I actually really like the game. But the puzzles are way too hard after a short time.

Got stuck on a level n lost everything I have I shouldn’t have to pay money to get through a level it’s all a giant scam 0/10 do not download literally tried contacting support for help and they did nothing 3 days stuck on level 85 it says hard but it’s impossible I used all my recourses. Way too hard
I’ll say it again.. you guys need to change the way you’re creating levels. I’m on level 2687 and I’ve used every bonus you can at one time twice now and still can’t beat it. I’ve now been stuck on this level for awhile and it’s not even a “hard”level
I’ve kept playing because I like the story line but at this point it’s not worth it!
There are other games out there more enjoyable to play

The ads lie - False advertising
Seriously don’t waste your time with this. The ads made this look almost like a Sims type game but maybe with a storyline and choices. The ad made it look interesting and exciting. But in actuality it’s just a stupid match 3 game and fixing things up with limited choices. Like Gardenscapes & others. I don’t understand why false advertising seems legal now. But anytime I start a game that isn’t like the ad I delete it immediately. Still wish so much someone could make a game like Sims 2 again. Obviously not a mobile game tho.

The game is absolutely nothing like the ads. It’s a matching game with stories between games. The cleanup and building all just happen when you complete a level of matching blocks. The storyline is written.

nothing like the ad version i played & i dont like how you have to play for stars to upgrade properties but after you earn one star it automatically takes you to the renovation page instead of letting you earn your stars in bulk.
The side quests are stupid.
Stop with the stupid side quests that require you to beat multiple levels in a row to win a prize. With the way the levels are structured, it’s impossible, unless you spend real money to buy upgrades. It’s so annoying to have those pop up every time I open the game. Also why do we need so many at once? It’s overwhelming! Stop!

The game is unnecessarily difficult, sometimes it takes the full hour of unlimited life to complete a single level. For example, if I have a box of donuts to break on the left hand, all the good moves come out TO THE OTHER SIDE on the right hand, and near the box I have no moves to perform so you can never finish the level up to 30 attempts later. Sometimes, you have a colored ball to use and they force you to use it because they don't give you movements, unnecessarily because maybe you only have 3 rows at the moment to break. Everything is unnecessarily expensive, after completing so many levels for just 10 bills... then anything to be able to decorate is worth more than 1,200. They barely give you coins to be able to use so many times you have to pay or simply lose the level.

It’s one of those games that you can play for a bit in an ad and when you download it it’s nothing like it claimed it is

Is the ads for this game, they’re absolute garbage and really sad. The game play sucks after a while too. Everything requires non stop ads if you don’t wanna use up money to progress the gameplay which after a while it also requires you to still use your money like crazy

DONT ! You get pulled into this game very easily but you will get frustrated and delete it guaranteed. If your not willing to spend a lot of money on it don’t bother downloading it. You’ll never get enough boosters or coins to help you. I played it from day one and completed every level while waiting for new ones to be developed got old. You have to play the after party levels over and over and over and it’s the same levels. The difficulty in the levels increase to the point that some you have to play for days before you can pass them. When you complain to support they do not like it.
They tell you if you need help they can adjust the difficulty level to help you as they SAY they often do. But if you complain more than once and tell them ppl are quitting because of it they set your difficulty level too the point of almost being impossible to get past. I know this for a fact because they did it to me. Until I finally deleted the game.

Dislike
No enjoyment with the side games/quests. The games rewards are very much lacking! Earning gold is pretty much non existent. I do not mind the actual puzzles, but hate that the challenges (which you can’t refuse to do) take’s away any bonus you had if you loose that level. Once the level is lost you cannot play it again.

They’re not optional and they’re quite literally impossible to beat even with all the power ups + the 3x power ups you get from beating levels. I’m so done with this game… Just waste time trying to beat the levels to earn stars. This game is essentially Candy Crush with what would be an enjoyable storyline if earning stars didn’t take all the life out of you. SKIP.

I enjoy your game. But anymore since I have spent money on your game. I feel like you made it so much harder and to play. You want more money from me. Keep it up and I will stop playing. If you give them money. You will see everything will be harder it’s not worth it.
Too hard and makes you buy to pass a level
I want to like this game but they make the levels too hard that force you to buy and it’s just too much. I’ve spent well over 75 bucks within a couple weeks and that’s a lot. I just want to play the levels at a fair chance. I’m on level 339 and have not been able to pass it.

Mall Reno flop
I think it’s incredibly stupid to have the option to exchange duplicate cards for boxes that provide 3 and 4 material cards for the mall renovations that end up being DUPLICATES!!! What the heck??? Why is every single card after games, in the mini activity etc duplicates and I am only on level 2 with 8 stores open in the mall but I saved a total of 800 duplicates just to see if I would get a new material card and nope!!! Mall renovation was a good idea that is completely stupid and a waste of time.
