they are real, not bots, are worse than ever. Three games in a row now with not one playable hand. Bad players regularly calling all in with garbage only to be rewarded on the river every single time. They used to stand behind their certification here every time a complaint comes up, but it looks like they’ve given up on that too. Must’ve lost their certification
Its even worse now, every time i have the upper hand vs some donk (bot?) that has trash, i get sucked out on all in. EVERY SINGLE TIME. My chips have gone from 130 billion+ to less than 30 billion getting cheated by impossible odds sucking out every single sit n go.

I came in second in one of the 5 player tournaments and wasn’t given my winnings, which should have been the buy-in plus some change. Be warned: the app will cheat you!
Terrible experience
The graphics are great. The rest is a money grab and losing pit. Other players are right, once you buy chips, you will not win even in position with premium hands and great pot odds. Never seen anything like this. Stay away.

DONT BUY CHIP AT ALL THEY CHEAT YOU WHEN YOU DO YOUR NOT PLAYING OTHER PPL 9 times out of 10 it’s the computer. Every time i buy chips i lose every single big hand on the river the computer calls with nothing at all or they might have a pair in there hand I’ll have two best pairs on the flop and every single time they hit trips on the river or a flush and even the board would turn into a straight just by that one card the computer has in its hand so they can when I’ve been playing for years and I never seen it so grimey like this very disappointed and once I use the rest of my chips im deleting this app and write bad reviews about this once a weeks for years to come to warn others to not buy chips it’s rigged 100%

If you’re wanting to make purchases on apps like this watch out for your overall bottom line, I purchased a $.99 add-on and it charged me 19.99 plus tax. This is not the first time - but when my logic out won my memory- I did some research. I will be reporting this and a chargeback has been started
