Will not create account for non UK mobile
This is a huge problem as I was not able to add time or get SMS alerts and ended up with a ticket. How hard can this be to get it right?

Junk software with a confusing UI. Even a tech savvy person will waste tens of minutes faffing. Counsels who use this company for their parking are being scammed.
Terrible, confusing UI
My local council has replaced the paper shopping permits with this piece of rubbish. It’s criminal of them. A large number of the users are elderly, but this app is terribly bad. It’s unclear how to select your parking location, it drives you to pay a £0.10 SMS fee. It’s so very bad. The developers, and the councils who mandate this, they all should be ashamed.
Doesn’t like foreigners

If I “ register“ I won’t be charged near as much and won’t have to keep paying every hour but can rather pay in bulk. Needs a way to except international phone numbers to register.
Very difficult to international travelers
You'd better have actual coins or a UK mobile number. You can't extend a stay overnight without registering with their app, and the app refuses to accept US mobile phone numbers. The help section of their website doesn't answer our questions, and the hold times are too long to be at all helpful.
