Customer service
I can spend an hour on the phone with customer service hard to understand their English, and nothing is accomplished after an hour

Terrible service
I have an 83k man group and It gets suspended because I posted an archery bow with no string to 17 groups and it was just an honest mistake and I get 17 violations and they suspend my group and place restrictions on my marketplace account for selling a weapon
And I was a promoter of fb and marketplace for 10+ years
I reported a bow with a string that someone else posted and they came back and said it was not a violation for them

META REALITY
I manage and work with comedians and we rely heavily on Business suite when it comes to running ads on Facebook. It needs to be updated regularly. Also, some options when you run an ad are there some days and then they’re taking away another day. It’s honestly the most ridiculous app I’ve ever worked with.
Unexpected errors happening every time
Using this app is a headache. Please just create a business account and try managing it for a day. Every post is a headache.
Horrible app won’t even launch anymore
This app works fine for a few days now automatically crashes anytime I try to start it up. I even updated the app and it’s still just crashes. For the amount of money that we spend on Meta ads the customer service services and everything else associated or entire ad industry. The second we can make a play to work with other companies instead of meadow we will and I in the ad space use Google or something else instead.

As a registered, tax-paying dog breeding business with a valid EIN-as required by Meta to advertise puppies-my business page was suddenly taken away without warning. Years of customer contacts, conversations, and countless photos were lost overnight.
What makes this even more frustrating is that Meta had no problem accepting hundreds-if not thousands-of dollars in advertising from my business over the years. After investing so much time, money, and effort into building my presence, losing everything with little to no meaningful support is unacceptable.
Small businesses depend on these platforms to reach customers. Instead of supporting legitimate businesses that follow the rules, Meta left me starting over from scratch.
What makes this even more frustrating is that Meta had no problem accepting hundreds-if not thousands-of dollars in advertising from my business over the years. After investing so much time, money, and effort into building my presence, losing everything with little to no meaningful support is unacceptable.

Can’t schedule reels easy anymore

App problems.
The app is not working properly at all, when you try to use the Help feature, it does not allow for you to submit anything. Also, when you attempt to duplicate a post and isn’t allowing it. The app is having a lot of problems.

Always having updates issues, brings me back to the beginning.not all my leads received the message.

La aplicación es malísima, intento copiar un mensaje para pegarlo en otro chat o en traductor y no deja copiar, hay que cerrar y abrir constantemente la aplicación, llegan notificaciones de mensajes y cuando abres el chat la notificación no a llegado, las fotos demoran en llegar, no es confiable, es estresante usar esta aplicación, no quisiera nunca usarla, se actualiza y no mejora.

I did the latest update and now I can’t tag “followers” in the comments and I can’t put text on stories or reels

It’s not nice because I got restricted and I then appeal my appeal was approved but they still didn’t remove the restriction

I usually love the app, but lately not all the messages are not appearing in the app. Only some of them appear. Please help and fix this bug. Its a big problem.

Every time I try to post reels for my work it disappears them and they don’t post! I tried 4 times already, even after the latest update. But it still doesn’t work.

This is not the first time it has happened. The Reel appears to schedule successfully, but then it never shows up in my scheduled content. I have already tried multiple times and continue to experience the same issue.
As a small business owner, I rely on scheduled content to manage my social media, and this ongoing problem is causing significant frustration and wasted time.

Difficult to use
Not user friendly compared to Facebook app. Difficult to tag other community partners.
Slow and does not have all features
It is very slow, the text editor is not convenient
Also, there are some features in terms of editing the pictures when busting multiple pictures that is exist in Facebook and Instagram, but does not exist in this app

Glitcy
Not able to edit or reschedule scheduled posts via the phone app. Also not able to choose the location for the post on the phone app anymore either. So frustrating!
