I didn’t find this app provided anything more useful than templates on instagram. Editing was not a breeze. Don’t waste your money.

The app asked me if I wanted to try a template and download the free trial. Upon selecting yes, I was charged 69.99 for a full year! I immediately contacted apple, my bank, to no avail. Cancelled my subscription immediately, but they’ve also designed their app so you can’t find your own account information and there are zero options. What turned into just exploring an app is now a three week horror story of still trying to get a refund. Do. Not. Use. It’s a major headache for nothing.
After the developer response, still nothing by to update. It charged me at the exact moment I started my free trial, not after- so this isn’t a case of I forgot. I’ve contacted the seller and they keep saying there’s nothing they can do, and to contact apple. Then apple sends me back to the seller and recommends I write a review to contact them as they cannot do anything. Truly a headache, and an expensive one.

I wanted to try a free trial but the request timed out and I got charged a full year. On top of that I can’t even save any projects because it says I need a subscription, even though my bank got charged for it. Trying to reach out but I’m very upset. Wish I could give less than 1 star.
Flat out doesn’t work
I cancelled the free trial after trying to get the app to work for an hour. It just keeps loading and crashing. Don’t bother

Через две недели после покупки я попыталась вернуть деньги через Apple и через поддержку Muse, так как приложение фактически не выполняло свою функцию. В возврате отказали.
Очень неприятно платить за подписку и получать приложение с технической проблемой, которую невозможно исправить, и при этом ещё и без какой-либо поддержки со стороны сервиса.

Terrible Developer
This App first of all advertised a free trial and still charged me even though I cancelled during the free trial period. Which i have filed a BBB complaint against Apple for refusing my refund without an explanation. Most importantly this app is not worth $14.99 to begin with . The options to create different reels are very limited and even when creating a-lot of freezing occurs when you try to save changes or uploads. I do not recommend you even try the free trial period.

Glitching
Downloaded app from Instagram, always felt like it was too good to be true. Tried to do the 3day free trial for premium, app keeps glitching saying “unable to load data” & continues to resend me to the subscription page.
Do not buy!
For the amount of money this app charges, it truly is a disappointment and I would highly suggest looking at different apps for edits. Tried to cancel on last day of trial and still got charged and no way for refund. TRUST…do NOT get this app!

Unusable
Came from and ad on Instagram. App does not offer a lot of customizable features to the templates. There are no font options available and the text brush is not functional. I subscribed for the 3 day free trial, which forces you until the year subscription not the weekly, fine. When I try to download the finished edit the page glitches and brings me back to the subscription page. It feels like they are trying to trick/force you into purchasing and forgoing the free trial to get the finished product. I have checked my subscriptions and Apple says I have the yearly subscription with the free trial but the app continues to glitch. Clearly done on purpose. I would not recommend this to anyone and AVOID DOWNLOADING. Full waste of time.

Fraud app don’t take free trail
I opted for free trail just to see how the edits it’s deducted yearly subscription from my account now I don’t know from where I need to contact them how to reach them ! Pls return my money !

I read the comments but still tried bc of the free trial. They’re intentionally making the free trial button glitch so u purchase either the weekly or yearly subscription. I don’t like shady stuff like that so they won’t be getting my money.

I am embarrassed and shocked that I paid for this app. It has been horrible absolutely horrible. The interface is terrible. The songs don’t load. It’s just bad. Do not recommend. If you’re going to pay for An app, pay for something other than this

Charged me during free trial
I downloaded Muse because I genuinely wanted to try it out and there was a 3-day free trial, but guess what? They charged me THE NEXT DAY, not even close to the end of the trial period. I literally had a reminder in my calendar to cancel before renewal, because I do that with every subscription trial. Didn’t matter. The charge still went through almost immediately, and they kept the money even after I reached out saying I do not want the subscription.
The way this was handled is embarrassing. It feels sneaky. If you’re going to advertise a 3-day trial, then honor the actual 3 days, and allow people to cancel before charging them. I’m left with an app I don’t want, don’t use, and a payment I can’t get refunded. Total waste. I really regret downloading it.

Not user friendly. Templates are limited and hard to edit.
Got wheeled in from an Ad and now I’m stuck with a year subscription to a lousy app. It needs a lot of work and is limited in what content templates it offers. Make sure you stay aware of the trial end date as they don’t send a reminder like more app trials do.
App is SO Buggy
I can’t even complete a simple task like opening a draft without getting a “critical error” message. I wish Apple would have given me a refund but for some reason they said no. Considering the fact that I can’t use the app to its potential, they need to reconsider, and your app developers need to improve their software.

All of the other reviews on here must be fake. Because I have been connected to Wi-Fi, connected to cell phone, Internet, and cannot get this app to work. My videos do not load, the screen is frozen, and if I can actually edit a little bit, it will get frozen and be completely unresponsive and I will have to start all over just for it to not work again. Do not waste your money on this app. You are better off using CapCut.

DONT GET ROBBED
This app is ridiculously basic, I used the trial and realized it wasn’t even worth the time for a bad edit. They charged me $70 dollars even though I cancelled my subscription that same day I was charged and they say I can’t get a refund for something I’m never going to use but somehow got billed for a year. I don’t understand how these apps just get away with stealing people’s money.
Scammy Trial, Unfair Charges, and No Refunds
Don’t download this app! They trick you with a 3-day trial, then make it look like you’re getting another 3 days free - but instead, they start charging you right away. Who in their right mind wants to pay for a whole year up front for something they don’t even use? And even after explaining it was an accidental purchase, if they weren’t deliberately trying to trick people, they could at least refund the 11 unused months and just keep the one month. But nope - they refuse. This is a scammy, dishonest practice, and they clearly don’t care about their customers.
Charged for Annual Plan Instead of Free Trial
I signed up for the 3-day free trial, but instead of the trial activating, I was immediately charged $74.19 for an annual subscription. Unfortunately, my refund request through Apple was denied, and I’m currently disputing the decision. Limited templates
This would probably be create if you any to create your own reels from scratch. But I under the impression that there would be a huge library - there’s not. You’re better off with CapCut. Also they say they will give you a 3 day trial but they didn’t - they charged the full annual price right away. I would think twice before investing.

I want to love this app
Never I have never in my life written a review for an app. I rarely ever write reviews in general, but I am just getting to the point where I’m so frustrated! I want I want to love this app. I think it has great options for templates. I think it’s very user-friendly but it crashes all the time!!!! Before I could even finish uploading my videos that I want to add in and it’s just getting to the point where I don’t even want to use it anymore, but I’ve paid for the annual membership.

Fake Free Trial
Do not be fooled by the “free trial.” Firstly, the app itself is pricey but fun and I can see the benefit of its services if you’re really serious about the ease it provides for social media content. Unfortunately, they do not honor the free trial they offer because they charge you the very next day, if not right after agreeing to the free trial. When I requested a refund, Apple said it was not eligible for a refund. It sounds like a lot of people are having the same issue.
Bad Format consistency
