Can’t search award flights for months.
For over 3 months (now May 26) when trying to book an award flight one receives the error “Sorry, the frequent flyer profile provided is incorrect.” This is the same for my partner and we’ve tried different devices, re-installing, clearing all cache and nothing works. It’s a known problem reported on various travel forums and I’ve emailed and called Miles and More dozens of times to report. Yet they refuse to fix this critical bug over multiple app versions. What good is an award program and app if you can’t even book an award? An absolute joke.

Violates App Store & GDPR Policy
No account deletion option - violates App Store guidelines.
This app allows account creation but does not provide a way to delete the account within the app. Apple requires that account deletion be available and easily accessible in-app, yet there is no such option here.
Users should not be forced to contact support or leave the app just to delete their data. This is a basic privacy expectation.
Please fix this and comply with Apple’s policies.

Since the two authen. Doesn’t work
Since I did the two authentification , the app does not work anymore.
Doesn’t work from abroad
Same broken junk as the website, only works from Germany to book a reward flight. Otherwise you will encounter “a technical error”. They haven’t fixed this for over a year now - nobody cares.
Terrible
In short this app is useless. Does not work so travelers shouldn’t waste their time with this nonsense.

Face ID does not work
App keeps logging out even after selecting FaceID and auto log in. Unusable. :(
App Issues and Impossible to Report
App keeps logging me out each time even though I selected Face ID and auto log in each time. Also impossible to report this issue on the App Store and Lufthansa’s miles and more website does not make it clear where you can report this issue…..quite frustrating

Why can’t people from the United States shop for items in the WorldShop? I have seen many items I would like to purchase from it, but cannot. Even if it was a limited selection, that would be better than nothing. Thanks
New and degraded?
New layout introduced in 2024 puts “news” which are basically advertisements on the starting page. There is no way to set one of the other sections as starting point. The app used to be a quick way to get status information instead of the web site. But now it’s not as useful. Marketing genius.
Access denied; I don’t have permission to access
It has been a few months, I can’t access to my iPhone apps or Mac miles and more link. Reached out to customer service, no action and no solution. Downloaded the latest app, it doesn’t work still saying access denied, I don’t have permission.

Login not possible
The application gives a permission error when accessing the login. Currently the only way ai found to use my miles and more account is with chrome on the Mac. Login is not possible with either app, safari or chrome on the iPhone. Not good.

I have to type in my login every single time despite Face ID and auto login being enabled. The password field is recognized as credit card so my password manager won’t work.

Unable to sign in
I am unable to sign into my account. The app is effectively useless unless this bug is fixed.
Password field is set as credit card field
Can't login with iOS (saved credentials) because the password field that is shown after the email address is recognized as a credit card field, so the only option is "Scan card". Did someone ever test this?
Does not allow log-in
App doesn’t allow log-in via email or Miles n more ID + Pin - always a technical error issue. Still able to login via website so not sure why it is an issue to do so in app. Also password reset link requested via the app is never received.

Unable to update my miles and customer service never responded. Not helpful at all.
Inconvenient App
All this app is doing is linking you back to the website. It's basically a browser disguised as an app. It keeps showing you that it will leave the website. I tried to retroactively claim miles for one of their partner companies and it led me to the website showing how to do it instead of being able to directly do it as with the claiming of miles for flights. The app doesn't have much functionality and is hard to use.
If they could improve on this it would be a much better app. It's not very user friendly at the moment.

money fraud 2 times - extremely negative
money fraud 2 times. ticket not issued. I've been calling for 2 hours and they constantly hang up. waited on the line for hours. Last time 30 min with no response.
Worst Flight Rewards App
This app is probably the worst rewards app I’ve ever used. As a regular flyer, I’ve been very disappointed with this team/app. Their customer service is nonexistent and the app interface itself is difficult to navigate and seems to lack the basic info you’d want when traveling. Don’t plan on using after I finally track down my initial rewards

Is this a bad joke? I opened this on my iPad and it’s basically a webpage based interface that’s terrible to use. Come on you can do better then that…
Freezes before sign i
I don’t understand the purpose of an app that freezes before it lets me sign in to use it. I’ve tried to install/uninstall it several times, waited hours for it to unfreeze. Nothing works. Useless.

Every update appear to be messing up the login and UX -> I do not give you not many more chances!!!!
Worthless. Impossible to sign in or create.
I even had to make a whole new email to create a whole new account just to log in. Won’t even allow me to complete registration with the link they emailed me. I have never in my life seen a more worthless app and set up of a supposed major airline. They want my money but won’t allow me to even create a new account when they deny me to log in with an old account.

Mediocre app, terrible program
The app is mehh..could be better. A bit retro and limited user friendliness. What’s worse is the miles & more PROGRAM! Zero benefits, fights are expensive anyway, no real discounts on cars and hotels, and the customer service number is incorrect (and seems expensive). Overall TERRIBLE. Will leave the program - there are better ones out there.
Non existant bargins
I tried to buy a bargain trip in business class to San Diego from Zurich. Non - existant. The dates specified could not be selected and the class, business, was not available. This is a joke. Will do my best to avoid Lufthansa or Swiss airlines.

I chose automatic login and Face ID, but the app keeps logging me out and then asking me to insert my credentials. This does not happen on the other SWISS app…

Redeem only for flights
Must use browser to redeem for anything else.

Slow and not intuitive app. It takes about 15 sec. just to login on new iPhones.
Wrong Purpose
This App doesn’t really meet customers need- making it easy to find, book, modify or cancel flights.
Instead the functionality is all over the place, modifications and cancellation is via call center.
