VERY BAD
Very bad, you're constantly deleting or adding notes, and when you close the app, everything comes back again. You've wasted time and have to do everything over. And if you trusted it, it's over; it's complicated your life. I don't recommend it, it's terrible.

Os cartões de crédito não dão baixa com os pagamentos feitos e ficam transações em aberto na conta de pagamento e no cartão de crédito pago, mostrando conta em aberto e transação não categorizada! Já tentei de tudo por dois meses. Tentei contato no suporte. Até hoje não recebi resposta a minha solicitação. Estou bem chateado! Pago o plano premium e o app está com bugs!!! Já tem 2 meses o meu pedido de suporte sem resposta!!! Porcaria! Porque não sincroniza o pagamento dos meus cartões de crédito?! Um mês funciona outro não. Ai fico com transferências e pagamentos em aberto!!! Porcaria!!! Nem de graça serviria, quanto mais pago!!! Cansei!!! Quero resposta imediata, pfv!!!

Not good for syncing
I tried out the pro version through my work and still this app doesn’t really sync with many US institutions. The English version also has a lot of stuff in Portuguese. Do not recommend.

Sou premium e aparece que sou free, horrível.
Terrible app
Half of the words in the app are English and the other half is in a foreign language. The notifications on my phone and my email notifications are in Portuguese (I did the iPhone settings instructions and nothing changed). When attempting to add my banks, they only have Bank of America and Chase, neither support the automatic feature. I have two other well known banks that aren’t even in the list.
Manual inputs only for most credit cards
Give all current technology, it’s unacceptable to have to manually insert all little transactions in an app
Not what it says
I purchased this app. I tried to connect my bank so everything would be automatic. It took about 2 weeks to figure out that I needed the app’s help. The customer service was good, but could not help me. My bank is not compatible, even though they said most banks are. I asked for a refund since I can’t use the app like I wanted to. They refused to give me a refund because it was past 7 days.

Horrible and doesn’t sinc
I paid for a year subscription and supposedly it would sync more often between the app and the web version. It simply never did, my app shows values completely different than the web version, to the point that i gave up and deleted the app, since it is so horrible. I was still using the web version but now they blocked my access saying the free version is only allowed for 30 days and are forcing me to pay. They lost me as a client since when I paid I did not get the proper treatment and actually had more problems than ever.
Can’t login
I just downloaded and followed all the instructions to install the app from the platform from my company and it won’t allow me to login even though I didn’t even make it past the registration process.

App já foi muito bom
Infelizmente a assinatura, na minha opinião, é muito cara. O app já foi muito bom, mas no modo gratuito para adicionar qualquer despesa você agora precisa assistir um anúncio. Ou seja, forçando a pagar o premium. Acabo de excluir. Que pena.
Não funciona na versão gratuita
Depois de usar o aplicativo na sua modalidade gratuita (com propagandas) por umas duas semanas, simplesmente foi bloqueado o meu acesso à lista de despesas e receitas.
Continuo com a possibilidade de entrar manualmente as minhas despesas e receitas (depois de assistir propagandas), mas não tenho acesso para revisá-las depois sem pagar o Premium. Assim, o aplicativo perde totalmente a sua utilidade na sua versão gratuita.
Poderiam pelo menos dar a opção de assistir uma propaganda para ver a lista de despesas, mas não, a função está restrita.
Se você não tiver a intenção de pagar pelo menos 200 reais por ano para o Premium para usar as funções mais básicas, nem baixa esse app.

Used to be a great app
I had the paid version for a long time. Then I went back to the free version. They limited everything you can do in the free version. Now the app is full of advertisements and very, very limited.

Charged me instantly
It says it will give you a 7 day trial and then charge $49.99. It charged me immediately! I had only tried it for 10 minutes!

I signed up for the 7 day trial of their premium service and I was charged immediately. I tried to cancel the subscription via the App Store the same day (today)and was told that the cancellation would apply for next year! Crappy product and deceptive unethical practices

I just had $50 removed from my bank account because of an annual premium subscription. THAT I NEVER PAYED FOR. I need an immediate refund.

I swear the people that made this app, they don't have a clue how a budge runs. There is no way to repeat transaction every 2-4 weeks or 3-6 months. Very stupid!!!

Consistent Bugs... please fix
After syncing my devices, both iOS, the balance for my primary checking account is different on each device and is impossible to correct.
The Droid version allows for custom recurring expenses/deposits, yet iOS does not. Either version should allow for, at the very least, typical payroll periods, i.e. weekly, biweekly, semimonthly, monthly, quarterly, biannually, annually...then true custom feature, nice as it may be, would most likely be unnecessary.
Features such as running balances/future estimated balances do not add up properly and do not seem to make sense.
When you increase the subscription cost, these features should be automatic and not need to require constant user troubleshooting.
Please respond by completing these fixes and notify me when they will be done.

Extremely poor implementation on iOS 14 and Watch OS 7
It's an amazing app, visually beautiful and gets the work done. But the sync is almost non existent between my two devices (watch and iPhone)
Furthermore, everytime I open the app on my phone it greets me with a 'you've been long gone' message which is weird when I've used it only minutes before
Lastly, for some reason the language keeps switching back and forth from English to Espanol
Please fix this, I would never stop using the app otherwise

Esse aplicativo da muito erro!! Me faz perder a paciência 😡. Tive que colocar as despesas do cartão de crédito todas de novo, porque ele carregou para o próximo mês o valor errado. Na verdade, ele duplicou o valor da fatura anterior.

I install this app in hope to don't must pay for using basic things but after adding my 40 expense you give me the option how I must buy premium if I think to continue with using sort but you lost me byee

User beware: The app does not currently have a simple way to delete your account with all of its sensitive information. It ends in a dubious system error. Can I have my banking privacy back?
Everytime they make it more hard to use
I have been using this app since 2017 the free version and everything perfect it fits with my needs and I didn’t need anything else. Now they even put a limit to the transactions I can record?? They really want to screw over their customer. I was a loyal user of this app until this day. Very very disappointed

I’ve been using this app for years. Never had any problem. However, after this last update, it takes forever to open the dashboard. Soooo annoying!! Please, back to what you were before.

I love it, but couldn’t get it to work on my Apple Watch.
I love everything about the app. Granted it took a while to set up everything but when I was finished I went to my watch to check for setup and it kept giving me a message to log into my account on my phone which I did. I just finished setting it up and my budget and account info. I was in my account. Not sure if anyone else had a problem but it’s a shame because out of all the apps for budget on the watch this one was the most promising to me. I even googled a fix for it and couldn’t find anything. Not even someone else having the same problem.
