Horrible change!

After weeks of begging them to enlarge the board, which is smallest board of any game I downloaded, they refused to bring the size of the board back and I had no choice but delete the game and loose all the money I spent on the game over the years. Shame on you for refusing to accommodate people with eyesight disability!

Bed review
Merge Mansion looks cute at first, but it’s designed to make players spend money constantly. There’s no sense of progression without paying, and the game feels like it’s punishing anyone who tries to play for free. It’s frustrating, manipulative, and seems to care nothing about the players’ enjoyment-only their wallets. I don’t recommend this game at all.
You’re Ruining the Game
You keep putting more and more things on the main screen, making the playing portion of the screen so small that for people like me who have arthritis it is almost impossible to play the pieces you want to play. I am continually trying to move things and not have them go where I want them. I am continually having things sold or turned in before I am ready. I am not the only person I have seen complain about how busy the main screen is. Why are you ruining it? There is absolutely no benefit to the regular player. I used to love this game and used to rate it five stars.
No help from support
The game started doing auto merge - which I don’t like. So before starting to play, I always go to my task list and shut it off. Well, after the most recent update, my task list is no longer on the main page. I’ve contacted Support several times and their only response is for me to tap on the task list and turn it off. There is NO task list! I’ve tried sending a screenshot but since support has decided to CLOSE the chat, they won’t respond. I haven’t been able to play in days and will very likely uninstall the game if it’s not fixed. I shouldn’t be this frustrated playing a game. Support needs to be better!
Lightening bolts DISAPPEARED!!!!
I have been with this game for years & am halfway through level 57. Yesterday I turned on the game, first thing in the morning, with my first cup of coffee, & was stunned that my lightening bolt was at the single level & there was NO supercharge or hyper charge available!!! I off loaded then reloaded, Good grief!! How do I write a review if they only show a previous one thats totally unrelated to the present situation?!?!no change. I turned it off & came back later, no change. I contacted them through support, explained the problem & asked what happened to my bolts? Their response (twice now) was that they were “balancing things” out for those 3 new areas, so the super & hyper bolts would not be available.
Huh???!! Does that make any sense to any of you?? I asked for an answer I could understand & just got the same basic reply. I asked if that meant that after a time period, we would finally get the bolts back & that part was ignored.

There’s no gameplay variation at all. I played for hours, thinking that maybe eventually something would change. It was the biggest waste I’d time I’ve ever spent, and if I could undo it I would. This game is utter trash.

Change in Layout Ruined the Game
I used to play this game most days, and I’ve been playing it for a little under 2 years, but the new update is completely inaccessible. They’ve moved the essential buttons away from right next to your thumbs and up to the very top of the screen where it’s much harder to get to, just so they can put the shop down by where you’re trying to click. The way I see it this was intentional, and they are trying to get players to buy from the shop at the expense of actual gameplay. It’s entirely awful. I play this game to relax and the devs have ruined it completely, I’m debating deleting the game since every time I open the app I get bombarded by the new and terrible interface. Please add an option to change it back to how it was previously, or better yet, remove the new UI altogether. Otherwise you will continue losing long time users.

Used to be my favorite game!
I have been playing this game for a couple of years-it was my favorite game. The changes in the last ten days or so have wrecked it!! You buy the mystery pass and at the end of the monthly event there is always a mini-game to help you get bonus items. You actually have paid for it! Well, suddenly no mini game. I won’t be buying the mystery pass anymore -takes all the fun of progressing away. I’m really thinking about deleting the whole game. Just get really mad now when I play. I’m sorry I spent my time and money!!
Timers
I just started playing this game but have found gameplay halted by 40 min timers after 1-2 clicks. The game offers no other puzzles or gameplay while waiting for timers to run out. What’s the point?
New layout sucks
I’ve been playing this game for over a year and have loved it… until this new update. The new layout is a UI/UX nightmare. There seems to be no order to where the buttons are placed, some of the buttons themselves are significantly smaller. I like the concept of seeing the tasks while working on the board, but I feel like it was executed poorly. The updates make this game borderline unplayable. Please revisit the drawing board.
What a disappointment
I’ve been playing this game for years. Multiple times a day. I loved it. These terrible updates and the difficulty of gameplay are pushing me away. I HATE the new screen layout. Too small and cluttered. The trades are mostly uneven now. It’s asks for your best items and wants to give you an item that is way too low in value. There are tasks that take days to finish unless you spend money. This was my favorite game that I would always pop on throughout the day. Now when I open it I get easily frustrated and close the app. I’m finding I don’t even want to play anymore. So I quit. Great job developers, you ruined a fun relaxing game.
Change the Layout Back!!
Nobody likes the new layout! As a loyal fan for years, I can’t stand playing anymore after the update which is so upsetting. It’s simply unplayable and frustrating. Nobody likes the new, chaotic layout. Everyone will love you if you change it back. I can’t stand it after the layout changes, but if you fix them, I, and I’m sure many others, will play again.
Most recent update ruined it
I did enjoy playing this game previously, but the most recent update completely moved everything around and it is not intuitive at all. I find play is now much more difficult because I have to search for every option I want like to sell an item or a bubble item, and the box of items moved to where the task list used to be. It is not enjoyable now, please put things back where they were. The only thing that makes any sense is the visual reminder of tasks by showing icons above the game board.
Deleting account once I use the gems I paid for
So sad, but the dev team isn’t even listening to their players anymore. They changed the layout of the board so the play board is much smaller and the screen is more cluttered. It is no longer a relaxing game, it just creates more anxiety and frustration.

New update sucks, time to look for a new way to pass time.

