I honestly don’t see the point in an MK game without controller support. What a waste.
Wrongful permanent suspension
There was an update in progress and I lost my awards streak so I emailed them and they reinstated my streak. Next thing I know my account is permanently suspended after I spend thousands of dollars on it. I emailed them many times and explained the situation and even showed them emails from their OWN support team and they didn’t even answer or have a conversation with me. You lost a loyal customer and what a terribly and horrible customer support team!

This is so boring and unnecessary I only downloaded it to get the code for my console and it’s so unintuitive that you are forced to play the very uninspiring matches before u can get an account access. U play with weird characters that are copy paste with some changes this whole thing feels like a poorly AI made game with zero thoughts behind it. It’s a waste of recourses. The developers could build something meaningful and relatable to the actual game but they chose to build such a laughingstock, it’s so bad on all fronts even as a grift it’s so bad. I expected better from a company that created many amazing titles. This is an insult to fans and it shouldn’t get a pass especially in a world filled with Unintelligent machines mass making everything

Permanent suspension
I downloaded this game like a week ago and tried to log in for daily rewards and got a message that I was permanently suspended and could not play anymore. And when I emailed and asked why, only answer I got was “you breached ToS” like ok how?? Terrible app and support
Terrible Gameplay
I usually love this game i hate that since the bug fix ive fought 3 full teams on scorpions or ermacs and they have the cryoshell that subzero has to bring them back without a subzero on the team or teams that dont have quanchi strike force subzero or jason and they can ressurect magically now or reanimate without one of those characters on the team

Glitch at best - Avoid the Headache
This game is more of a stress inducer than an actual game. The rewards systems are completely broken; you’ll watch ads to unlock tower attempt or store rewards and get absolutely nothing in return. It’s a waste of time and energy. Not to mention to report an issue is a chore in itself due to the horrible UI design and that every time you hit the space bar the whole keyboard disappears and reappears. If you want a smooth experience with gameplay that actually respects your time, look elsewhere. There are far better, less aggravating options available.
Pretty fair game, but….
I had this game installed and played (wayyy too much) for about two years and finally started to have a respectable account. Had every card except the newest, all golden were X or higher, several FX diamonds, a ton of tower equipment and every now and then spend a few bucks for something I “had” to have. AND ALL LEGITIMATELY!! Never once jailbroke or spoofed anything, just straight grinding because when you’re disabled and can’t do much else, you have to find ways to pass the time. I had started to get some good luck with my pulls and had nearly everything. Then out of the blue, for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON, my account was suspended! Not temporarily, total erasure, for absolutely no reason. They wouldn’t even tell me why the account I had poured thousands of hours and nearly $100 over time was being suspended. NOTHING!! I know they can look into how every card I had was obtained and could clearly see that the GAME IS WHERE THEY CAME FROM! Yet, they STILL killed my account and just left me high and dry with no other communication. So to anyone looking to invest anything (including time) in this business, I say you, don’t do it!! Absolutely reprehensible behavior from a mega corporation like WB, which is why my family and friends give as little business to them as possible after this. Hope this helps.

Terrible work
I’ve been playing this game on and off since I was a kid and since all of the updates, I have actually lost a lot of progress on this account. I had a lot of golden silver characters along with characters that I grind for a very long time to get and and now I signed in to my WB account and then I tried to restore my purchases if not only said that I was a new player and consider me a new player even account, but it also had decided to say that I didn’t have purchased before that definitely did so I think that gets three big thumbs down for me hopefully back somehow.this is an outrage.
Greedy greedy
This is one of those trash games that screws you over as much as possible hoping to get you to spend money. Save up hundreds of in game money by grinding only to spend it and get nothing but doubles of things you have. Getting doubles gives you the tiniest of pay back, and guess what, they put a limit on how much they allow you to get per day! Lol greedy greedy. Edit : Just got tricked into buying 2 cameo packs when I thought I was buying summon packs, why would they be right next to each other like that other then to make players waste their crystals that are hard to earn. Absolutely ridiculous I’m done now!

I was playing tower of time and one of the boss- sub zero will always respawn after killing. I just deleted the game after that, use to be fun now just not the game.

The game glitched and logged me completely out of an account that’s been going for about 6-8 years.
Cannot get logged back into it.
Customer support line is awful and wants an itemized list of everything you’ve ever done since you started breathing.

Such a mess
After the last time I played I decided to try again. The load times are still insane waiting upwards of a minute plus for the game to load your packs or whatever you call them once you buy them. I played a couple of hours ago just fine and then just tried again now and kept getting an error that it needs a connection to play. Funny thing is that every time I tried I connected to Game Center. Game Center is not on your phone it needs to connect. I then tried YouTube and it connected just fine, I even tried Injustice 2 and lo and behold connected just fine. Tried again and same thing so I deleted the game and will not try again. I was watching the daily ads every day so there goes some money for you for making a bad product. The loading on this game is insane. Everything else works just fine on my phone. Everything from opening packs to even trying to do a fight I'm waiting over a minute for it to load if not longer. After I could not get into the second set of fights just deleted the game. Played this ages ago and thought I would give it another go but not after this.

Бесконечная гонка за душами которые очень сложно получить если у тебя нет бойцов чтоб проходить башни. Перенасыщение одинаковыми бойцами просто с разным видом. Ты не можешь играть любимым персонажем и прокачивать его ведь ты ни как не контролируешь какой персонаж тебе выпадет и ты вынужден играть какой нибудь диворой просто потому что игра решила выдать тебе 10 слияние именно на нее. А твой любимый нуб сайбот пылиться в разделе на уровне серебра. Уже давно бы сделали прямой переход из одного боя башни в следующий, не выходя в под меню с бойцами если энергии у бойцов достаточно. Если у меня все бронзовые персы прокачены, я хочу поставить автобой и заняться своими делами, а не подходить к телефону чтоб каждый раз запускать следующий бой.
