Not worth my time
Waste of time . You will win occasionally but winnings will never grow because no matter what you do . They will take it all back so you come again the next day to claim . This is BS

I haven’t spent money and the app has given me no reason to. They have these live tournaments and all they do is force you to waste chips. The daily amounts collected is maybe enough to get 5 spins so you have to collect for a few weeks to even play for more than 10 minutes. Much better apps as far as gameplay. Don’t download and don’t waste your time. Sorry excuse for an app.

Frustrated
I have been playing mgm slots for years and I lost my game 2 years ago. I had to reload it not realizing I lost all of my points. I started over I had 2 years of points and since I didn’t save my information I could not get it back. I had to delete and start over again I play on my Apple account not even a month in and I have been kicked out of the game saying connection failed. I try to connect and it still says connection failed. I know it is not my internet because I can go on all my other games. I did save my information and I did reach out yesterday and have not heard back from anybody. 😢
Spin to lose every time
This is just like any other gambling game. it is rigged to lose. They give you free coins to play then they run out fast and then try to trick you into spending money. It’s a rig game like they all are all it is is a way to attract you. Get you excited and then force you to pay more money to keep playing. I used to enjoy playing it until I realize that you will never win. Nobody wants to play a game that they constantly lose that.

1 billion in chips from their mini game that were never credited to my account. I contacted them, sent full description and screenshots. It took over a week for any reply and then told the chips were added to my account. They
continued to stick to that decision over multiple messages and
made no reference to my screenshots of proof, and they provided no proof of their findings. In the end telling me the case was reviewed and closed. I have spent money often on their game but whenever there's a problem resulting in loss of chips, all you get are polite arguments.
It's just numbers they're arguing over, not money but it costs money to play. They should be more accommodating.
The game has also become very stingy with the wins across the board.

Don’t waste your money on becoming a higher tier. The priority support means absolutely nothing. They still take days to respond. Game is a scam. Take my word for it or download it and see for yourself. Playstudios should be reported to the BBB.

SIXTH UPDATE. Same issue with streak resetting and same boilerplate response, then I missed today when I know I didn’t. Not worth the aggravation; no longer trying for a streak. THIS APP SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM APPLE STORE.
FIFTH UPDATE: reported again. Same boiler plate non-responsive answer. Games are good, but customer support is nonexistent. Play at your own risk. I certainly wouldn’t invest money as I wouldn’t trust them to be honest with it either. You think a reputable company who sees this for the fifth time might do what’s right; but they didn’t the verse four times.
FOURTH UPDATE: appears to be continue fraud and certainly unacceptable customer service of this app continues. After a six months streak, it reset itself and of course Customer service says it’s my fault. The games are good, which is the only reason I haven't deleted the app, but I do wish Apple would deal with their poor behavior.

Spent way to much money to try and complete the challenges. Hard to complete them without spending hundreds. Not worth it, rarely win anything for the amount of money I’ve spent. Don’t get me started on all the pop ups just to get to a game. Have to go through all of them again just to switch games.

Don’t waste your time. They start you off with 10 million but you can’t hit anything so you have to pay to play so you can win fake chips. Scam!!!
Game is a fraud
Once they get you spending money, the odds definitely go down. They are treating it like real Vegas slot machines-hook you in and continue to get you to spend money. Don't do it, just avoid this like the plague.
Took Away Free Rooms
After the latest update they took away the free rooms available to redeem as a reward, this is the entire reason I play this and save my points. I’m very upset over this.

Useless support
Adding friends does not work, it will only send them a link which opens App Store, does not actually open the game so it will connect a friend. All support does is respond on how to add friends, not understanding their game is broken and not doing it right.

