I’ve had this app. for a while and have enjoyed it until I got a new phone. Then I renewed another week and it took my money but wouldn’t let me back on. I tried on the app itself and it worked and charged me both times. I tried to contact someone and no one responded. I canceled one and my subscription shows another week left but it won’t let me watch it keeps telling me to buy again. I would be very careful with this app.

Unable to watch
I was unable to watch She took the wrong bed series and I purchased your app and was still unable to watch the series. It’s unable to bring the series up on the app, and it has not allowed me to access the series that I want to watch.
Total ripoff
I have purchased a weekly unlimited viewing subscription twice now only to be charged and receive no access to the shows. I was told that my payment didn’t go through so I tried again and that payment went through but now I have been charged two times with no access to the show I wanted to watch.
Expensive and hard to cancel so far, I spent $70 and I cannot cancel. I have to email them for help

Paid subscription didn’t unlock episodes
I purchased the paid weekly subscription on May 5th it didn’t unlock so I restarted the app and it still didn’t unlock. I signed out of my account and back in episodes were still locked. So I sent “feedback” on their app. On May 8th it still was locked so I sent another feedback with the photo of my Apple receipt. Today May 10th I still have locked episodes.

Love the stories but I feel that the prices are a bit too high. Maybe I something different with reward.
Scam
I would not recommend this app. I signed up for a weekly subscription expecting to watch a specific show, but it wasn’t even available after I paid. On top of that, canceling the subscription is unnecessarily difficult, and there’s no clear or accessible way to contact support. The whole experience feels frustrating and misleading. I wouldn’t suggest this service to anyone.

Horrible you can watch videos but when you subscribe it dents show up on your account for Apple do not subscribe they do not reply back to your emails for help or anything
Wayyyy too many adds
Why in the hell do you have to pay any money to this app when they play at least 2 adds before going to the next episode…that I already paid for!?!?!

You cannot watch any of these videos without paying they do not have a watch ads for episode transactional system in place. I don’t keep any of these apps if you can’t watch ads to watch episodes. There is no way these people are getting my hard earned money. When they’ve already been paid in ad revenue.

Total ripoff!
No transparency for how much episodes cost and when you think you’ve purchased enough tokens, suddenly, there are more episodes! At 4X the cost of Netflix to subscribe, it’s a joke. Plus, the same content is available on cheaper platforms.
NO WAY TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
The method as described on the app DOES NOT WORK. I checked App Store > Profile Photo > Subscriptions. This subscription DOES NOT APPEAR in my Apple account, and there IS NO OTHER WAY to cancel it. I needed it cancelled TODAY and there is nowhere to do it. No response when I sent them feedback either!! Awful app, awful customer support.
Scam
With this app, you can buy weekly subscription, but only watch part of a show. You must buy coins in addition to watch the remainder. That is terrible customer service considering so many reputable apps do not do this.

The instructions for cancellation are a joke. The service isn’t listed under subscriptions. Yet I keep being charged.

Don’t waste your time
I downloaded to watch a series only to watch 5 free there was no watch 5-10 additional after an ad like most and the costs of the episodes are way to high to unlock without spending $20 a week to have the subscription, they have coins and vouchers you use to unlock them. My next episode says 148 coins or vouchers to watch, I can watch 5 ads to get 50 vouchers (10/ad)but at that rate I’d be lucky to unlock 3 a week with the daily check ins
A rip off!
I ordered 1 week of MiniShorts but it kept stopping my viewing and asking me to pay for coins! Then I thought that maybe it was only going to allow so much viewing per day. I logged back in today and I watched only the last chapter from yesterday, and it was asking me to buy more coins. What a rip off! And I’m sure I won’t get my money back!
What Happened
I would give a 5 star but u took away the extra rewards … why??? After I finish this story I will be deleting this app

Not worth it
Each episode is worth a crazy amount of coins. And if you attempt to want to do this for free, you’re gonna need to go through like three days just to be able to accumulate enough vouchers to watch one episode. It’s definitely not worth it. There are other apps out there or at least you can watch a multiple episodes a day.

Just like many other apps like this one, they show you enough of the story to get you interested, advertise that all stories are free and then require you purchase “coins” to keep watching - about $240 per year

I paid $14.99 for one week and it will not let me watch. I deleted the app and reloaded. Still won’t work. Very disappointed.

I paid $4.99 for 500 coins, but nowhere in the app does it explain how many coins are required to unlock an episode. Each episode is under 2 minutes long, yet 500 coins only unlocked 7 episodes out of 52.
What’s worse, the first 20 episodes were already free on Facebook, but the app wouldn’t allow me to skip them. I was forced to rewatch 7 episodes I’d already seen, and then I ran out of coins before finishing the series.
I would not recommend this app.

Never use this app
If I could give it a minus 5 I would. Terrible app. They sock money out of you. You pay $10 for an episode, if you make a subscription it is enough for a few episodes. In the end they make you pay hundreds of dollars for one series. It is unbelievable. They are many other apps that are honest and does not steal money from you.

Paying is a ripoff
I like the verticals, even deciding to pay the $14.99 for a weekly. But the coins and vouchers you get from the purchase barely covered 1/4 of a single movie story, and I’m still having to save up from daily logins to finish watching it. Other apps are cheaper with better rewards distribution. Once this paid week is over, my monies will find betters homes. Not cool.
