Help is Abysmal
Can not figure out whether or not this program can connect directly to financial institution. Spent 5 minutes browsing help and did not find a solution. So the program went in the trash!
Mystery Bank Integration System
Tried using this and got to the point where I started connecting my bank account to it. They seem to use a custom integration solution when connecting to your bank, not Plaid. I have no idea what they’re doing with my banking information at this point since I’m entering it into their black box.

this app did not support my bank for downloading transactions. which is the feture I am looking for. unfortunately i was not able to see that till after i downloaded and purchased the subscription and now I have to go throught the hassle of canceling it. not worth the purchase
Too Many Issues
Issues, one after another.
From accounts not syncing - for an entire month - to Accounts constantly needing to be reconnected and finally not connecting at all even after contacting support. Attempts to correct Connections resulted in hours of Disconnecting/Connecting Accunts that had previously been connected. The frustrations mounted. (Discover Card and Target Card would connect and disconnect constantly - I finally gave up on them)
Even getting Support was problematic as they would send generic instructions that were hard to follow and/or did not work at all. And when the Developer did attempt to address specific issues, the instructions would often be exactly the same as I reported trying already.
There are other issues I wanted to address that I didnt even get to as there were too many other issues that I needed to prioritize.
This App could be so great, but I came to suspect the Developer is catering to a small specific group of users who make demands for far too many complicated functions, not necessary for most users. That has driven me away. (It's amazing to me these supposed "power" users are still there after the App not syncing so often and/or for so long!)
After tolerating so much downtime (I gave it the benefit of the doubt for a really long time) I realized it syncs very slowly - days later than other App's. I discovered this as I was forced to trial different Apps while waiting for this one to work. Many issues with late and/or non-syncing items emerged.
It would seem, reading over other Reviews, that there's a huge gap between what this Developer thinks are updates for a small contingent of Users and what the average User finds is actually working AT ALL. "Improvements" in this App are driving away so many Users. The Reviews do not reflect it getting better over time.

Customer Support Non Existent
I signed up for Premium membership with one month free. The one month free really doesn’t allow you to do much of anything. I want to begin the premium membership that I’ve already paid for and I have contacted money to help me move into that next phase and not have to wait the whole month in the free mode. I have made four attempts to contact Money in the last four or five days with no response whatsoever.
GLitch city
Way too many glitches when it shuts down, does not work properly, shuts down unexpected, or worse won't let you in when it opens and shuts down on its own. I would not recommend this app.

Been waitng for them to "upgrade the connection" and it still is not working. Useless. I am on the Premimum version and finding that this is a total waste of my money. How do I get my money back?
Innacurate tracking makes the program useless
Inaccurate tracking because expenses dated later in the month are calculated in the following month which makes the program useless

The latest update designed to make account reconciliation easier is a nightmare. Everything worked fine prior to the update but now I must play with dates and numbers to make things work. I sent a comment attempting to explain the situation but received no response. Absolutely frustrating.

I always have the warning symbols next to my account so I click to attempt to try to reconnect and it never works....always get an error indicating to try later
Limit of 100 - subscription only.
Garbage. This is really messed up of the dev not to advertise the 100 transaction limit anywhere on the page. I reported this app to Apple as misleading its users.

Zero functionality
Downloaded it, nothing worked. Don't have time for this.
Useless
Subscribed because of the UI, but unable to load account for direct access sine the browser pop up is so small that it obscures the allow button. Failure with the first task.
failed math
I didn't get far with this app, as when I began entering a budget, I said my income was X weekly, so the month budget should have been 5X. but it wasn't, it was like 4.4286X. This ratio was applied to all my entries without explanation or recorse. Now I can't trust that this app can do basic math.
Worked fine for a couple months, then started to lock-up unless you subscribed.

Good app with buggy premium features!
I am using money for years and it was a great tool when I was entering expenses/incomes by myself. The problem started when I decided to pay to use their premium online features that pulls in information directly from my US bank accounts! It was initially good, but in last 4-5 month I have too many issues with this service. It switches income and expenses for my credit cards and I need to add "balance adjustment" regularly without knowing what went wrong! Customer service response are note helpful and for premium feature they refer me to provider who connect online banks to money and they always are saying that provider said every thing is working without any issue! I am thinking premium service and start tracking expenses/income by myself like old days! GOod luck with geting back refund for buggy premium feature as it seems impossible!
Upgrade is waste of money
I have been using Money for long time and latest version I have was Money 4. With every iOS update I would loose some functionallity but it was managable. With BigSur I could not import transaction from my Credit card account, so I tried to upgrade to latest version 6. OMG what a waste of money. New version has so many more bugs. I imported all and tried to back up on cloud when all info disappeared. After trying to reimport again scheduler would have some things scheduled and I am not able to delete. Disappointed.
Buggy Garbage!
Cannot believe all the positive reviews here. My credit card accounts are a constant problem with this app. They'll import correctly, then when I update a day or two later it turns all my purchases into "income" and all my refunds to "expenses", throwing off the card balance and making the budget useless as all the totals are wrong. I've contacted jumsoft several times and no one is able to figure out what's going on, support is terrible. They really need to figure out how to support credit card accounts where the balance is what you owe vs a bank account where the balance is how much you have, their software has no ability to recognize that.

