The app has an error. I called mlb and spent 4 hours so I can not use it.

Tickets Suck
Tickets won’t open as it tries to connect to Ticketmaster. TM sucks as and is likely the problem. So don’t let your app, MLB, interact with TM.

All cannot even update my home page correctly, much less let me see my tickets. I can see my tickets on the MLB site, but I cannot use them from there or get them from this POS app….yes, same email address and verified.

This is the worst app for a major company or business that I have ever used. It is constantly breaking down and has extremely poor usability. MLB should be ashamed and embarrassed to put this out to the public.

No Excuse In 2026
I just wanted to accept tickets that someone purchased for me to attend a game. I don’t want to give my email, phone number, name, date of birth to do it. And if I do have to, there’s no excuse for the UI to be so clunky and fail so frequently in today’s age. I will delete this app the second I leave the game.
UX is overrated
If I could design the worst user experience and place it into an app that just needs to serve up a ticket, this is it!

Verification process
So I’ve verified my account already online try to log into the app to see my tickets and app will not allow it “email verification” issue I try to verify however app is unable to do so even when I try to add a different email so for now I’m only able to see the web version

App sucks
The MLB ballpark app is HORRIBLE. When setting up a new account the App will NOT send the email to verify the account. Absolutely will not send it. When trying to log in as a new user the same thing I cannot get this lousy app to send an email to reset PW or set up new account. And this is how we’re supposed to enter games. What a JOKE
Verification
Asked me how I want to verify my tickets and I selected text message. I put in the text code and then when I went to open up my tickets it said that I needed to have a verification email sent. When I hit that it does stop telling me error and verifying email. Pretty stupid and frustrating.
Horrible customer service and bad app
Horrible customer service wont help me reset my locked account and telling me to wait 24-48 hours for a manager to escalate the ticket. I have an upcoming game and can’t even access the tickets.

No tickets on app, been on hold for 38 minutes and waiting…
Forwarding tickets
The forwarding tickets option did not work and the ballpark doesn’t accept screenshots so they didn’t get to enjoy their Father’s Day gift a waste of time and money. Also we were able to get a link sent to my family members phone but it disappeared by the time they were going to the stadium.

Spent way too much time trying to open tickets that were sent to me . Please come up with a simpler system.
Poor Function
Another app that just runs a web browser, so not really an app. Plus I get “no events found” if I select a team and search for tickets even though I’m looking online and they clearly have a schedule.
Not good- but you have no choice
If you buy tickets this is pretty much the only app - its a monopoly. My gripe?- it should automatically populate my calendar with the games. I get 10-15 games a year and have missed some because this simple feature doesnt exist. Couldnt find it. MLB needs to do better with their monopoly here

My friend sent me tickets. I made my account. A message popped up for half a second saying they sent me the tickets. But it keeps saying I have no tickets even though I have refresh the app and verified my email
What did they change?
Last season it was so much easier to receive an download my Padres tickets. I don’t know what they changed this year but none of the email links work to retrieve my tickets and when I go directly to the app it’s like a wild goose chase to find every time. What happened to the old app?
A pain
I had intended on purchasing season tickets, but I changed my mind after I went through everything just to buy three tickets. It was a complicated mess that I go through again.
Locked behind iOS 18?
I understand why my banking apps kicked me out, but why does this ball park app gotta act all elitist with the iOS18 requirement? Y’all ain’t all that. iPhone 8 forever!!
Unreliable
Part of the time it works. Part of the time it doesn’t. If you call for help, they tell you to delete the app, reinstall it and start over.

Poor functionality
Had an experience in which a glitch in the app prevented me from forwarding tickets for a block that I was organizing. When I called customer service, they were not able to resolve. The MLB can do better than forcing all ticket management through a single app and then failing to ensure that it works.

Can you put the barcodes in so a person can sell tickets before 48 hrs before a game. Seriously I paid for these tickets already

But know, you, sitting in your cubicle trying to explain to your boss why the app is ‘so successful’ that you need a promotion… we hate it. Your business might look better on the surface, but we resent you.
