It used to be better
It is not possible to improve the video quality even once without half a note. it used to be a great app, but what kind of people have become greedy. What's the fun of this app when it's free if I can do everything myself in capcut? I need a quality improvement, it used to be fashionable to improve at least 3 times without a subscription, then once, and now it's zero. It's very productive. I understand that everyone needs money. but they would give at least three free times a day.

不买会员p好的图要看广告才能存就算了，看完广告之后等永远停在广告页面不停跳转要你下其他app, 然后很sketch的要按下一步页面才 有可能 存得了p好的图。一个p图软件做的太不纯粹，不可能充会员的

you guys took away the ability to save our templates, which is very inconvenient and part of why I preferred this among other editing apps. I feel like my membership is now a waste.
Why remove templates?
The only reason I used this app is because it would allow you to save your own templates (face editing and color) which made editing multiple photos so much quicker and uniform. I dont understand why this feature was removed??

Where did the template feature go?
This was my favorite editing app. But for some reason as of recent, the interface changed and suddenly I can’t make my own templates and save them anymore for quick editing. I don’t know if this feature moved or if it’s not available anymore, but I’m a VIP member and this is very infuriating. Please fix this.
Money hungry
I want to test out everything to see if I actually wanted to use this app and it looks good. I’m not going to lie, but it’s a money hungry app it puts you on ads and then when you try to get the free seven day trial that are promotes it will give you everything it doesn’t it lies and then whenever you try to use the things they for the seven day free trial it takes you back where you last paid never downloading again

the flash filter is amazing but messes up faces… so it’s not even worth it
Decent app, bad forceful ads that prevent you to continue
This app forces ads from games upon you when you try to save photos and forces you to the app store to install these games. They deceptively hide the X on these ads and you can't even close these ads sometimes and prevents you from saving the photo you spent so much time editing. Ridiculous.

This app used to be my favorite app for editing and filtering but I’ve noticed myself using it less and less because of the amount of ads! It’s very inconvenient while editing to have ads constantly popping up. I’ll be looking for a better app with NO ADS.

Usually love this app but there’s a new bug where an ad will pop up and after it goes away your photo is back in its original state… it’s incredibly frustrating. FIX IT

Please change this and add this feature!!!! This is wanted by everyone- Add support for Apple raw and pro-res saving! It's always degrading the quality of my content. And also there's way too many paid features and too little free features. You're already making money from ads and selling our data there's no need for this subscription tier. I paid for it for one year and it was not worth it I canceled it. you're making this app way less useful taking away all these features constantly for 'paid only' tiers. The main features I use it for you took away for paid only so I'm now seriously considering deleting it. The way to know If a photo/video app is truly a good app, is if they don't need a premium subscription to get revenue. The app could be vastly improved and way more used and downloaded by everyone if you delete this subscription tier since you already have ads and other revenue.
Language change to Korean and no help available to change it back
I touched something by mistake, all the controls are in Korean. I can’t find any place to get help to change it back. I even tried translating all the Korean menus hoping I could figure it out. I am not happy.
The ads are driving me crazy
What's wrong with all the ads? There isn't a single button for me to quit the ads it just gets stuck on the screen and I can't even save my edited pictures. Just uninstalled the app this is ridiculous.
What for?
It asks me to subscribe. Why? You can make it Ad. supported. No one is going to pay $59/year for apps that they only use occasionally.

Absolutely ridiculous. The app is fine but pushing people to buy the subscription is too much, especially breaking guidelines and showing a live activity that stays on your screen

The literal app is called “photo and video editor” and you can’t even do either of those things without being hit by the paywall for every feature you click on. Absolutely ridiculous and a massive waste of space on my phone.
⚠️ Beware, they are scamming people
I signed up for a free one-week trial, but they started charging my card on the same day. I cancelled the subscription that very day, but they still charged me for the annual plan. I didn’t even get to use the free week - they charged me for a full year on the very first day.
