Ad showed single page of instructions and a print button. Had to download an app that required I agree to hundreds of definitions / policies and even arbitration agreement for disputes before I can look over the product I had paid for.

I spent half of the workout trying to fit into the video frame of the app which counts reps. My goal of fitness doesn’t include making the app happy. Not for me!

Expensive, poor refund policy, no renewal warning, and disappointing renewal option
Expensive, no warning of upcoming renewal, and at cancellations, offer for reduced renewal isn’t retroactive but for follow-on period.
Could have but didn’t
I don’t mind paying the $50/yr but I do feel like it’s great to have a week for free to make sure that the app is what I am looking for. I didn’t complete the purchase but I really wish I could have seen how it is. I will continue to look for another app.
Don’t subscribe they will charge you after you cancel
I canceled my subscription prior to the renewal date and they still stole $99 from my account. Purchaser Beware, it’s in their online reviews as well. I just wish I read them first.

Fraudulent charges
They charged my credit card without my knowledge nor consent four times totaling more than $200.00 US. Beware.

I am 73 I have a very difficult time squatting and with arthritis my wrists can not support me for push-ups. This is total BS for the older generation

You don't find out until you've answered 10 million questions that it's not a free app. Cheapest plan is $20 for one month
Disappointed
Very difficult to log on n and communicate. Also difficult to cancel subscription due to process of log in and communication. Leads to overpayment. Never used the benefits because I couldn’t log in!

I've used this app almost daily for the last year. It doesn't seem to be loading anymore. It just spins on the initial screen.
Deceptive and unhelpful
I purchased this last year and the messaging was it’s one time. When they charged me again, I requested refund noting that I had used their service 0 times and the renewal was 2 days ago. They pointed me to a policy doc and said no refund. Poor customer service and fraudulent practices. Stay away

Horrible you have to pay to get a work out plan we can do it for free we just need a push bit not for that price 😭

Doesn’t keep track of my work-outs. Stuck on the same routine for weeks on end. ZERO customer service. Do not fall for the hype!!!

At 73 I don’t think deep knee bends followed by regular pushups is right. I believed I was getting a simple Tai Chi program. Instead I got this.

This plan is not as advertised. I am very disappointed. I didn’t expect to have to make the app work for me, I expected the quiz I took would provide me daily exercises based on my answers…I work out normally 5 times a week, am advanced, this app has me working out 3 times a week as a beginner! A waste of my money!

I downloaded the app but I can’t get past the Terms of Use and Privacy notices. I cannot therefore access the app or my Tai Chi workout that I purchased.

Fraudulent charges- BEWARE!
I signed up for a 3 month trial. I was charged for this and an additional fee. When I contacted customer service to see what the extra charge was for, they said they do not keep a record (of their own charges?!) and to check my apple account. The only charge on my apple account was the one I authorized. I planned to keep using the app for the 3 months, but was charged again the next month.
After looking online, I found out that this is a common complaint, and that some continue to be charged after canceling their subscriptions. So I cancelled my subscription and my credit card to avoid further fraudulent and unauthorized charges. I don’t trust this company- poor customer service, no receipt or record of purchases and repeated unauthorized charges.

Do not but/scam
I purchased what was advertised as a one time fee of $14.99 for a handful of workout videos. What I got was a $38.95 charge to my card for three months after that, until I caught it and cancelled. Garbage company. Garbage app.
Not Right for Me
My shoulder will not allow me to do push-ups.
Appreciate the apology but there was no confusion.
The women’s version of the app is just more limited and worse for no reason.
Strange choice?
Great functionality. However I went weeks wondering why the app wouldn’t generate, nor allow me to manually choose, bicep or hamstring target groups. When I switched my profiles gender suddenly these appeared AND the animation was vastly better, actually demonstrating individual muscle groups with the form.

New update ruined it.
No longer able to log in the weight I use and the exercises are randomized which makes it really challenging to keep the weight as it requires you to move weights back and forward.
Ok App Needs Improvement
The exercises have seem to have lost the audio cue for when they start and finish. This can make it challenging when doing timed exercises and warmups and not being able to see the phone. The stretches don’t give you enough time to figure out what you’re doing and how before they begin. The warmups and cool downs aren’t able to be paused. Not sure if it’s worth the $60 annually.
