While they may indeed offer some exercises etc they offer zero accountability and make canceling very difficult. Take a photo of when you cancel because you will likely receive another charge the next cycle. And when you cancel that again and contact them the same day as the charge they will refuse a refund, refuse to acknowledge your previous cancellation. Had to get credit card co involved and it should not have been this difficult

just looked at day one to see what i would be doing and cant look back or forward. gave me about 5 min of workout on day 1 and told u i work out at least 5 days a week so day one was useless

Terrible service
I cancelled my subscription ~6 months ago and every three months I have to cancel it again? I keep getting charged from the app, as they saved my information, and they refuse to cancel my subscription. DO NOT BUY THIS APP AND SUBSCRIBE
Beware of overcharging
Signed up for this app because it looked like a great fitness tool. I had just started using it and saw another charge which is too bad because I think it could be a good product. I originally signed up with an ANNUAL (have picture proof from Apple) charge and got charged the rate MONTHLY! Thankfully I used PayPal so they can’t overcharge me like the other reviews I read. False advertising and over billing! Make sure you research this product before you are charged. I made that mistake. Won’t do it again.

Is quite annoying you sign up for one thing and then they are asking to signup for another and then another. A log of hidden services they are constantly pushing and makes me feel highly uncomfortable.

Ad showed single page of instructions and a print button. Had to download an app that required I agree to hundreds of definitions / policies and even arbitration agreement for disputes before I can look over the product I had paid for.
Frustratingly Inconsistent
Home workouts have audio coaching and queueing, but don’t tell you what weight to use. Gym workouts tell you what weight to use but have no audio coaching or queueing. It’s like there are 2 different teams working on these parts of the app that don’t talk to each other. Dialing in the right balance of strength and cardio seems nearly impossible as well, without just creating your own workouts. Trying to tweak your settings after a couple of workouts leads to either no changes or workouts that target the same muscles that you just worked out a day or two ago.
Overall, this app has a lot of potential and the exercises with plenty of form assistance are good, but the inconsistencies and inability to truly modify settings on the fly has me ready to quit using it after 1 week.

They forget about you
They’ll quit sending notifications and still charge you. Cancelled subscription and I’ve been getting notifications non stop. Silence for months before that.
Overall quality
While I found the workouts to be helpful, they are grossly overpriced. $40 a month… seriously??
