purposefully deletes eligible nominees for music bank voting so you spend money and time on heartbeats…be aware kpop fans!!!!!!!
Money-grabbing app
Please be advised this is a waste of time and money. Even if a group wins the pre-vote, it doesn’t guarantee live-vote nominations, so you could spend hours watching ads and buying beats but have nothing to show for it. I won’t be using this app ever again, no matter how many times my faves are nominated. What a joke.
Not allowing me to scroll to past quizzes
This was never an issue in the past, but it is an issue now. Mubeat it’s not allowing me to scroll to past quizzes that I’ve missed. What is the problem here? I don’t know if it’s a new bug or a new update, but it needs to get fixed immediately. I re-downloaded it and closed the app many times, it’s not a problem on my end it’s yours

It's dishonest and they need to change their ways or at least tell fans their votes and hours watching don't amount to anything.

Why doesn’t this app work on iPad?
Seriously I’ve been struggling a lot these days. Whenever I try to watch ads, it only appears ‘Network error has occurred’ !!! What is happening? Make it work!

Mubeat has these 30 seconds long ridiculous ads that are forcing people to download them. Whenever you try to exit they take forever and keeps going to the App Store or is pretty much stuck on the screen. Fix it, it is really annoying and a waste of time.

Me quitó mis votos la app solo por salir de la sesión
Yo me la pasé recolectando votos y había visto mi historial recientemente, después salí un momentito de la sesión porque quería ver algo y luego cuando ingresé mi correo de nuevo me apareció mi cuenta pero no tenía ni un solo voto, mi historial estaba borrado, y aparecía que solo seguía a 1 persona, lo cual no era así, parecía que me hubieran hackeado la cuenta y la tenía desde hace tiempo bien guardada :/
