Can’t get it to run.
I opened the app and couldn’t get it to run. It was just a bright and tried to reduce the screen but no picture. Can you fix it?

Stuck in a loop
Played for two days. Then when I tried to open it, it told me I needed to update it. When I went to the App Store, it only gave me the option to open it. There was no need to update it. So I opened it, and it told me I needed to update it.

So disappointed in the game design. I understand chance and I understand making people work for a game, but someone to the game getting items I haven’t seen in the two years I’ve been playing, to invite someone to the game and have them have to play 10 levels to unlock one character and not even get it? I don’t see the draw any longer. I really liked the game, but it won’t be one I pick up any more. Really disappointing.

I have this game on the big iPad. There’s nothing like the poor person thing. There are such stupid liars a different game style and it’s about merging and there’s no sense blah blah blah. Garbage game
I only played this for the cash rewards offered on another app and this didn’t pay out. It is way too tedious to be enjoyable without getting paid for it.

I used to LOVE this game. Since mid December, the game glitches and freezes after a few minutes. It even freezes my entire phone. It seemed to be getting better, and then the latest update made it so much worse

I invited a friend they downloaded the game and are still playing. I never received the gems and the stump still hasn’t unlocked. I reached out to the help center and they responded with a lagging issue which is not the problem. The form makes you put and issue and there’s only two options. Please take the time to read inquiries properly and you would have seen that I even provided the Id referral code that was sent to my friend.

The slots mechanic ruins it
I really do enjoy this game. The principle is exactly what I want from a land-based merging game: grinding and organizing, cute little critters, bonus events, all of it. But I absolutely can NOT stand the slot machine mechanic. It ruins the whole experience of the game, especially since it's
