Needs a quality of life update. Took a break a few years ago only to return to the game and realize nothing has changed. We need a quality of life update. There is a “Merge 5” button for dragons, why can’t there be one for items??? Especially when working on wonders like the life flowers, it would save just a little extra time and motivate players to keep playing and not give up on the game. Which, given this is one of those micro-transaction games where the goal is to keep people playing and paying, you’d think the devs would do anything to do so. Give. Us. A. Merge. 5. Button. For. Items. PLEASE!!!

Can’t Play
So I use to play this on my computer but now I want to play on my iPad and when I try to log in it says to me “Your account already has a backup saved in the cloud, but it cannot be restored to this device because this version of Merge Dragons! is not updated.” and I’m not fully understanding?..

New camp is totally glitchy and freezes game!
I’ve been playing this game for at least 5 years. I was thrilled to see that a new camp was finally available- but now I am trapped on the new camp’s screen. Nothing works, and I cannot get out - PLEASE FIX ASAP!
Merge dragons blocked from all use
Dawnville appeared today June 17, 2026 on my game and it has totally blocked use of this game on IPAD.
all I can see is dawnville with most of the few items grayed out. There are five of one item but they will not merge and there are no dragons.
Updating with a disastrous flaw is a very careless way of “improving” this game.
Please fix this IMMEDIATELY or I will have to totally remove the game.

Tired of crashes
I am tired of crashes that make your accomplishments disappear. I am rage quitting and uninstalling.
Lost Years of Progress
I’ve been playing Merge for about 6-7 years. I got a new phone and now the new phones progress is years behind. I’m about to give up as I’ve reached out to support with no luck. Being loyal gets you nothing!

Please fix challenge 19
This game used to be so incredibly fun, but now I cannot get past challenge 19. The zomblins spawn too fast, and there’s no option to just skip the level outright. This, combined with a heavy increase of in app purchases has made the game pretty soulless to me. At least make challenge 19 easier, as it should be a challenge, not impossible!!!

The game was fine but it looked nothing like the ads and the levels were too short and I never even got to merge the Dragon and the game just made no sense and it was just not that fun one star
Frustrated
I enjoy the game but my only issue is I’ve watched about 5 videos for rewards, extra loot, wake up dragons etc. and I have NO WAY to receive the rewards. There is no way to exit back to the game without closing the app entirely then the reward is GONE! Sometimes the video is just a black screen. I’ve missed out on several rewards and it honestly makes the game less fun when I’m wasting my time watching a whole ad for no reason with no reward as promised especially when I never would’ve clicked it had it not said I would receive it. Someone please fix this and if there is some way I can be recouped that would be great. Otherwise I’d give it 5 stars but this makes it 2 for sure

I really like the game but it seems you can’t get anywhere without spending money. The more gems you have the stuff goes up so you have to buy more gems. I’ve been playing for about 10 years now steady. I’ve gotten nowhere to myself anyways.
Battery power hungry
Recent update has been draining my devices’s battery way more than it should have.
It’s a middle game
It’s a nice game everything is colourful and it works without Internet but there are tons of pay to win you what are we just need tons of gems to play one day this is annoying) the result IT’S A PAY TO WIN
