I pay for this service and 98% of the time it won’t actually tell me who the caller is. It just says private line, business line or personal line. It’s useless.

If your looking for an app to find out who’s calling you, do yourself a favor and keep looking because there’s no help here. Absolutely no information given on the first 7 or 8 numbers I typed in.

This app isn’t blocking any calls that are spam calls. The normal AT&T filter performs better than this.

I don’t want to call this number, I just want to see who owns this number. Since I can’t do that, I have the capability to block.
Mr. Number NO number
Very rarely, do I get a name with a number I type in. Mostly it’s because they are in my contacts is why they actually pull a name. Otherwise, it’s a “no name” or “business line” paying extra for this app does me no good. Deleting and finding something else that actually gives results!
Forgotten App
I had been using this app for MANY years for unknown numbers and it would typically give me the name of whoever’s number it was. Over the past year or so, no names populate now and the app is completely useless. Unfortunately, the last update for this app was over 2 years ago so I assume the developers have abandoned it. It’s now a forgotten app. I’ve canceled my membership and deleted the app. DO NOT DOWNLOAD
For customer service
I’ve been emailing them last two weeks multiple times as I’ve got a new number and it has some offensive comments asking them to delete it, but they never delayed. They never respond. This app should be banned.

No update in 2 years?!
I’ve not had a block for weeks and I’ve gotten spam calls. My guess is you get better service if you upgrade to premium? Although I did notice this app hasn’t been updated in 2 years. There need to be continual updates to work with the iOS system updates. So this HIYA and Mr. Number app are useless.

I used this app for years to look up reviews on clients . I’ve even written reviews on several phone numbers & when I check a few of those numbers now, all reviews are gone . What is the point now if you just wipe away everyone’s spam review? I want my $4 back
A valuable tool
It doesn’t always work properly, but when it does, it is helpful to know who to avoid.
Pretty useless now
Hasn't been updated in 2 years and probably not needed if you're on ios 26.1 which has a call screening feature. All I use it for now is to lookup numbers