When I switched to iOS, I was looking for a finance app to replace the one I used with Android. Found this and was very impressed! Unfortunately, I will no longer recommend nor use this.
The app, while mostly good, has, in the last 2 years or so, had problems 3 times. Doesn’t seem like a big deal, but when it won’t restore from a backup, or won’t sync with another iOS device, losing several months or more of financial data is a very big deal and is unacceptable.
This last time is the final straw. All my scheduled transactions show but WITHOUT the date. Seriously? Yeah, I know when my stuff is due, but I got this app to help keep things on track. So delete app, reinstall, and now I’m missing half of the data in my iPhone. Great. My iPad has all the data, except for the last 48 hours. This is beyond frustrating.

requires payment after a few weeks
after spending weeks of documenting my expenditures, it is now requiring me to upgrade and before taking any more transactions. Forget this.
Disgusting...
If I was Gordon Ramsey and this app, right here, was a plate of lasgna, I would throw it across the restaraunt at the chefs white apron. This app makes zero sense. Dont waste your time, but if you do please know that there is a 1 month free trial so that wasting your time and money doesnt happen! Good luck, I, like you, am struggling to find a good budgeting app and this aint it son.

Crashes
I was tired of seeing the “update app” pop up every time I opened the app so I updated against my better judgement. It keeps crashing and I don’t like the way that transactions post under “all transactions”. Data did not merge correctly and it transferred over old, deleted transactions from over a year prior which threw off the balance in one of my accounts in the new app. I had to meticulously go through the app data and my bank’s website because all of a sudden the old Money app stopped working upon downloading the new app

And there is a delay in refreshing the transaction list after entering or changing a transaction. Usually it’s a couple second delay, but sometimes you have to close the app and reopen it for the transaction list to update, causing you to wonder if you can trust the numbers and the running balance.
Plaid integration is subpar
Integrating accounts has been wroght with error messages. Probably going to delete th is app.
App will not allow for multiple accounts with one Financial institute.
I have sent messages to developers hoping that I am missing something, but have not recieved a responsse. Hopefully this can be resolved. The rating is based on the app not currently working for my situation.
Don’t waste your time
App is descent as far as logging information in the free version. It doesn’t tell you there is a transaction limit on Mac or iPhone. I wouldn’t have wasted my time logging everything I wanted to track had I known. I switched from windows to Mac OS hoping to find an alternative to quicken before they went to monthly fees. If your ok paying $60 a year to utilize this app go for it I’d probably pay for quicken over this app though. Wish I wouldn’t have switched from android or windows to mac

Flatly doesn't seem to work with Amex
Just shows that it's loading, never does, and disappears. Then it's corrupted and never initiates again, with no way to fix it, apparently.
i used to love this app
they cant keep up with apple’s ecosystem. really had a hard time syncing between my ipad and iphone. i really liked the intuitive design but syncing was the problem
Can’t delete updates
I downloaded the App and did not care for it so I deleted it…. Now, I CANNOT delete the updates! They keep coming! Ugh!
Monthly payment?
A great app that shouldn't work on a monthly payment. I'd be happy to buy it as a one off app and put the price, but really unhappy about the change toa paywall. I'm using it while I'm looking for another one that does require montly payment.
Too many bugs :(
I came from Mint, and I try to like the app. However there were way too many bugs, inconsistencies, transactions not appearing (e.g. on the budget total it says one amount, but clicking on the all transactions reveal another amount), way too many crashes (like a couple of times a day). Too slow even for a powerful Mac Mini that I have (with 64GB of RAM).
If the developer reach out to me and explain to me why am I getting all these bugs, I'll be happy to change my review. Otherwise, please find some other apps and don't look into this one :(

Do not update
You can not go back if you update and do not like this new version. And you won’t be able to reconcile transactions because that functionality was removed. Numbers are too big, anyone can see your account balances from far
