I can't understand how a company as big as Meta doesn't pay attention to small details that simply make things more difficult for users. For example, posts that are made but don't appear in Business, and the fact that editing a post is often difficult. Also, at any moment, the cover of all the publications could be the same As if the page were down or needed to be refreshed

Not EASY to use

UPDATE 4/29/26: And now I can’t crop my photos. At least give me back the ability to crop my photos the way I want.
Over the past few weeks this app has gone from serviceable and helpful to a true nightmare app. Now the app randomly deletes posts that I’m trying to cross post on Facebook and instagram. And trying to reschedule posts is a nightmare because the current week will only show the scheduled Facebook posts and not fb and instagram. Then I have to open two business suite platforms looking at the Planner and the Content tabs. Please fix it?!

Sucks
I run my business through this app. Or at least I did. I am unable to access my page anymore through the app only. I have to use my web browser on my phone or go to the Facebook page. This would be so helpful if it didn’t make me do everything but use it. No restrictions on my account and support is hard to find and typically useless. Went through all the trouble shooting. Not to mention all of the meta apps are dog poo. They glitch and are inconsistent. I am grateful to META for my success however I am begging you guys to fix the user experience. No point in subscribing to you if there is no real support unless I pay $400 and still, for what?
No access to files - unbelievable
It's incredible that they call this a professional app when it doesn't even allow access to files on an iPad or iPhone; if you don't have what you need in the Photos app, it's simply useless. Meanwhile, they want to be in other markets like AI, yet they aren't capable of integrating the most basic features.
Great until it wasn’t
We can no longer see, edit or delete scheduled post. This button/feature hasn’t worked in several days/weeks now

I have been unable to access my albums to update since April 1, 2026. There seems to be no clear path to support to resolve the issue. I have sent messages with no response or resolve.
Same with sharing from my page……..unable to share for 6 months!
These inconveniences make it hard to keep my page updated.

Terrible UX
Across the Meta business suite products, some of the worst UX I’ve ever experienced. Error messages all over, hard to navigate, non-intuitive, no human help and they change things so often that the online help is mostly outdated. Very frustrated as a small business owner. Feel like I have to be on here, but makes me angry and wastes time every time I use it.
Doesn’t work / can’t log in - period!
I downloaded this to my iPhone 14 Pro Max and it won’t even let me me log in. Enter user name, password, the SMS code, but it just spins and spins! Tried the web site too, won’t let me in.
Yes, I have the latest version and iOs software. Even gave it a couple of weeks in case of a software glitch.

Using this is futile. All I want to do is change the name of one of the business pages! It’s not too much to ask, is it? Really?

Figure it out
Meta dominates the Social Media world, yet they still can’t make a simple way to post an ad. I’ve tried so many times to give them money, because the ads do work, but there are so many stop signs that prevent me from doing so because they can never make it simple to get the ad I want.
Not the best but better than the original apps sometimes
I like it post to Facebook and ig but it doesn’t save draft, app crashes all the time and loses your hard work. It sometimes doesn’t post or post multiple times. Editing anything is literally trash and will cut half your video off .
Horrible app
This app is horrible! Not designed well; can’t see scheduled when I click on it, etc.
Integration
App is owned by both platforms but fails to perform optimally for users to use meta, certain features are available on the specific platform but not meta, or vise versa the platform does something that the app does not.
Can’t change the title name on the page.

You can post more photos just using instagram itself, you can post more photos on Facebook app itself… can’t access messages on your own Facebook page without Meta Business… also app crashes a lot, freezes, and really if “Meta” didn’t make it so you have to use it… the app is JUNK!

Kinda useless
I’m extremely disappointed with this app. If you’re trying to start a business without a big budget, this is not helpful at all.
One of the most frustrating things is that you can’t easily repost content that has already performed well. Instead of being able to reuse posts that gained traction, you’re forced to recreate everything from scratch, which is a huge waste of time. I even updated the app thinking it was a glitch, but nothing changed.
On top of that, notifications are unreliable. I don’t consistently get alerted when people interact with my posts, which makes it difficult to stay engaged with potential customers.
I’m not someone who enjoys social media, but realistically, having some kind of presence is necessary for a business today. I deleted my Facebook app and tried to rely on Meta Business Suite instead, but honestly, it’s been useless, to put it nicely.
Overall, this app feels more frustrating than helpful, especially for small business owners just trying to get started.

It doesn’t have full features as much as facebook has. Facebook is much easier to follow the insight

I’m regularly really anointed with this app. Even now r writing this review I can’t see my text as I type and for a company as large as Meta it seems inexcusable.
