The old game was relaxing and rewarding. Now it’s cluttered, confusing, and feels like it’s constantly trying to slow you down. Instead of improving the experience, the updates have taken away what made longtime players stick around.
I’ve stayed loyal for years, but at this point I’m wondering if the developers have ever asked the people who’ve actually been playing since the beginning what we wanted. Please stop fixing what wasn’t broken.

Takes to long to get stuff
I have only been playing a short time but I am ready to delete the game. It if taking forever to get stuff I need and I have a lot of stuff I don’t need

automerge was already the worst update and now u cant even turn it off before accessing the board and merging items u had saved and wasting ur moves! needs to be fixed…game play gets absolutely ruined!!!!!!
Starting to remember
I'm starting to remember why I deleted this over a year ago. The game play is so slow! Why would any of the pieces take hours to recharge, when they already barely give you anything to begin with?!
The game will cheat you. Beware.
This game will cheat you whenever possible. Not even an exaggeration from an unhappy player, just an incontrovertible fact. Using the 4X supercharge and only receiving Level 3 items is literally cheating people out of points on an effort to get you to spend real money to advance. Shame on these developers.

My app has been frozen all day.

Now gems purchase just about everything, coins are useless. Gem production has been reduced significantly and earning anything with ads has been removed. Just another “free” fame that needs real cash to make any significant progress or be any competition in the mini games. I am glad I got to enjoy it before the changes.

New Ui
The new Ui is awful and frustrating. This latest update has made it even worse.
Getting tired of having to spend money on this game to get ahead in it.
This was a really fun game, but it’s become a money pit game. It seems like I’m getting less and less of inventory coming out of my items. I’ve been trying for over a week now, to get stamps together to get one item, so I can get to the next level. I’m very displeased with the game and I’m probably going to delete it.

Yesterday’s update completely froze the game. I’m unable to click on anything and I’m afraid I’ll lose my progress for the rewards. I clicked on App Support and got a 404 error message.

I love this game but this recent update, makes the screen look crowded. It’s also a little confusing when you’re on the main board but then you go to an event like Lucky Catch, and the board is back to the old style. Please put it back!

Fun game but…
I want to start by saying I loved this game. It’s addicting and fun. Yes you can spend money but you don’t really have to. Except recently, they took away ads that actually made the game such a money grab it’s not even fun anymore! You used to be able to watch an ad for free energy, items to merge to complete tasks and additional free items and now NOTHING. I wrote to support and they said they took the ads away to make the game more enjoyable for players. The thing is, you didn’t have to watch them! They didn’t interrupt the game unless you CHOSE to watch them for items. It’s ridiculous now. I hardly play. It’s like the developers don’t want to keep their jobs or something. Utterly ridiculous to take things away from even those who still pay to play. Absolutely will not do that especially now.

STOP THIS DUMB STUFF PLEASE. AUTO MERGE SHOULD NOT AUTOMATICALLY BE ON. Seriously, I stopped playing for quite some time but even before I could turn it off before I went to the main board. Now it’s on purposely for what. Why is it that I can’t make the decision to keep it off in settings. Or just take it off period. Don’t force something on players that they clearly hate. OR, make it so when you force the game to auto merge at least add a way for players to undo it. NEVER MIND JUST DELETE THE AUTO-MERGE ITS THAT SIMPLE. I HATE IT AND NEVER USE IT! Fix the game.

A lot of glitches
in the side game, where you're taking pictures of birds, there was a red dot indicating that records need to be collected. When I go under the list of birds, there was no red dot under any of the birds so I don't know which bird to collect a reward from. when I go under the individual birds, there is a checkmark next to some, but I cannot collect the rewards. Fix the glitches! Enough with a PR videos and fix the glitches!
Please Fix This
I have been playing this game for several years now. I am on Maddie’s Room Level for reference. I purchase the newer “3-Tiered Season Pass”, if you will. You can earn more rewards this way and level up quicker. In recent months, however, you all took away the Producer Machine at the end of a Season Pass. This makes it virtually impossible to get to the 50 Tier and the proceeding 5 Treasure Chests with even higher valued rewards. Like the coveted Black Energy Card that upgrades any Producer Item on the Main Playing Board. You also have to purchase gems more frequently to have enough energy for Bonus Games like the Fishing and Bird Watching. Because even if you earn a few here or there from your Golden Piggy Bank, you’re never going to earn gems without purchasing them. To explain further, you get 50 Purple or Pink Lives to start with depending on the Bonus Event. After those lives, there are 5 Free lives under the little Shop Button (which only refresh every few hours). You must spend gems for more energy to collect more items within the Event. It starts at 10 gems for 50 more lives which is totally reasonable, then it asks you to spend 20 gems - sure; whatever. Then it gets high. It starts asking for 40 gems, 80 gems, 120, 240 and you can get the picture. I am not spending 160 gems for more energy, then 240 and higher. That’s greedy. What is the point? You’re never going to reach those higher rewards in the Bonus Games. They’re abysmal, unless you’re willing to fork out the cash and buy gems for lives. This game is supposed to be enjoyable and some of the prices for Gems and Bundles is out of this world. More than gas, are you serious?! Other Bonus Games cost Blue Lives and those are tied directly to Main Board Lives. This whole Game Industry has turned is quite the money grab and I’m disappointed that Merge Mansion is participating in this. I have spent $100’s of dollars on this game. Which was my own choice, however, I can’t justify it any longer. You all fixed the absurdity of spending 100’s of gems to purchase energy on the Main Board, it no longer costs 160+ gems and so on to get more energy. It reaches a maximum of 40 gems for 100 energy until after 12:00pm and then it resets to 5, 10, 20, and 40. So thank you for that. However, I’m not wasting $2-$14+ to buy more gems when I want to collect all of my Fish Medals in a Bonus Game. You run through that within minutes for a measly 100-150 more lives. That is a waste of time and money. I’m mostly irked by the fact that the Season Pass is now a gimmick. Please fix this. And please stop moving around the Trade-In items tab. With the last update it did go back to its own tab on the top left screen. That was extremely helpful. It’s nothing more than annoying when things keep switching around the platform. This game is my form of relaxing after work or on break. Now it feels like a money-grab. Considering deleting this app altogether. Which would be a shame considering how much time and actual money I’ve put into this game. Food for thought. You’re about to lose a lot of loyal players.

Super fun, but way too expensive
Really an excellent game at first, but once you get far enough along to be really interested, the time and money it takes to advance levels is not worth it. As soon as my current supply of gems is depleted, I am removing the game.

App Freezing
Lastest update makes the game freeze when clicking on the hamburger menu. App support link in the App Store takes you to a 404 page so no help.

I’ve been playing for a few months and it’s been fun. But the latest update makes it really hard to play. I can’t click on a task item to see what produces the item. There are so many items I can’t remember where it comes from and just have to guess and waste energy. I’m about to stop playing this is such a pain!

Really went down hill
I’ve been playing this since it came out and I’ve spent quite a bit of money on this game because I enjoy it. Now it’s all aimed at making money. You used to match items to fix up your property and now instead of fixing up your property it will have a character who just needs items
And it’s always maxed out items that take forever to make. The level I’m on now I’ve made tons of maxed out items with no progress in the game. If the game was like it used to be it would be worth it. I’d say a hard pass for anyone today.
