Trying to participate in voting for a “global” survival show for Produce101Japan. Voting is only available outside of Japan through this app.. yet the app is terrible to use. Everything is in Japanese and Translation / Caption button isn’t turning on. Its quite buggy. This is creating unfair voting disadvantage for votes outside of Japan.

Since Mnet decided to exclude BTS’ Suga from the birthday votes without any explanation or transparency, especially after so many complaints, I can no longer support an app that clearly has prejudices and ignores the fans.
Discriminatory to artists, glitchy, horrible to use
First and foremost…They’re discriminatory to the artists they leech from. They arbitrarily decide when to include an artist depending upon how much they want to use that person. Greedy greedy. It’s also horrible to use, as in not user friendly in the slightest. God only knows what you’re agreeing to when you d/l this worthless app. Cannot tell people to stay away from this app enough.

The lack of transparency surrounding this decision is equally concerning. If this was an error, it should have been corrected immediately. If it was deliberate, Mnet Plus owes a clear and public explanation.
Selective exclusion damages credibility and shows disregard for both the artist and the fans. Silence is not an acceptable response.
We are demanding immediate clarification, correction, and assurance that SUGA will be treated with the respect and equality he deserves.

I don’t really like this app because they genuinely don’t put some idols cause of an accident that happened a year ago or a few years ago so in my opinion, it’s a bad rating and it glitches a lot

Mis use of fan support
It says to support all artist but intentionally ignores certain artists even when fans bring it up. I don’t recommend this app as it only uses fans for their own purposes or when it’s convenient for them. You work for the FANS not the other way around.

March birthday vote missing key player
It is very odd and quite troubling that Mnet has arbitrarily decided to block BTS’ Suga from the March 2026 birthday vote by refusing to include him. Are they serious??? The app itself is not bad, they work to ensure transparency and fairness when voting is being conducted which is why it is even more baffling that they refuse to allow ARMY & Suga fans to celebrate his birthday in this way. Well, I’m done and have deleted the app after this fiasco. I’ll be quick to reinstall and watch their pesky adds if they add Suga. Don’t worry, we’ll catch up real quick in the votes once he’s added back in 💜

Leaving out Suga of BTS from the March birthday month is unacceptable and seems deliberate and targeted. Your refusal to listen to feedback about this and fix your mistake is very disappointing. My next step if this isn’t fixed is to delete the app entirely. Fix this. BTS is 7.
