I cannot get this app to work. It's constantly "something went wrong, try again" when I try to see my tickets or my homepage which just says, "We're having trouble personalizing your Home Tab. We're working behind the scenes to get this fixed for you."

Why does everything have to be so complicated?
We are in the day and age where everything has to be done on an app or across two apps. Especially when things don’t work the way they’re supposed to.

This app is horrible. Constantly glitching. God forbid you actually buy tickets to a game, they will not be transferred to this app because it just doesn’t work.

I’m sure there is no way around it, but this app is terrible just to get tickets to a ball game. Way over done

I totally got screwed when I bought these tickets. Because off all the fees. Now in order for them to sell I will get 1/4 of the price I paid. Do not buy tickets from this site.

I occasionally go to a baseball game… and every time it’s a 20 step process to reset my password simply to accept tickets and then another hassle to simply access the ticket. Not everyone wants this app, some people just want to go to a baseball game without giving up all their vital information.
Lost my tickets, can’t access
I’ve had this app for years because it is a requirement. A friend just sent me tickets but the app says “error - can’t refresh home page”. So the friend no longer has the tickets and my tickets won’t show up in my wallet. And of course the customer service link -- error message
Horrible since this year
Never can get my tickets received when forwarded unless I delete and reload a few times. Tried all sorts of fixes. Digital only works when it works. And following the virtual assistant winds up in a null page.
Buggy/Screen stuck
Can’t refresh the ticket tab for some reason. When I know there’s tickets there and when it takes me to a “choose your team” screen. I can’t back out or X out of it. I have to close the app and start all over again. Dumb

Forcing Use of App to Get Into Games
Why force fans to use the app when Seat Geek is an official ticketing partner of the home team? Then I was directed into a line where facial recognition was required. I used to like this app but very negative experience tonight.

I purchased my tickets though stub hub and they said you can retrieve the tickets through the MLB app but I have been unable to do so.

I have had to sign in three separate times and my tickets are still not there. E-mails and Ticketmaster are telling me that they should be there.

I only use the app during baseball season for tickets. Crazy, right. The app forced me to update then didn’t like my Face ID credentials I set up with Apple. So had to reset. This is such basic functionality.

Not user friendly
Buy your tickets from your computer. The app is not all that easy. Trying to pick seats and it kept throwing me back out to choose my game day. I had to go back in so many times that by accident I ended up buying tickets to the wrong game and couldn’t do anything about it. The interface with Ticketmaster is horrible! I kept having to sign back into Ticketmaster as I purchased and then tried to access the tickets. I went back later to look at my receipt and suddenly the tickets were gone. They show on the ticket page but when you click on it to get to the receipt, it says no tickets purchased yet I clearly did as it was charged to my credit card. Grrr. So frustrating.

Why are we forced to use this useless app?
This app rarely if ever works! I’ve complained about it to the app creators, MLB, Ticketmaster and StubHub. There is no workaround! The Reds ticket permitting spoke with said they hate it and have nothing but problems. They couldn’t get it to work and had to send me PAPER tickets i. The mail! I’m now planning to see the Tigers in two days and of course still having problems accessing my tickets!
We should all boycott games for maybe even one day. Perhaps then MLB would actually pay attention to the situation. But then again we could boycott several games and they’d still be oblivious!

Had to download this app to get some tickets being held at globe life. It is the most cumbersome in not use a friendly process I’ve ever seen and I work in technology so I know.

Difficult app
This app is so hard to navigate. I have trouble finding the schedule unless I am buying tickets and I always have issues buying tickets. It is different every time. I am in IT so if I have issues, many others do too.
Just don’t work
Downloaded my app a couple days ago, for a Tigers game Monday, the app keeps giving me a message about “personalizing my experience” but nothing will load. My friend has been trying to transfer the tickets but I keep getting a message about “unable to complete transaction”
