I thought it has improved but it’s really bad, poor song quality, out pitch, poor song choices and most songs they have are available on YouTube with better music orchestras! You can just buy an app that reduces pitch and speed! This time I’m really upset as the songs I was hoping to find are not available. Need my money back!

I joined this app through my ITunes account. It worked for a few days, $ stopped working, asking me to pay the subscription, which was already deducted. So I sent an email along with the receipt of my payment from apple. Even after that, it took many days for them to start it,, which lasted for a weak or so. Again, the same story! Every month, on 24th my subscription is deducted but this app does not work Again my email to them with the receipt requesting them to start it again. This has been going on since 24 th of April 2020. How much more patience am I expected to have. Is this the way to do business? Rather than keeping your clients happy, you seem to enjoy keeping them annoyed & disappointed. I feel that the least the developers can do is to return my money for these 4 months or give me 4 months of free service. Even now it is not working! Out of sheer frustration, I’m just deleting this app!

Data not visible in “Dark Theme” of IOS13

Your just released version to work under ios13 has not been tested fully. Please try using it under iOS setting of Dark theme. As you have chosen font color as black, they are invisible and unreadable in all those menus wherever you are showing icons on LHS.
Please rest throughly and update the app to resolve this issue.

Poor subscription management and security
This service used to have facility to unsubscribe anytime. Now, you have to send a mail to unsubscribe. They don’t give anything without auto renewal.
On security, they send welcome mail with user name and passwords in plain text. The mail will also have the os version, IP address etc.
I have to give it where it’s due. The Hindi karaoke collection is very nice. Other languages don’t have good lyrics, but it’s not too bad.
I will come back to it when they correct the account maintenance and security.

Auto renewal cannot be cancelled
Meragana is a nice karaoke app.
But beware - this app has a bug that results in an endless auto renewal subscription on your iPhone. There is no option to cancel the auto renewal and meragana has no clue and unwilling to help. Subscribe only if you wish to pay $5 to meragana for the rest of your life!!

Does not work after Dec 2019
The app worked ok for a few months after purchasing the subscription (although it would sporadically prompt to subscribe and I’d have to “restore purchase”....but after December 2018 it ceased to work altogether. Keeps asking for subscription information and refuses to accept / recognize what is a valid subscription per itunes billing.
Not sure if the breakagae occured as a result of something Meragana did vs an IOS update breaking it, but nonetheless the developers need to fix it asap and ideally refund at least the past few months of subscription fees.

Can’t find any songs anymore
I paid for downloaded the app since I had used it successfully last couple of years but this time it really bombed on me
I could not find many popular songs and when I found one, it’s music was off beat compared to the lyrics

THEY DO NOT UPDATE WHEN APPLE UPDATES. SO YOU CAN NOT RUN THEIR APP ON ANY APPLE DEVICE. I DOWNLOADED CHROME TO ACCESS THIER SONGS ONLINE BUT THEY SEND ME BACK TO APPLE APP THAT DOES NOT WORK. THEY HAVE A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WROTE TO THEM BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY. SO AS AN APPLE USER YOU ARE STUCK.
Charged twice for in app purchase on iPhone and iPad with same user id
Not sure why was I charged twice with the same user id on my personal home devices.

I just paid and downloaded the app and updated my phone to iOS 11. App flips upside down upon playing songs and shows only half screen. No output to bluetooth either. Support number in US with no response.

Horrible quality
Bought this subscription but will cancel. This product does not work well on iPhone & iPad. It's not been tested at all. Song search horrible. Streaming with delays on most days. I don't understand why the delay if they are downloading first. Also Apple TV is not supported. If you use AirPlay from phone, then too it has hiccups. These I guess are Apple's issues.

Please for God sake, do not purchase this app. It is a big fraud. Upon sign in, it takes you to purchase subscription and no matter how many times you purchase (I purchased three - one week subscriptions thinking there could have been an error) you can not move beyond this stage. This is not the way to make honest money. What a disappointment!

Meragana website is really superb & the subscriptions are worth it - I use it regularly. However this APP is probably just User interface designed without anything behind - it doesn't work at all ! Moreover, it asks you to pay 5-50$ depending on subsc. period & doesn't do anything after that :-) . I chatted with their customer service to only waste my time - she kept asking me for same information I gave her in my 1st line of chat ! I wonder how could Apple let them publish this App when it doesn't work at all ! I wish to give star in minus (-10 stars). Waste of time.
song servers are not robust enought to stream songs
This app does not load the karaoke songs as it promises. Most of the songs are stuck at loading at random percentages and never completely load. It then throws the error that there is a network issue. My internet is fine and everything else works on the phone. Looks like their servers are not robust enough to stream even a single song. I am very frustrated! I want to get my money back!
