MetaMask is now the thing we need to fight. It decides on your behalf what you can do with your assets. It’s not decentralized. It’s not even centralized. It’s BIG BROTHER. It can stop you from receiving, sending, swapping, and even lock up your wallet completely if they decide it’s “safer” for you or their community. They want us to trade freedom under the guise of safety. We all know too well where that leads. Boycott it!

Keeps crashing now
App keeps crashing a second after opening following this latest patch. Please fix.
Used to be Great. Not anymore.
Been using MetaMask for years. Loved it. Fast and reliable. Well that is simply no longer the case. Do performance testing on their extension and you’ll see what I mean. The iOS app needs at least 2-3 minutes before it responds to clicks after multiple updates.
There’s also suspicious fake reviews being left I don’t like to see.
Think it might be time to hop to another non custodial wallet fellas…

Simply doesn’t work as a signer, basically it’s main job. Does anyone working on this actually use it? Can’t be, since it doesn’t work. Shockingly bad app and embarrassing for the entire Web3 ecosystem. Update: Still awful. Another update: yup still doesn’t work. One more update: still broken

Fees are outrageous and reward protocol just encourages users to spend more with minimal incentive. Team is greedy and a lot of scams surround the company.

They got my money locked up in this meta scam, it doesn’t sign in just takes you back to the log in page with my money sitting in there unable to access my account . Shame!

I can’t even access my account it is so buggy on iOS I have everything updated and still nothing. Just shows an ad and says get started or not now and won’t let me click either.

Mobile App always Freezing
Why is the MetaMask mobile app always freezing even after updating ? I can’t even use it
App Sucks
Some how my eth address is compromised. Every time I receive eth it’s sent out immediately to random addresses. Going hardware wallet for now on.
Worse and Worse
Whoever is in charge of development here, you’re doing a terrible job. The constant useless updates make this app less user friendly and less usable. Trying to buy crypto and auto siphoning us to Transak is terrible too, I much preferred multiple options to purchase crypto. Uninstalled.

Since the last update the browser button and other action buttons at the bottom are super laggy and buggy. Websites that also hand off on mobile no longer work.

Can’t remove an imported wallet
Connected to google for greater security, now I can’t remove my imported account.

Every transaction is has ridicules fees and they all take forever to process if they even ever process I swapped I send and it just stays in the process status. Unfortunately I have to pick one star but you don’t even deserve that.

Devolving Unusable UI
The latest MetaMask iOS update is an unmitigated disaster. The app has devolved into near-unusable garbage.
The new “Sites” section has three fixed featured sites that cannot be removed or changed, and one of them is MetaMask itself. I’m already inside the damn app, why the hell is metamask.eth pinned as a “featured site” taking up precious space? It’s insulting.
Adding sites to favorites does literally nothing visible. No reordering, no prominence, no change in display.
“Popular sites” is an unsorted, chaotic dumpster fire with zero user control over sorting. No alphabetical option, no recency, no nothing. Defaulting to whatever opaque algorithm they chose.
This isn’t a redesign its thoughtless regression. Cluttered, confusing, disrespectful to users who’ve relied on MetaMask for years. If the goal was to drive people to competitors, congratulations you’ve succeeded spectacularly. Absolute trash update.

Worse every single update
Metamask used to be the gold standard for EVM wallets. They have fallen so far from that now. Any time they try to make an update the app gets slower, they change the layout and now they’re adding all the needless stuff. Recently the prompt you to update every single time you open the app (they didn’t do that before) and now with this new update you get a terms pop up constantly, every single time you open the app. And half the time it freezes now.
I’m just gonna go full time phantom at this point. Way less issues and way less needless updates.
