Unplayable
It's almost the best game ever but It's the match making that really ruins it and nothing else. I feel like there's a lot of times I'm set up to lose and the game knows that which is why it hands out underdog trophies. There are times where it's a lot worse than others but still sadly the match making makes it almost unplayable at times. I'm not saying it isn't a skill issue but there's no reason I should be the underdog if I just lost 4 in a row. Editing my review for the 3rd time today, just when you think it doesn't get worse it does. Im falling way out of love with this game now. If this doesn't fix very soon then I'm not gonna come back to this game. There's no reason you should grind all the way up just to be thrown into that match making pool. If I have to go through another skid like this then sticking to war thunder

Disappointed with the way this game is so rigged after you get to hanger 4 or 5 the game play is extremely miss matched to make sure you spend money to advance, not spending money only leaves you in a struggle that is impossible to compete against anyone the cost is ridiculous and expensive and still doesn’t achieve anything it is a constant money pit the rewards are almost nothing so it takes forever to upgrade planes to compete fairly once you reach higher levels of play you can’t win at all as you are teamed against the best players in the game with all the modifications to their planes making all your rounds losses they tell you to achieve trophies to win leading to worse miss matched games they tell you to join squads were people hardly participate they tell you to buy upgrades flight passes gold and it doesn’t lead to anything that gets you to a fair competitive match they ignore your complaints they don’t give you refunds and they blow you off swearing there are no cheats in the game! It’s a ridiculous amount of shady tactics to get your money while one of the best games for flight simulation it is disappointing once you figure out the gimmick for stealing your money thinking it advances you to a better match making experience extremely frustrating and angers you to the wasted money on lies of upgrades and competition the owners should be ashamed of themselves and people should fight back on the shady tactics used to empty your pockets of money they don’t care who gives them bad reviews because their top players obviously have it made and probably work for them only thing that makes sense

Had to delete
Started out as a great game however due to recent updates and new plane features it makes it difficult to get a fair play. Also when playing and in the lead somehow the other team miraculously wins 🤷🏾♂️
Used to be good
Too many players spamming high-altitude long-range missiles as soon as you respawn. No fun. Shame. Could be a good game. Graphics are amazing. Plane selection is great. But too much disparity between free and premium to even really play anymore.

It used to be a good game up until recently when they changed a whole bunch of planes including the J-20’s buffs and weapon count. Kinda ruined it.
Greed prevails
Despite started normally, and keep investing into aircraft’s over time game makes everything to pay more. Slow downs your aircraft’s to the point when you loose even 10x lower aircraft’s. Fuels ends mid way and aircraft stalls in the air. List can go on. Unless you pay for a fancy aircraft for $150. Then it become a shooting range. Ridiculous. BTW, I invested about a $100 over time. But now game is unplayable.

If you wanna spend a lot of money and I emphasize a lot, you will basically be a moving target for those that do… Occasionally, they’ll throw in a bot lobby

Metalstorm will take your money for a good plane and then a month later they'll nerf that plane forcing you to buy the next. It was a good game but they've ruined it. Find a different game to enjoy, this one is ruined.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME- Player since Beta
Developer only cares where the next in app purchase is coming from, moderators are openly rac-eist in official discord. Full community is full of devs with fake accounts defending bad decisions and scams by the developers. They dont honour their mistakes and leave you hanging with no recourse. Stay clear

Limited Gameplay
I can only get to pilot level 3 and it won't let me get any further. It probably wants me to pay for stuff, which I'm not doing. UPDATE: 3/2/26. The update STILL didn’t fix this bug where I am not getting exp points for flights. It’s still saying I need to get to level 7 in order to change flight from custom. I sent customer service a screenshot video and it’s still not fixed. Now they won’t reply. lol

Terrible experience
I have played this game (both pc and mobile) for more than a year and here are my conclusions:
1: Unfair matching.
A lot of the times I would be teamed up with players that just have such a terrible performance while the opposite teams are full of skilled players. My “teammates” (honestly I don’t even know if they are real players or bots) would just give them free kills by either somehow crashing on their own or fly towards the adversary without even firing a single missile. At the end of the day, they would always have 0 kill, multiple deaths, 1-2 assists WHILE flying some of the best planes in the game like the F-14 or F-22 which have a lot of advantages. There were several occasions where my whole team, including me, were flying light fighters while the opposite teams either flying heavy fighters or interceptors, which if you didn’t know, their long range radar missiles can one shot those light fighters. So does this seem fair to you? With these so called teammates, winning Team Deathmatch is already a miracle I’d say. but ZERO chances of winning Air Superiority, EVERY SINGLE TIME.
2: Unfair punishment.
Like I mentioned, a lot of the times my “teammates” would have such terrible performance that eventually lead to me losing the game. I’m dodging missiles, guns and rockets all while trying my best to get as much kill as possible or secure the control points. My “teammates”, on the other hand, contribute so little that I don’t even know how to describe. And when the match is over, I somehow lost trophies? I’m literally carrying the entire team…
3: Imbalances between aircraft.
Some aircraft seriously needs to be nerfed, like the MiG-19. Absolutely ridiculous amount of damage coming from that thing. Not just this particular aircraft though, there are also other aircraft that either needs to be buffed or nerfed across the hangar.
4: Slower aircraft prone to missile hit.
I’ve played the game long enough to realize that those attack aircraft (especially those slower ones without the actual afterburner) are more prone to being hit by missiles even when flaring. I have flown the A-6 and Su-25 a lot and I would flare at the correct time, not too soon or too late, and turn immediately, but somehow still get hit. Whether it’s a direct or indirect hit.
Not sure if this review will be taken down because it’s a bad one, but here’s my conclusion. And I’d say I’m not the only player having similar experience.

Poor Server Connection
Crash so Many Times can't Feel the Full Gaming Experience. With that kind of server Crash you will be Next Angrybird but AngryBird Game never Crashes.

Don’t recommend using this app .. if you get stuck in a mission and can’t get past particular challenges you are stuck there in that same mission and cannot proceed past that part you are trying to to win
What happened
This game used to be awesome, but now, unless you’re dropping cash once a week you can forget about progressing. Unbelievably stacked matches, in favor of one team over the other. Sad to see, good game turned into pay to win garbage.

This game was pretty fun until they created the new drone-assisted plane that is way overpowered. Guess I’m done playing at this point.
Matchmaking continues to be a problem
I have been playing this game for a few months so far and while I love the general arcade style and feel of the game I feel that matchmaking continues to be such an issue that I cannot recommend this game long term to anyone. Also add to the fact that it's a $10 every 30 day fee to get the battle pass to even be able to progress at a decent pace.
The Devs for this game don't care about the casual player. And the game is geared towards people playing on computer almost exclusively. I don't want to have to do some mental calculus just to not get matched 30 out of 40 games with clans with planes 4 levels above mine and lose almost all those matches cause we are just fodder.
