Disappointment with no help technical issues I would probably not go on this cruise line again, very disappointed in their ability to take care of their customers. I would probably shop at another cruise line and don’t even bother to waste your time on this one.

WORST CRUISE EVER!!
Book the cruise directly from MSC by phone and got a handicap room (not needed) when I specifically asked for a room close to the elevator (we were far away from the elevator). the rooms are very dirty specially the carpet. My husband and I have sensitive skin and we developed a horrible rash throughout our trip. Unfortunately the food was nasty. This is our 3rd time cruising with MSC and most likely wil be the last.

Incomplete and difficult to navigate
Compared to Carnival, this is very subpar. Complicated, layered menus. Redundant navigation items.

This app needs a lot of attention. I’m on a cruise now. I enter the booking number and it gives me this message “Something went wrong

i’ve been trying to check into my cruise for 3 days now. app just loads and loads, then says login system fails. not sure how msc has the worst customer service on the phone when I try to reach out and the worst app. not sure i’ll be booking again

Worst food I’ve ever had on a cruise. Quality poor and I can cook better , and that’s not saying much . Service and entertainment excellent. Actually service best I’ve ever had. Praise your staff!
Won’t Take my Photo
I repeatedly tried to take the mandatory “selfie” to check in for my cruise, but the application won’t take a photo whatsoever.
