iPhone 15 can’t log in
When I try to log in the screen seems zoomed in and I can’t log into my account.
Unfortunate
I was very excited to get my 3 y/o son into Christ in a way that would keep his attention. To find out that it costs 11$ a month, was a bit disappointing. It’s worth the money, I’m just disappointed that you are charging people to teach the gospel to kids. I would much rather appreciate u running ads from Christian businesses to make your needed revenue. Hobby lobby, Angel studios, etc. would all be good ads you could run that would give you revenue as well as keep it free for kids. Every parent that has to close the ads for their kids would see what the ad was. In so,it would not be a loss in the eyes of the ad runners either. Just wish that all kids would get the chance to experience this app, no matter the financial situation of their parents.
No customer support

Difficult
The app is only available on certain devices/tv‘s and customer support hasn’t responded to my request for help from 2 weeks ago.
Zero customer service for billing issues
I sent a support message in from their site on September 17. Today is October 2. I got a confirmation email that my support request was created. I still haven’t heard anything.
Can’t do nothing
I have tried to resend the verification to email several times. It won’t resend. I have also tried to change emails. That doesn’t work either. So I give up.. let me know when yawl fix it. Thanks

I’ve tried updating my iPad, deleting the app, and turning off my iPad and still no dice. Really want my kids to watch good content
Scam!
I tried the trial and it was absolutely not for my 3 yo at all. I emailed them before the trial ended requesting a cancellation. Immediately got a receipt email. I kept receiving promotional emails so I sent them to spam. Looked my credit card bill recently and saw they’ve been charging me for 7 months. Looked at emails and they responded FOUR months after my email to tell me they couldn’t find my account. I emailed them again and…surprise! No response. This service is a scam.

So we first heard about the game and we were like “oh yeah that’s good”. 😊 But then my mom signed me up for it and it said, Please enter your email address so we can get your account. COME ON MAN! Stop! Not recommending this!
Is it really Christian ?
Who the heck puts a Delete all button right at the top for kids to push on the download page. My daughter pressed the button as soon as we got on the plane 🙄 anyways there’s not that many options for movies and shows and I don’t like that it’s a Christian app and has a Labubu show 🤔 that’s demonic.

MinnoKids Laugh and Grow Bible Sories
My grandkids (10, 7 & 6 years old) love these stories. They ask if we can watch them. The stories are 5-6 minutes long and are very well done. They’re entertaining and do a great job of teaching the Bible stories.
