The game itself can be fun but I’ve spent hundreds to thousands on this game and they completely erased my progress and stole my garden. I had been playing since 2020 then one day, out the blue I was no longer able to access all of my progress. I’ve reached out to these scammers over 20 times and they keep telling me that they are working on it and yet it’s been WEEKS!! They won’t even try to rectify the situation! I’ve sent them screenshots of every receipt and they They are completely ignoring the issue. All the time and money I’ve invested and they just stole the garden. Please, DONT SPEND MONEY ON THE GAME!

can no longer open app. it gets stuck with a message “Getting things ready, Hang tight”. its been doing this for months, but up until today, I was able to quit app, try again and it would open. Not today, tried 10x.

Cute but needs help
So it’s cute and fun. But then you get stuck and can’t advance and the game does not tell you what you need to do to advance. Challenges are fun but unless you drop $$$ you won’t pass it

I like the levels but I’m waiting for yall to add more levels. It says coming soon but it’s been like that for a while with no added levels.
Needs improvement- very buggy
Was almost finished with an event and left to get my daily gift. All the progress I made was gone- the level reset all the cursed land but I was still able to keep prizes gained from the previous session. 2-days of progress lost and not worth going back into the event since the clock didn’t reset. I took screenshots because I was in disbelief.

This was a fun game until their last update… now its frozen and unplayable … i am not the only one having problems with it… you guys need to patch it and provide an update

Game has not worked correctly for the last 2 events. Game will open but before I can play anything it automatically crashes. I’ve lost close to 2 weeks of daily rewards too. Would have been great if I could have played this on any of the 4 flights I was on during this time :-(
No new levels
I have had this game for a long time and there have not been any new levels added in literally years. They also only give you one slow harvester for events so they take forever to even try and advance through it. Will probably delete.

The game needs new levels. I already played every level and the bonus one. They make it so hard in the events. Which you need to spend money to get any progress. Need to add more land because it does get crowded

Freeze ups your players need you to fix the game!
Guess it will work after event is done. I hope it will. Event tutorial can’t get passed merging 3 eggs. I have 5 merge turned on. Can’t access settings or support to let you know. It’s not just me! Look at your lastest Facebook post comments! Love the game I have been playing for years love it more if you all actually fix your game! I will change my rating when you all update bug fixes. Few suggestions It would be great if bring back chest event, harvest event, and it would be nice for more levels. Not anymore
I have been playing this game for years. It used to be a 5 star game. They haven’t added any new levels in well over a year. They run the same event over and over but they have made it unenjoyable to play bc it is impossible to make any progress when it takes so long to get a second creature and there are so many 15,000 and 50,000 squares.
More levels
I don’t know how long I’ve had this game downloaded and even deleted and re-downloaded the game to play from the beginning with no new updates in I can’t even tell you how long. The game itself is fun but the lack of new levels being added is what prompted a single star rating
What happened to the chest events?
Why hasn’t there been a chest event or harvesting even in ages? Every other day is a new rush event. I’m tired of those. I have so many chests. Please start doing the chest rush events again.

Way too much bugs! Like whenever I try to merge something it gives me an ad, putting it in airplane mode worked for about 5 minutes, really cheap graphics and looks like the editors stole this idea from merge dragons! Plus I it glitches me out all the time and if it was the device, it would you that on all my other games but what do you know? It’s only on merge magic. I really wish it was the same in the ads, it’s so hard to find good games lately.

Game shuts down
Would love the game if it would stay open long enough to play. I’ve restarted it 3 times, I’ve tried every avenue to reach the company to ask for help but they have ignored me. I keep trying because I like the game and I’ve invested funds into it but I’m not starting over yet again since I’m going to end up at the same place with no support.

This is the 2nd time I have lost everything, I tried to upload it and restart on my IPad thinking it may be my phone’s app, Please please restore, honestly I had close to 500 diamonds, leveled to 25th floor, lost all prizes, lost diamonds and all the Animals I have merge to many many level 8,9, etc, PLEASE RESTORE MY STATUS!!! I have been playing this game for quite some time now, and I have never had to pay to win a level…until now……..I’m currently on challenge 21. I played the level once, and I could not beat it. I thought it was because matches were being made from automatic merging. I was trying to get the max number of items per merge so I could get more items from it. Now I’m playing my second try, I did the max number of items per merge, and I still do not have enough merges to complete the level. In fact, I wasn’t even given enough items for the merging I needed right from the get go. The only way to beat this level is by paying money to beat it. You should have be forced to pay to win a level. If that’s your only option of winning, it’s a scam. I am beyond disappointed in the game……
No customer support no account recovery
App does not allow alternative sign in to Face ID. There is no way for me to sign in with my previous account because of this. There is no customer support for this game and if you try to contact zynga customer support through another game it will not send.
My favorite game for years
Love it. Been playing for a few years. No ads unless you want to watch them. I’m getting closer to completing everything. I updated the game because it said new levels or events, but nothing changed. And the weekend event didn’t reset ☹️ Please don’t change anything that will hurt the progress made through out the years

Annoying Pop Ups
Enough with the Reward Dash pop ups!!! At least make them go away on their own after a couple minutes. You’re killing the way some people play these events. We like to let the creatures gather while we sleep. Look at how your other product, Merge Dragons, does it.

I’ve played this game for several years. Recently I’ve become discouraged. Several of the special events no longer start with two creatures. The single creature is often a slow harvester. The events take to much time. Without buying gems or helpers it isn’t’ possible to finish in time to get a bonus chest. It took me three days of playing 10- 12 hours a day to finish. I won’t play it again. Please Merge Magic programmers bring back the second creature.
Still no new levels… buyer beware
I deleted the app and started over. It will take you about a month to a month and a half to get through all the levels and then it’s just bonus games. They haven’t updated the levels in over 3 years and they charge more (for way less) than merge dragons. if you spend real money on this app, you’ll spend less time in it. Its a fun app but slow and easy, with minimal real money, is how you get the most out of it
Love this game but I didn’t get my reward
I absolutely LOVE this game been playing for years however during this recent event when I went back to my garden to collect the nest of eggs I had gotten as a reward for getting the points, I got the daily reward screen and when I clicked out of it… I couldn’t find my nest of eggs I had gotten from the event… PLEASE GIVE ME MY EGG NEST. I have had the game running since the event started so that I can get all of the rewards. I doubt this will post in time but I want my reward that I worked hard to get. I looked very carefully over my entire island and couldn’t find the bubble with the egg nest. PLEASE GIVE ME MY EGG NEST thank you.
Stole my creatures
I’m on the witch part of the game and on one of the levels I had to summon my best creatures (a level 3 fairy and a level 3 Dyr) after I finished the level, the Dyr came back to the garden but the fairy didn’t! And my magic power was around 136-142 ( I can’t remember) and now it’s down to 89!!!!! Please tell me how to get it fix or fix it yourself cause that’s ridiculous…

My game hasn’t updated any islands in almost a year if not more. Was fun to play now it’s just irritating. New mini games show up but no new islands!!!!
Won’t stay open
I like this game, but it has always closed itself out of the app and with each new update it gets worse. It takes me five to ten times to get the game to open and stay open, I’ve checked all the information and it’s not my phone that’s the problem. I wish the bug fixes would fix this, because I’m about ready to delete the game.
