Idk who and why set 5 star to this app, but it seems to be a miss click? I’ve downloaded this app for better communication with my moodle profile, but unexpectedly this app doesn’t want to upload anything. It says that everything has been uploaded, you check it and everything is fine, but several weeks later you discover that you’re late with your hw, ‘cause this app didn’t manage to upload it

First of all, it’s obvious this isn’t a native iOS app. The responsiveness and design clarity is poor.
On top of that, the actual functionality is crippling. The loading states are so frequent and last so long that it’s almost unusable for me. Click a lesson > loading. Quiz > loading. Submit quiz > loading.
It’s awful and it feels more like an obstacle instead of a support for my learning endeavors.

Still no edit mode for instructors.

Using the app for my class B CDL. It only loads the videos when you have wi-fi which makes the app irrelevant because if I have access to Wi-Fi I can just use my PC to watch the videos online

When it works, it’s great, but getting it to work is an enormous pain. It’s easier to go through a Internet browser to your university’s Moodle platform and then do your assignments than it is to use this app.

I have never used an app that crashes every 5 minutes while just sitting at the Home Screen. Absolute outrageous

This app won’t connect to the U of I at all. I’ve tried multiple addresses and the help section. Waste of time, continues to say can’t connect.

My university uses this app, but I don’t understand how to use it; it is so complicated. Every time I try to use it on my phone or tablet, it freezes. When I finally manage to use it and try to open the material published by my teachers, I can’t. It just keeps loading for a while and then says 'error'.
Because of these inconveniences, I have to open it on my laptop. To make matters worse, Unlike Google Classroom, this app lacks a proper file previewer. Having to download every single PDF to my laptop just to read it is inefficient and litters my storage with unnecessary files. The developers should focus on stability and basic features. Why can’t it be like Google Classroom? GC is so much easier and more comfortable than this.
The app feels outdated and cluttered. The developers should simplify the design and modernizing the interface; it needs to be more visually intuitive and user-friendly, much like Google Classroom. Additionally, i find the lack of a proper file previewer a major issue. This app should be making our lives easier as students, but right now, it’s just a source of frustration.

One of the worst apps out there. Literally never works when putting in my school’s link. I’ve tried this multiple times for nearly two years and it hasn’t worked a single time.

Terrible app. Extremely slow to load and frequently crashes. Also drains your battery incredibly quick.

The app does not move quickly it buffers for ages and then has the possibility to crash. Very poor competition to canvas as this point it shouldn’t take that long to load.

So bad doesn’t work at all, this is pointless. Do not use it, it’s so hard to work and find work. ESPECIALLY IF YOUR TEACHER IS MR PHELPS

Everytime I try to upload a file it takes 100 years, I wish my uni used the other software I was using before at another college this software is so bad I’ve had to email my professors my assignments multiple times

Simply not functional. I’ve never managed to be able to use it properly on my phone, and it barely works on my PC. I wish I could do my homework, but it almost never loads. As someone with a full time, very tiresome job, I can’t just sit down “whenever” it decides to work. I love my course, hate this app.

I can’t open a course without getting this error: “The param "includestealthmodules" is invalid.”

I’m not , and have never been, able to sign in to my school using the app. I cannot use the qr code or type the link. It has never worked for me once.

Hi, longtime user of this app. With the latest redesign many different things uploaded by professors are now no longer available without opening up the website version of the app. It has rendered the app useless and is making me crazy. You cannot view videos anymore in the app or on safari either which is a serious pain. You should not require a laptop browser system just to view videos. It was not always like this either.

I have had to use this app for school, 3 years in a row and I hate it. It’s hard to understand, it’s there’s too many steps and it’s not easy to navigate.

My app recently stopped working. Within the last few days, every time I try to open anything it has the loading symbol and nothing ever loads.

I have to use Chrome browser on my iPhone to use Moodle because LSU disabled support for it. You have to go to website, how stupid is this.

I love the idea of this app. The only issue that I am facing, which is very frustrating, is that I don’t receive any iPhone notifications. Although I have enabled all of the notifications in the app settings, I still don’t get any notifications related to due dates, new updated content, grades, etc… I have to open the app to search and see if I have any notifications.
I wish you could resolve this issue ASAP.

Cannot grade, change assignment due dates or even view submissions. This app is geared towards students, not instructors. There is no dedicated instructors app either, like canvas. Disappointed.

Why would you remove the to-do list tab... now I don't know what's due today or later.

Please help _ my courses are not appearing in the course tab.