Put the layout back to where it was. This new layout does NOT work. There’s not even a “Contact Us” button that I could find.
If you wanted to help players, then open up a screen that shows all available items to place in the players screen that they can choose from. Even better, make items that cannot be merged any further stackable like the upgrade button or split button.

horrible new update
i’ve been playing this game for years. completing switching around the layout is awful! not intuitive anymore, everything is small, and honestly just frustrating to play. boooooo on this update
New changes are horrible
Been playing this game for years, and have spent a good bit of money on it. Logged on tonight and they changed the entire layout. It’s horrible to play now. The board where you merge things is so small now, everything else is bigger but the board where you actually play is now half the size. Hate it. It’s so stupid! Why make the playing area so small and make everything else bigger that doesn’t need to be. Don’t even want to play anymore and will never spend another penny on this game. Thanks for ruining the game.

I’m at level 58. I play several times a day every day. For years. I’ve spent countless hundreds of dollars on the game which was my favorite until today. I absolutely HATE the new layout as it reduced the size of the board, and that single change makes playing untenable for me.
Either give me the option of using the old layout or change it back. My money won’t make or break a game, but if you force me to accept this needless, ASININE change, you won’t get another dime out of me.

Update fail
The latest game update has made this unplayable. I absolutely loved this game it wasn’t always easy but it was a great way to relax. As I’ve gotten further it’s become more frustrating and somewhat more of a money grab but you could still work around that. Now they’ve shrunk the playing board switched everything around to make it ridiculously hard to find anything but the tab to buy things. I have no idea what the reasoning could be except to trick people into buying. If it was really about player ease they could’ve created a toggle to allow players to see tasks on the merge board this shrinking it or not. This is the end of the road for me. I’m gonna play out the pass and then I’m done. And that really frustrates me because this was my fun easy game with no annoying ads something I could just zone out and chill with.

I have played this game for a long time. The new arrangement of the board makes it very difficult to use. Most of us don’t want most of the info hidden at the bottom of the board. It is time to look for a new game.
New game board is horrible
They recently redid the game board and it is now so small that it is almost impossible to use for anybody who has arthritis or any kind of disability in their hands. The game board before had a good layout with a large game board and everything off to the side. They have now crammed everything above and below the game board and there’s in the game board is probably only about 2/3 of the size it used to be. Hate it.
Quality decline
This used to be my favorite app game, but with each update I’ve only gotten more frustrated. The terrible new layout for the board, the removal of helpful mini games, and the removal of ads so no more rewards. It’s just not fun anymore, so don’t waste your time.

I do not like the way the game now does the daily quests. It makes it tougher to earn stars to add moves. It’s too disjointed and the refreshes are too fat apart. It shouldn’t take a day and a half to do daily quests. Please consider going back to the way it was before.
Addictive, but recent changes ruined it
I love this game. Been playing it multiple times a day for years. However, the recent update has moved everything around, and the board is now way too small. They tried to make more accessible from the main playing board, but now there’s just dead space on the side. Put all those fancy things back in the menu, and give us a full-size board and I’ll change to 5*
New Look, bad idea
Just opened to the new update, nothing is where it was and it’s not user friendly now. What was wrong with the icon order before, why make it smaller and hiding in corners. Love the game, but I don’t like the new confusing set up. Time for a break maybe.

New Changes Suck
New changes were implemented. The board was shrunk, stuff was moved to the top, auto merge just continues to turn itself on regardless of how many times I turn it off. It use to be a fun game. Now it just irritates me and I am ready to stop playing it. Too bad you made a decent game suck for zero reason.

My expectations are already low but I am still constantly disappointed. Every update for the last few years has been against their users, especially those who PAY MONEY to their game. I have played this game for years and loved it But the latest changes have ruined it for me. Auto-merge? Who thought this was a good idea?!!! The game is about merging. If you do it for me. Card Games Need to Go!
Overall the game is enjoyable. I get frustrated when the card matching game are the only goals because it takes a very long time to reach the goals and there are three layers of goals. It takes the fun away from the game.
Chaotic “improvements” ruined the experience
The redesign makes me not even want to play. The ui is too busy and chaotic and I spent so much time trying to find the trade area that I quit. Used to be fun and relaxing.
New board arrangement
Smaller board is still harder to work with and I usually only use about 50 of my energy when there is only one task to work on. I have over 310k in tokens with nothing useful to spend them on. I do not spend real money in the game as I’m retired and use my money for living expenses. I’ve been playing for so long I hate to quit, but I’m still thinking about it.
No fun anymore
I used to love this game, but I don’t love the new update in my opinion. I’ve stop playing the game because its feels too chaotic, small and too many stuff in one place. I use to love the basic gameplay not this one sadly.

I love playing this game. But it’s ridiculous to show me the same ad to buy power every time I close a window or start the game. It’s constantly telling me to buy items I don’t need to play. Just stop putting the same ad up every time I change screens.

***** UPDATE***** Still the same complaints as before BUT now what’s up with the HORRIBLE new update. Thankfully I play on an iPad, I don’t see how anyone could play it on a phone. Everything is super tiny and the layout makes zero sense and you’re clicking all over the place. I have to lower my rating to 2 stars until this is hopefully fixed.

It’s stupid hard to get very far because the items it wants are very hard to get and then you can’t even sell your excess of everything else because you only get $1 so you aren’t even able to build up some cash out of it. The parts to make the towel cabinets need to be more readily available. It takes so many and you can only get them from the blue chests. Merging the blue chest should give higher level parts of the cabinets. Also the cabinet disappears after awhile and you have to start all over. Also the storage spots should be cheaper
