Worst Matchmaking Experience Ever
The matchmaking in this game is extremely unfair. It constantly puts players into unbalanced teams where the skill levels are nowhere near equal, making matches frustrating instead of fun. It often feels like there's a "dark system" working against players, and sometimes it even seems like AI bots are being used instead of real teammates.
The gameplay review and verification system is just as bad. Players who clearly troll, intentionally feed, AFK, or ruin matches are reported, yet the system almost always responds with "No violation detected." It makes reporting feel completely pointless and allows disruptive behavior to continue without consequences.
Until the matchmaking becomes more balanced and the report system actually identifies genuine violations, it's hard to recommend this game.

Just save your self the head ache and don’t play, find another game there are many here to play League of Legends is better and even more fair this MLBB

1 star can’t talk or play with anyone in Asian server with the US and always say offline. Please fix it and not being able to invite people out of the US!!

If you play any other MOBA, league, dota and so on, be prepared for the most braindead gaming experience oat. Everybody is horrendous at the game. If you’re playing mid at GM - Epic be prepared to fight a duo lane without diminishing returns for the enemy comp because the developers are braindead. Just play wild rift genuinely

I've had issues with this game before, especially with new players being heavily penalized. Now I have a problem with their other game, Magic Chess: I can't access my account or anything related to it anymore. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times to resolve this, but I haven't gotten any response. If you want honesty, just play Honor of Kings or something else. After everything that’s happened with these games, I've wasted too much time and energy, and now it's all gone.

El juego se ha vuelto una mierda por la manera tan poco sutil y obvia de estos pendejos querer que pierdas estrellas para jugar más, arruinaron todo el juego y ahora lo único que me provoca es frustración e incomodidad jugar, arruinaron el sistema de emparejamiento para que pierdas con más frecuencia haciendo emparejamientos totalmente fuera de lugar e ilógicos, es horrible como por ganar dinero ahora lo van a perder y no saben cuánto me alegro.
También está el tema del servidor que claramente no tiene intención de arreglar porque de nuevo son unos estúpidos que solo quieren dinero. También las skins que cambian cuando les da la gana a pesar de que tú ya la compraste. A esta gente no le importan sus jugadores, solo el dinero y nada más, le pido al cielo que hayan muchas más malas reseñas y que el juego caiga un montón, hasta el inframundo y tenga pérdidas que su avaricia les juegue tan en contra de que no puedan negarla. Hi 10 year veteran here. As the game has gone on it went from interactive game play to being stuck in a illusion. The game is the most polished mobile moba but it has spiral down into marketing. Characters get buffed on expensive skins, collabs, and US servers are locked out of every other servers. Also, their matchmaking system is terrible. If you win too many times, their system flags you for too many wins so they actively give you worse and worse teammates until you eventually lose. Lose to many times and they through into bot lobbies to fuel your ego. Because of this, rank useless and even the highest rankers pay groups to carry them.
After 10 years, I think this game needs new management or an overhaul in its core systems. Winning punishes you, losing sucks, getting but in bot lobbies sucks, constantly micro buff on skins, poor matchmaking, smurfing and paid carries.

Absolutely boring and trash game never would recommend it because I got banned for it 20 matches because of not playing right when there was 4 people on me and called it intentional feeding the enemy

Trash players screws you over but the admins of the app sides with stupid players. I would not recommend this game. Waste of time with stupid admins banning you.
They don’t care
The people that run Mobile Legends genuinely don’t care about what their community wants in the game. I’ve played this game for years and finally last year I actually spent money on the game for my favorite skin. The skin that I bought was recently revamped and unfortunately I really don’t like it. It’s ridiculous that they think it’s ok to change a product that you bought with your own money. Every person I talk to has said they regret paying for a skin because eventually it was updated to something they hated. Even if you do like the revamped skin, you should still be able to keep the original product that you PAID FOR or get a refund. Bots, unfair matchmaking, literally doesn’t punish afk or troll players. They do not care about the player experience. Only about making money off of skins (that they will eventually change after you buy lol).

Many Bugs In US Server
I tried buying a collector skin once and it wouldn’t let me purchase the skin. They also don’t help you with anything if you ask or email them. They just take your money for free no matter how much you try to ask for help. They also have many bugs like not being able to change your avatar and many more. The game is fun to play, but just expect to have many bugs if you are playing on US servers.

After a major update, my account became separated from normal matchmaking and social systems. I cannot interact with friends or my wife despite being on the same game version, and I receive “version mismatch” errors.
This persists across reinstalling, devices, and networks, and appears to be a backend account/server assignment issue. Standard support has not resolved or escalated the problem.

Since we can not play the original I tried to switch my accs through Facebook and it says something went wrong always. All of my progress all of my skins and everything is literally gone like that. Cannot access to my location region
I’ve always been matching with Asia players that make my ping up to 200, Since the App has updated to be US Version, I couldn’t play with some of my old squads. We can’t even invite to the same room. Anyone could advise me how to solve this issue? Thanks in advance.

If you give me a teammate that is throwing the game being useless doing 1 kill and 10 deaths and I report him you need to ban him for 2 games because I reported and you saw no fault but when I get 3.8 score and I try with ruby and someone reports me I’m getting a violation can you make that make sense I’ll tell everybody I know to give this trash game 1 star piece of garbage game

I LOST MY ACCOUNT
I’ve been playing MLBB for years and wasted 1000s of dollars on the game, they removed the old MLBB and replaced with the US version, they never returned my account back because I connected to my google and I kept saying account error -46 and I have to level a new account to 15 to maybe have a chance in the advance server, there support isn’t helping and I wish I can have my account back
