This is not really a walking app. You have to watch millions of Ads and spend at least an hour a day. Not worth the time.

Tried contacting support SEVERAL times, but they obviously don’t have any customer support because all I got was the same automated messages.

Worst app ever!
I like the features which help motivate good lifestyle practices. But once the account gets locked, they won’t help unlock it and you can’t redeem any points. Support requests go unanswered mostly. Big waste of time!
Horrible
Way to many ads
No rewards and no customer service
I redeemed for an Amazon card and it shows delivered. It was not and no help is available. Chats seem to go nowhere. Then I see an entry that it wasn’t available for Amazon and points were refunded. Not refunded. Frustrated because I like the app but don’t think it is a good option at this point.

The app works for tracking, but having to wait 3 days for a $1 gift card is ridiculous. If I could give this app a BIG 0, I surely would. It’s completely a waste of time!!

I hate this type of apps that requires you to “claim” your daily steps. The app knows you’ve taken the steps as it records it. You shouldn’t have to claim them.
Gave up
My account was deleted once they switched over to having a login and I gave up trying to get it back. I was close to redeeming another gift card and wasted so much time watching ads and getting the dumb money tree to grow. The customer service/chat is useless, you can't get through to a real person. Avoid this app and save yourself the trouble!

What a scam!! Nothing works in this app. Unlock bonus points, can’t collect. Flip a bottle after logging water consumption… nope. Claim points for walking… they disappear overnight. I actually took screenshots because I thought it was my memory. Now I want to redeem the paltry $2 Amazon rewards and they say that there was questionable activity so I can’t have it. Excuse me? I can’t get an nth of what I’m owed and you want to refuse a lousy $2?? Oh and at 7AM the chat says they’ll be back tomorrow at 8PM. Stay away. Stay far away!!

Dont waste your time
Dont bother to download this app its a waste of time it takes forever to accumulate points and then when you do redeem them they claim to send your gift card out to you thru email but they never do and when you contact customer service about it they try to get by saying you input your email wrong and that they won’t resend your gift card and or refund your points especially if you are in the USA
Complicated
App only counts steps if you’re holding your phone. Steps recorded through watch apps do not count. Process to earn other points very complicated and time consuming.
Less than half steps counte
As my title states, it routinely counts far less steps despite having permissions to access fitness and activity data. I’ve walked over 6k and it’s claiming I barely have 1200. This entire thing is for the app to make money from advertising and leading you on.
Don’t waste your time
You can walk forever to earn points it’s insane numbers that you have to walk to get money. I did 18,000 steps in 3.5 hours ( I work at Amazon ) 4 days a week after 1 month still didn’t have enough for a 5 buck card ! Plus I walk everyday 3 miles for stress relief!
Very Frustrating
So this is the 2nd day in a row this has happened to me. You choose a sleep schedule and claim your sleep points within an hour of that time frame ending. Okay, fine. The amount of ads in this app is ridiculous. What’s more ridiculous though, is that yesterday and most likely today, I’ll lose my sleep points because I just keep getting slammed with ads when trying to claim them. Please fix this.

Watch hundreds of ads and tons of walking. Got a new phone and my account just says it had an error and insists I just start over. I say blow me

I actually liked using this app and thought it was fun however when I cashed in for a gift card, it never came to my email and when I contacted them, they just kept saying it was sent. You will not get paid

The exercise portion of the app is nonfunctional. It forever says “one more!” and doesn’t register a set has actually completed.

Not Worth it
You’re looking for getting money it’s not worth it. It pays you a dollar for 150,000 steps. That’s like 15 days for a dollar and it’s not even real money. It’s a gift card dollar.

Taking back my three stars, as I am unable to receive my gift card
I had previously cashed out twice with no issues, but I tried to do it again last week and it said in the app that my gift card was sent but it’s not in my email so I contacted support and the bot said it was sent again but it wasn’t. It’s not in my inbox or my junk folder or anywhere at all. I asked to be connected to a human agent and it said I would be in a moment but nobody ever showed up. I just want my $30 Spotify gift card. I’m sick of this.
All Points Gone
The app’s most recent update reset my account and essentially rid it of my entire points history. Thousands of points gone - like that. I see many other reviews complaining of the same issue. Completely unacceptable.
Too buggy
Don’t click their videos. At the end of the ads videos, the close button does not work. Then you have to close the app and lose your points
App crashed lost everything
Very upsetting! I had almost 75,000 points! Just lost everything! Went to click on to wake up and had to re-log into the app and nothing was there! After almost an entire year of watching stupid ads just to click on my points twice a day, and now it’s all gone!
Reset my account
Just after I earned enough points to get the 40 dollar gift card my account got reset. Don’t trust the app. It is a scam.

New Updates are Horrible
These new updates that makes the ads impossible to finish because the ‘x’ buttons goes beyond the outer corner of my phone which makes it hard to exit. I had to quit the app each time and I lose my points. And every time you click to watch an ad, a stupid pop up would come up for you to click again to watch an ad while offering “10 points”, which it does not. All these unnecessary pop ups is a time waster. I liked it when it was simpler last year. Almost all these ads are above a minute now. 👎👎👎
Restarted my entire account after I was about to reach $10 reward
Just as I was about to reach 16k for a $10 gift card they restarted my entire account. I had the email linked and everything too. They are a scam!
Ad grab
If you want to reward yourself get up and walk without feeling like you are being stalked. This app doesn’t actually give you anything. I run and walk everyday and I’m not even close to any type of rewards and won’t be for years at this rate. This ad try’s to give you extremely minimal rewards for your efforts and then any time you login you have to watch ads which actually forces you to use your phone (which generally involves sitting down) as well as encourages you to watch ads to get extremely small points. I also believe the real ratings are being deleted by the App Store as there is a group against apps like this one and this one is under the red flag category. I should have looked before I downloaded it.
Don’t Waste Your Time
This app is riddled with errors. It didn’t track my steps correctly. It kept reminding me to drink water after lunch at 10 pm. I am on PT and it kept trying to use ET. It locks all of your steps once it turns to bedtime you loose any points you didn’t claim and you can only set one bedtime. I don’t go to bed at the same time each night. I’m retired so I’m not pinching a time clock. Plus if I was my schedule wasn’t the same each day. The amount of ADS that you are forced to watch is ridiculous especially when it’s the same ones over and over and over again.
People are being deceived here
I’ve been using this app for a long time. I tracked my steps and earn 10k points. But as soon as I tried to claim my well-deserved reward, I got blocked. Contacting customer support didn’t helped. Don’t waste your time on these scammers
Terrible system
I have had this app for over a year and it seems great but I have attempted to exchange points twice now & never got the email I checked all folders, searched for the email the FAQ page said it will be sent from & there’s no real way to contact any support for further help don’t waste your time with this app.
Was great until it became useless
It was great little step app until it stopped working. I talked to support and that was like talking to a wall. I can’t claim sleep points and I can’t do anything step related until I do. There’s no way to opt out of sleep points so the app is useless now.

So in my honest opinion, this app has just been a major waste of my time. You also get ads a lot when you redeem your points from your steps. Overall I give it a solid 2-stars. Maybe it’s the perfect app for someone but that someone is not me.
Used to be great, but got too greedy
This app is broken. My sleep function won’t activate at all. I missed 3 nights in a row. I even changed the schedule times a few minutes ahead to see if it would activate. It didn’t. Tried to contact support, but everything is in Spanish lol
