Code never comes to verify account .. no way to contact for support
Used to be OK.
Had account for YEARS. To the point of earning over 4,000 points. Servers had issue on May 15th…my spouse and I both had issue with app that day, so it wasn’t just me. App becomes functional again and my account is gone along with points. Tells me I never had an account. Sent 3 emails and 2 surveys for assistance. All went unanswered. Tried to call, was told I deleted the account which I did not. Why would I do that with 4,000 points? Was told my issue would be sent to marketing to research. So, still no answer or restoration of my account or points.I have 6 immediate family members all with Murphy USA accounts. Casey’s here we come.
No Code Received
I have tried over, and over to get the code sent to my phone number, and email. I have been unable to verify my account, due to not receiving any sort of code. I have looked over the phone number and email, and both are correct. I have waited for over 30 minutes to receive a code, but no such luck. I may change my review, if I could get any help with this issue, otherwise the app is useless to me.

Cheated
I had $.50 off per gallon and they went and logged me out of my account and when I went to log back in, they said it was having trouble wait for later. I signed in later and they had taken away all of my cents off, and I only had nine points left.

Server too busy
Don’t bother. It has not any free time. Can’t connect my number to the account so no savings at all. Others have said similar experiences for a while’s seems as though developers don’t care. Sad.

They deleted my account
I was working on saving up to a dollar off. I had 9 hundred plus points. I tried logging into my account and it was as if I never made an account. I logged into using my regular login and it said I was “ Creating an account” I reached out to them and still haven’t heard or received anything. So now I’m back at 0 with a “New” account using my original login.

Lies
I got this app and signed up for the rewards for the discount gas when you reach 100 points. It's all lies!! It cut me off at 7 gallons!!!! So much for 20 gallon limit.

I can’t even sign up. Never got the text verification. It’s a known problem. Don’t even bother with this app, I ended up going with loves.

I downloaded the app, it prompts for your phone number and then has an error message that says the server isn’t working try again in 5 minutes. 3 days later it’s still not working.

I have called and asked for help and can’t get anyone to help with the app. I can have the coupons checked go to purchase an item and I don’t get the discount. Need to do better!

Will delete your points
I had acquired hundreds of points as an ambulance driver and was hoping to redeem them for a trip I had coming up after being inactive for a little while the app automatically deletes all of your points, which translates to lost savings

Badly broken login system
Only one star reviews in the last 6 months. Rewards no longer work. Can’t even login to delete my account. This should be pulled from the App Store.
Let me sign in but…
Buggy, let me sign in but wouldn’t send a code to verify. So I left the app closed it out and then tried to get back in. Wouldn’t even load the page. 👎
iPhone 13 unable to create rewards account
I can’t make an account, I have a valid Phone number but I can’t make a account. I always get an Error message.

I love the app I’ve been using it for many many years but I made a new account with my new number and the app isn’t sending the code via text message can you guys fix this so I can continue enjoying the app and its benefits please and thank you
Does not work
I’ve tried logging in multiple ways (phone number, password, email) and the screen will stay loading forever, not letting me log in.

App use to work fine , now it is unusable. Click app , log in , punch phone # in , and says it might be awhile and temporary code expires in 10 minutes. No code sent. Apple iPhone 14 Pro.

My app hasn’t been working for the last 3 months on my iPhone , and I’m a Murphy drive costumer that uses this gas station everyday for purchases besides gas. And I can’t even use this app in my android and be able to use the earn option where I can answer questions for points. And on my iPhone it doesn’t even work at all .

Tried verifying with both email / text, but no luck. I entered my # at the pump, but am not able to check anything without verification. Tried both verification methods while being patient, but nothing.

I tried to use it yesterday and the app wouldn’t open up. I put my phone number in, but I don’t know if I got any rewards at the pump. I just tried to open it again and it still won’t open so maybe they’re going out of business or something.

I never get spam calls, ever, and I signed up for this joke of a rewards program and within 24 hours, my phone is blowing up. It’s midnight and my phone is still ringing with these idiots. Apparently, Murphy rewards sells your information as soon as they get it. Do not sign up and do not use your phone number. By the way, I haven’t given my phone number umber out to anyone until this, and then the calls started. Don’t waste your time or your sleep.
