The text is so small as to make it unreadable. There is no obvious way to increase the font size. Do I agree to the terms and conditions? Don’t know? I can’t read them.
If they do violate your rights, you would have an awesome lawsuit based on the premise that you can agree to something that you can’t read.
I don’t know much about playing the game itself, since I quit playing almost immediately when I couldn’t find any mechanism to increase the font size.

Patch file error
It keeps telling me to download/update patch file every 2-3 days, sometimes it won’t even let me stating that I have no space on my device when I clearly do and when it magically lets me, the items attached on file as promised isn’t delivered. Fix it ASAP
Horrible Game
Absolutely boring and streamlined game. 90% of it makes no sense and is unattainable without money. Why is there a “0th”, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. gear set? How does it make any sense for my single character to have 4 different sets of gear that are all equipped at the same time? On top of it, there are like 8 different upgrades types or options for each piece of equipment so you know what that means (micro transaction city). The gameplay is stale and boring, and most of the gameplay is literally just setting your device down and letting it do its thing for like 30 minutes- it’s literally just an idle game. The progression seems to be exponential, making it easy at first but almost impossible to level up even once a day eventually. The “pvp” aspect is garbage and shouldnt even exist. My player is always auto attacking even when i turn it off. Other players of higher level randomly attack me in random places for no reason and im not sure what the point of this feature even is. All the “events” are just idle time fillers that provide little incentive to progression. Nothing in this game makes any sense, and if you want to progress, be prepared to spend money and a lot of it. Also be prepared to be extremely confused and bored. 1/10

Yet another disappointing open world RPG 😔
The game is literally clicking one button and it does everything automatically. No fun, no challenge, not even character customization. Super bummed out because I was really hoping for a good open world RPG game to finally come around.

After just a few days I have summed up all I need to know. This is nothing but a cash grab. Then on top of that functions the game claims to have, it does not. It claims that I have a 400% bonus towards exp. I changed to this server to level faster so I could experience more of the game at a faster pace. I have about 500% exp bonuses total. Yet, I am leveling at the exact same pace as the character on a brand new server that I was on prior to moving to what is a server with players over lvl 1000, yet here I am struggling to level midd 100s.
Edit: They also added a patch that makes it to where you can’t equip equipment of your own class dependent upon the flag of ENE or STR. Yet STR or AGI is rare and ENE is the average drop. The gear I paid for an then tried to level into are now no longer usable by me.

Awful don’t even download
There is no tutorial, half the buttons don’t work, the corners are all cut off. Support bot barely works, can’t figure out how to get coins or level up. I would give this game negative stars if I could.
It use to be a good game
For some reason everything disappears and it pretends I don’t have level. Funny, it doesn’t do that on my computer or Galaxy. Apple is something wrong with your version?

This game has a really bad customer service. I just received “chat bot answer” from GM Anan after 24 hours and then I need to wait 24 more hours to get the next answer from chat bot too.

After most recent update it’s official the game is hardly playable without paying congrats!!! Respawn times ridiculously long and never guaranteed that someone won’t kill you and take it for themselves it will now be impossible to come close to keeping up with the wales so there is no point in continuing to play this game.

- you need to commit at LEAST $30 a day to stay on par with others.
- if you work and have a life, this game isn’t for you. You need to log in at 11AM, noon, 7:30 PM, 8PM, 8:30 PM - and sometimes 9PM EVERY DAY
- you will be given events weekly that cost between 2-300 USD. If you don’t participate, you will fall behind.
- there is virtually no support
- when you finally get ahead, they will merge you with other MORE powerful servers (this plagues all new servers)
- if you do get ahead of other players in terms of paying more, they cap your progress every 100 levels to allow other players to catch up (you wasted cash to get ahead)
Trust me - coming from a player who spent over $10k USD in the game - I paid, and I got screwed constantly in this game. I was number one - and they take advantage of you. 100% pay to play if you want to lead, but unless you want to pay forever - literally 15-30k USD annually, they will screw you.

No customer support
I purchased VIP 2, which provides additional benefits. It shows I am lvl 2, yet I didn’t get the benefits. Try to opened a ticket and all I can do is talk to a virtual bot.

Tell me why I come back to the game and find out its just as bad as when It came out. I get to level 80 and I am about to claim the lich set my game crashes and won’t let me in but It will allow me to make another character. This game is a pathetic excuse of a “5 star” game.

Worse game ever. Tons of problems with the game. Next fails on seals is stupid beyond belief. This puts you behind other players for days. The greed in 37 games is beyond any game company out there.

Extreme P2W
The game itself is ok, however this game is extreme p2w with no handouts to f2p players. Also, once you reach 190 (out of 750+) the leveling rate slams to a halt - unless you spend premium currency ($$$).
And the “true” game experience doesn’t really start until around 300+.
Reading up in their Discord channel, the cheapest spend in the game is about $250/month to be competitive.
I’ve spent $0.99 and I am starting to regret even that amount being given to the devs.

False advertisement and lying to consumers
I’ve seen yalls ads saying put in this code and that code and you will get all this stuff. Well I’ve done just that and I didn’t receive one thing you guys said we would get by typing in the codes
Not worth it
This game is a money pit. You’re only gonna get ahead significantly if you pay money for diamonds just like every other pay to win game. The PVP is incredibly unbalanced. Don’t let the advertisements fool you about the drop rates. They only push you high on drop rates within the first couple of hours and it’s only for mediocre gear. You’re not getting anything tremendous out of this game unless you pay.
Fraud big time
Do not buy anything from this game. If you do, you will get the diamonds but not the yellow ones. The yellow ones will remain at zero even though the purchase says you should get some. There is no cs to contact except an ai chat bot that doesn’t respond to give help or resolve top up issues. If you play for a day and a half and try to refund because of this situation, Apple will not let you return the faulty product. The game also freezes on bosses, kicks you off the game and the sound will die for no reason. When you restart, still no sound. Save your money and time.

I tried to submit ticket for customer service but ChatBot show all the FAQ and you can’t pass it to actually send questions to customer service , I quit,
Forces you to spend money
Clogging the inventory with chests that can only be opened with money and spamming your tasks with the same is 100% sure way for me to delete this game and never look back.

Chat bot
Can never talk to an actual person or get a person to respond. It’s always a chat bot. I tried to purchase ingame items that never delivered. Chat bot responds “I don’t have knowledge to that” so I can never get redirected. I’m not a big spender by no means but to lose $20 trying to buy diamonds is ridiculous.

Original Player
I played the original MU so I was excited for this. Two weeks in and all that happens is people with titles you get from paying PK and steal your boss kills. Not a free to play by any means. Don’t waste your time, you can’t get it back 😪
Bad game
Game does not sell itself as a pk game so good luck getting anything done in the game. High level players are roaming around low level areas and just killing players and nothing but that and due to that takes all day to just get in one ancient boss and the developers are doing nothing about it. Would give a rating of -5 star if i could. Even if they got rid of pk good luck getting people back who have left

They just changed the game on the last update with all the server mergers that you need to pay to play in order to compete. The start off on the fresh server Guild rank S after the mergers we are now rank B and cannot compete in corps events. Hey developer I’ve already contacted Apple. I want every dime I invested in the game returned back to me.
Messed up character stats
Mage stat errors not corrected. AGI mage gears requires ENE stats instead of AGI stats. Causing problems with getting correct AGI skills and other AGI related character properties. AGI mages are screwed in this game. Do not pick AGI mage.
