this game was pretty nice, I had spent money on it and everything i really enjoyed it. I came back to the game and relog in and everything is gone. my characters, my songs, im im total disbelief and I don’t know what to do

i know its kinda dumb but I’m pretty salty about the purchased items not carrying over to another device when you log onto another device, i bought the Rin and Len pack on my computer and was so disappointed because it didn’t carry over to my phone, and i don’t want to buy it again (i can’t even buy it again). i’m kinda sad because i’ve been wanting to do this for a long time 🙁