Just played slots. Downloaded the game and ran out of money in the first 5 minutes. Don’t waste your time. I’ll never get how slot games don’t understand you have to let people win occasionally for people to keep playing. Deleted.
Player beware
Games can be fun but the backhanded way the app tries to trick you are not. Watch your bets when they say a room is empty and you need to switch because your next bet will be the very max unless you change it. Also some seriously shady stuff when you play any type of tournament or challenge. I was awarded 7 “free” spins. However when I attempted to continue after my free spins the app would only allow me to continue if my bets equaled the “free” spin value due to a 10 spin cycle. (Free spin amounts were WAY higher than any of my previous bets) Customer service was a joke and did not care. And for that reason I am out.
Waste of time!!!
I’ve played their other slots games and this one I’ve had the WORST luck in. You’re stuck at having to save up and then use the lowest bet possible because you will constantly be at a loss in this one.
Hate this
Not only will this game not make you rich, but every freaking time it plays an ad for MGM slots. It asked me if I want to leave the screen of the ad that I’m watching no it glitches it up half the time when you do that. They should be banned from making ads that will try to take you away from the current ad. It’s just a slap in the face when it freezes and doesn’t give rewards.
Please Help - I work hard for my Money
My previous issue and the current has not been resolved. The glitch is a continuous problem. When playing several games, it would keep rolling and rolling. Then, when it stops the entire screen jumps to reflect a non winning result. I saw clear as day that I was supposed to win 100,000 million chips/coins. I also buy multiple deals of your coin package in MGM Live, and the value does not compare to the other packages that I purchase from your other games. May I please have a refund.
Scam
Every time you log in it will be at MAX bet. After years of playing the game I had a random disco and after recovering my bet went from 250m to 50b. Wiped out my accoun in 15 spins. Screw this app.
Very glitchy app
I’ve have issues loading this app on my iPad so bad that I can no longer play on it. And now the app won’t load on my iPhone 14! What’s the deal?!

It says to “please check the internet and reconnect again” when I clearly do have internet.
Lie about free play redeem.
It hides in a small line within contract, says you have to pay for two night stay then you can redeem. It didn’t say anything in the redeem instruction, didn’t say anything during redeem, and didn’t say anything after. Only when you go to the front desk and ask them, they tell you that you can only do it if you PAY for two night.

Move max bet button
I love this game but I’ve accidentally hit the max bet button so many times. Just accidentally lost 100m because of it and now I’m uninstalling. I’ll reinstall once it’s fixed.

Love MGM casinos love to play there. You play this app though and build up points and you cannot use them for anything. They always have stipulations to how you use your points. Nothing ever works.
Why a one star
The game is unresponsive when you play. I was hoping it was just the one game I was playing but no, it is every game that I’ve played on this app. I mostly play games to just pass the time whenever I do mundane things like waiting in line at the grocery store, laundry, pumping gas. I guess like with their properties they’ll partially take care of it and then get hacked for being lazy. Download at your own risk.
Hyper feminine males?
What is the deal with all created versions of males in this game, it’s a completely unrealistic representation of all males. For some sure, and there’s nothing wrong with that. But it’s like the females are more neutral than the males are, it’s just odd

Fraudulent rewards scam
The rewards don’t pay out. They give you codes to buy things through their website where they steal all your personal information data just to redeem the reward and then the is code is invalid. I TOLD YOU PEOPLE OVER AND OVER ABOUT THIS ANX YOU DID NOTHING! So here’s one star review that you earned. Scam. Don’t download. Unless you want your private personal information data stolen.

Defaults at max bet. So frustrating
I constantly have to adjust my bet because the game sets it at max bet by default. If you over look it once, you go bankrupt.
Too little payouts
The hourly and daily coins given are so small that you have to collect coins for days before you can play for more than five minutes. Run from this game not worth the time or money. I have bought coin packages and still betting small amounts the coins disappear within minutes.

Free Coins Emails with Expired Links
For the last week, the emails that MGM Slots sends for free coins had expired links. Just now, MGM Slots sent an email that I received at 5:15 pm. I opened the email at 5:30pm and clicked the link and got the pop-up message that the offer was unavailable
Game is impossible
I have played versions of this game for years. It’s just like all the other MGM games where the slot don’t pay out anything. You constantly go to 0 coins cause you never win more than you spend. Also getting the bonus at times is impossible. I have played for hours and never get a bonus, or if I do the payout is nothing. All they want you to do is buy more coins. That is it! I would never pay for coins on this game.
