Mongil has a decent story, funny characters,fun gameplay, and Mc’s with a personality. However, I have quite a few issues with this game. 1) Full of a LOTS of bugs. After 10 mins or so the game kicks me out. And whenever I try to craft to level up my characters, it’s lags and kicks me out. Very frustrating. 2) I heard that they are stoping to make more male characters and only make more for the lore if needed. Which is very upsetting. You could’ve gain a more audience. Very sad. 3) there is quite some rng.

So I love the game. It is fun. However I am very DISAPPOINTED in Netmarble right now. Every time I fight I have to back track in order to collect because the enemy spirits do not show up. I received loads of compensation. However ribs still not fixed. I honestly quit playing for a week due to this. So it fun. Enjoyable. Able to travel but thus is annoying and time consuming and disappointing.
Wasted Potential
This game had so much potential and the devs fumbled the ball so hard. Lack of content, game breaking bugs, ungodly amounts of rng, extremely high ping, lackluster events etc. are but some of the many issues plaguing this game. Not to mention one of their in-game subscriptions is a borderline scam. Why offer a monsterling auto-capture suscription that also extends your capture limit, but refuse to address the fact that monsterling drops are completely bugged and the monsterling bag limit will still prevent you from doing anything else in the game? Like why should i be prevented from completing any sort of non-monsterling related activity, due to my monsterling bag being full, when im literally paying for a subscription to prevent that? The sheer audacity of these devs trying to throw shade at Netmarble when their game is in this state is beyond insane.
This game
I’m on this boss that is literally impossible to kill. I’ve tried getting the attribute its weakest against and I still die I dodge I have good armor and and my armor is all lvl 10 and this boss is still unkillable

Need next story line
Love the game but there’s no advancement after finishing the current story line. The only options to do after finishing the story is maxing out and powering up characters through daily monster requests and training thru paths which can get boring. There’s conquests and rifts to do but you can only advance so much because it can get really difficult in later stages. The game has good graphics and the story is superb but pls keep the story going developers to keep the fan base interested. Thanks!
Nothing to do
After finishing main story and maxing out main team in 3 days, you can’t really do anything because dungeons need “keys” which is very limited and you can’t get any more unless you spend money. Same as ticket contents, you can’t get any tickets unless you spend money or wait for next day which is like gone in 3 minutes. This is just log in for 10minutes after finishing story. Can’t grind, nothing to explore, not really considered as “open world” when you cant even interact with npc except one dialogue line… No wonder theres no thought in game content because director of mongil is same as lineage… This is just a money grab game until they release a different game
Buggy mess!!
Crashes all the time , can’t progress game cause crashing lost my main quest rewards I Cant get back . Spent money in this game with no help at all reaching out to customer support 3 times with evidence !! Stay away , unplayable !

the game play is fun, don’t get me wrong. it’s just i’ve made two complaints abt how i keep getting kicked from the the game. i’ve been told it’s fixed twice, but it’s still the same. i tried to delete and reinstall it thinking that would fix it, but it doesn’t. i was really hoping it would work bc it’s a fun game, but i hate that it hasn’t fixed.

Terrible optimization
It’s lags so terribly on my phone it’s ridiculous. I can barely play it on the LOWEST setting and it will crash when I enter a new zone or face any sort of particle affects. Please fix this I really wanna play but I literally CANT at this rate and I was so excited to play this…..
Low quality anti consumer
Not an open world, characters are generic, no guest login, really stingy with release rewards. Beware NetMarble will squeeze players.
AI slop and bad resolution
Some images in this game i suspect are AI generated but i can't clearly tell because the resolution SUCKS

Too much RNG and not enough to do and bad drop rates
I’ve been playing pretty casually still going to the story, but from everything that I ever read , the RNG is absolutely horrible and my luck with pulls leaves much to be desired. I have a feeling they are not as advertised. The game is pretty much nonexistent . I even spent good money on the game and had a subscription, but I canceled it going to NTE which respects players.
Perfect gacha introduction for newcomers but has flaws such as dumbbed down experience
Pros- Simplistic and humorous game. Has anti spam mechanic where you need to cycle your members to dodge attacks. Can be challenging
Cons- Character designs are nothing new and can be very mundane. Classic brutal Netmarble gacha rolls.
Seen before million times UI. Striped down ARPG; linear corridor maps and jumping removed. Making it feel like a cheap experience. Humor can ruin immersion. Characters acting too stupid many times

Awesome game! Love the gameplay, music, graphics, and story. Can’t wait for future updates and release on ps5 and Xbox!

I had high hopes
The visuals are great and the characters are funny and all,but I’ve got two problems.
1.Are the graphics,no matter how many times I change them they’re still the same at ultra low or something. Basically the whole game is blurry.
2.The game constantly crashes over and over again.
I hope the upcoming update fixes this.
