Too many bugs developers dont even try
The tracker golden. From exercise to sleep and heart monitoring, yay! The issues… you have to manually click on the app for anything to be stored.. for your sleep data to appear, I have to open and close the app for my phone to do the computing and then the watch will register it. Then i have to open and close the app so it will load on the app history.. if youre not allowing my phone to sync at least every thirty minutes so the watch can offload stored data automatically… devs.. do better. Band 3/4 worked well! Zep life was a pile of doggy poo. You have an amazing device. Hoping mifit will have better more seamless communication.
Completely immaculate
I got the watch and use the app specifically to monitor my sleep cycle. It hasn’t accurately identified my sleep/wake pattern at all (it didn’t capture any of the five times I woke up last night). Very disappointed.

Bloated - takes too much storage
Every update makes this application larger. Just this year it has grown by over 200mb.
Will not pair
Watch shows as connected on my iPhone but the app does not. I never got the opportunity to use the device. Also, watch starts off in a different language that I’m unable to change. Returning.
Sync issues
I have a smart band 10 and the app loses all the info synced every single week. I can’t get accurate readings on my info because it keeps refreshing every time the watch disconnects from bluetooth.
Disruption of the 5ghz Wi-Fi network
When this program is active on the phone and connected to the smartwatch, the phone's connection to 5GH WiFi is disrupted! Even if it has already been connected to it and is in the phone's saved list. So that the phone does not find that frequency in the WiFi list that it can connect to! And the only way to connect to it is either by barcode or by manually entering the name and password of that network.
Fix the bug

1、一直要求上传监测数据，要用户上传通讯录的时候都没这么频繁，霸道的不像小米的产品，您背后是哪个单位。2、绑定手环必须同步手机通知。3、app断网几周后app首页血氧模块消失，心率睡眠等却正常，管理健康功能设置里也没有血氧功能，手环上可以正常查看。
Doesn’t work for the apps
I’m having issues adding apps to my fitness watch. Seems like they’re having a bug
Can’t download any watch faces - all are blank screens
Owned a Chinese version of mi band 9 ceramic for over a year, worked flawlessly. Upgraded to the new mi band 10 ceramic and now the app doesn’t work - can’t download a single watch face.
No custom watch faces for Band 10
It works for syncing your Mi Band 10 but there’s no way to upload custom watch faces on iOS anymore. I upgraded from the 6 and wish I could go back.
Doesn’t connect
8 out 10 times it does not download data from watch
