FRAUDULENT
This company misrepresented that I had a free 7 day trial but charged me over $100 the minute I downloaded the app. I asked for a refund and they denied it with no explanation. Wow.
It’s a Ripoff!
Not worth it and it automatically renews so make sure you cancel subscription ahead of time! I asked for a refund barely 3 minutes when it renewed on the same day and didn’t get any even though it was filed within minutes! Expensive renewal and a total waste of money!

Pressed record at the beginning of our 20 minute meeting and the awful program said the audio recording was interrupted 2 seconds into the recording. What sort of awful feature is that?

I pay for unlimited minutes and was forcefully logged out and made to log back in and all my minutes are gone!!!! This app is not to be trusted

I am highly satisfied with this application; initially, it meticulously recorded each of my meetings and proved to be invaluable for translating action items as well as providing comprehensive summaries. However, recently, I have encountered difficulties with its ability to record or transcribe meetings. I contacted the company's support team, which, according to the application, commits to responding within one business day. Regrettably, I have not received any correspondence or assistance regarding this issue. Consequently, I am led to believe that if the service functions properly, it is deemed acceptable; otherwise, the issue is disregarded.
Deleting Recordings
Unfortunately it is deleting/not saving my recordings resulting in me losing three different meetings that I needed the notes on. Very frustrating situation. Would not want this to happen to anyone else. I have to switch to a different app so it doesn’t happen again. Hope they figure this out.

To the free trial! I would give it 0 stars if I could. I clicked to subscribe on the free trial and within seconds they charged me for the full year price!!!! I attempted to reach out to Apple to dispute the purchase and they denied me twice. I reached out to the app directly and they told me that Apple handles all their billing and there was nothing they could do. I also tried to call Apple and they said that since it was denied twice, there was nothing more they could do. I’m now stuck paying $105 for a service I wanted to check out to see if it would work for my needs. Absolutely disgusted with this situation.

App Frozen for 1+ Week
This app used to work and run with zero issues and it became an essential tool for me at work.
For the last week, it has been frozen and unusable. When I open the app, it either takes forever to load OR it loads quickly and none of the buttons work. I can’t even get to settings to export anything to save for my records.
I have deleted and reinstalled the app at least five times and the issues have not resolved. I’ve written to Support and I hope they’re able to rectify these issues.

Refund Refusal
My account auto-renewed and they refuse to issue a refund. Highly NOT recommended unless you’re ready to lose $100+ and never get it back. Unbelievable
App Has Been frozen since last week
I’ve used this app for over a year now but since last week I can’t use it at all

I recorded almost a 2 hour meeting, when the meeting was done I hit stop recording and the recording was gone. The support has no answer as why it didn’t save the recording. Bottom line, it’s not reliable and therefore worthless. I’ve been trying to get my subscription cost refunded but the support department has ghosted me. Do better.

Horrible app I used it to take the minutes for an important meeting and it completely failed to transcribe and didn’t even give me the option to capture the recording or do anything for the meeting so the meeting is done and I have no notes. Do not use this app if you wish to have good notes.

Great idea- poor execution.
I am someone who is in meetings the entire workday, so having an app being able to transcribe my meetings accurately is incredible. Unfortunately, this app is not it. There is no web app that I can start on my computer, there is no Teams integration, and if I do record and upload the video for transcription, the video has to be smaller than 200mb. I’m sorry but no meeting recording is that small unless it’s a 15 minute call, to which I wouldn’t need comprehensive notes.
The cost of this app is too high for the service it provides. I have only been able to effectively use it once, which was at an in person doctor’s appointment.

Can’t delete recordings. It’s now cluttering up my interface.
I clicked on “Delete” button. But nothing happened. Exited the app and tried again multiple times, the same. The “Delete” button is not working. Hope this clarifies.
