I cannot sync in video to my phone. It’s laggy and a multi billionaire made it BTW.
I can’t even play a single game
I swear while I was playing digi gods I decided to play scary baboon until…a message popped up I thought I had picked the wrong game because I was looking away from the virtual menu but I didn’t pick the wrong game and when I clicked animal company the same message popped up and I was so confused because I had access to animal company so when I clicked scary baboon it said the same message and I was FRUSTRATED so after I hopped off I literally just punched my headset about 4 TIMES IN A ROW and I swear the family control IS SO ANNOYING TO!!!!!!!

Not a user friendly experience
The app is clunky, non-intuitive. When trying to navigate requests it bounces me all over the place and irritates me so much I would like to get rid of the stupid meta quest but my kid loves it. The fact that gift cards cannot be redeemed by someone under 18 is absolutely stupid. Meta made Facebook and turned that into a dumpster fire and has likely relied heavily on AI for this trash app.
Genuinely just a terrible app
This app has so many bugs and every update it just gets worse. When I try resetting my password it tells me to redue it and then I run out of time and have to send another code to my email, and the code is the exact same one I already used so I’m unable to change my password. The app doesn’t even let you stay on call when you leave it because it refreshes after a few minutes if you leave the app even when on a call.
Wish they didnt buy oculus
Meta is the worst company ive ever had the displeasure of having to interact with. Hope they go bankrupt

New account STILL ISSUES
Meta I have spent atleast $1000+ since having this headset and now it and all my games / accomplishments are gone cause of YOU ! Making it as if there was a security issue but I make a new account w completely new credentials and still have the SAME PROBLEM . They never give you a reason for why your account is being halted. I haven’t been able to purchase anything that I actually enjoy in about a week ! The new update is bs and so is this app and device. I WILL. E THROWING MINE IN THE TRASH !!!

Calls won’t stop
When ever some one calls me or a group call, it keeps recalling for 2 minutes and then restarts after a break
Can’t connect my meta quest 1
I cannot connect my quest 1 to the app how can I fix this I just bought this thing
This is only because of how bad this bug is
There’s a bug where whenever my friends call my group chat it doesn’t stop calling even when I decline and I can’t leave the group chat so I always delete it and download it back but now the app wont delete and when I can delete the app I’m deleting it forever unless I really need it

Don’t buy their products
All they do is work on their stupid game. There are way to many bugs with not only the headset but their apps, I had to reinstall it each time I wanted to play using my pc and for the app on phone they changed it so much it kinda hard to figure out where are things are, there’s been this bug that if you hang up or wait for it to stop the call it’ll repeatedly hang up and call again over and over until you get on your head set and hang up or if you wait for five minutes it’ll stop, please fix this. That’s just one of many issues, meta only focuses on there dumb game and never or takes a super long time to fix stuff. Don’t get a head set from them. Steam is already making one for the same price and ten times better I would save you money for it when it comes out don’t waist your money on this junk.

There’s not point of the app you have no free will you can’t even put numbers in your name and vr is just dying there’s no game except for brain rot games vr is just so boring

Overall, I enjoy my quest 3. But all the Horizon worlds nonsense really brings things down. Horizon is awful and I wish I could have it completely removed from the experience
