Banned
This app banned me prematurely without context. They banned me because I used the word polygamy in a sentence, not even in a derogatory way. In the profiles it gave ppl an option to say if they are open to polygamy then they create this ban. I submitted appeal because I felt it wasn’t right to ban me for a one time offense. Anyway, they still haven’t returned any response and there is no contact for support. Anyway, they can reach out to me if they want to rectify this. Otherwise, disappointed

Never using this again. The customer service is horrible and is not available. Also very expensive.
Not usable on free plan
On free plan a user can only surf profiles while some of them are blurred. A user cannot reply to likes or start a conversation with anyone on the app. I deleted my account and never come back to that app.
Price
The price is not worth all this. I understand they want to filter out inactive accounts and all that. But the price is too much. We need more on the free version. Give us more compliment opportunities. Likes are fine. But more compliments. Maybe 2 or 3. Free version is utterly useless. Let alone the price. Ya’ll need to change this asap.
Run away as fast as you can
Women on here are EXTREMELY picky. You could be a successful, educated, fit, and kind man and still struggle. I’ve been on this app for years (I’m 26) and have had very little luck. This app has NOTHING to do with Islam. If you are a man, run away!

Limited Ethnicity Selection
I was very disappointed with this app. During the registration process, I was required to select my ethnicity, but my ethnic group was not listed among the available options. Because of that, I was unable to complete my profile and continue using the app.
As a result, the app became completely unusable for me. It is frustrating to see such limited representation of different ethnic backgrounds. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Massive downgrade in quality
You can just tell that the devs copy and paste code from a free chatgpt model. The app has been so awful and full of bugs. Idk how bad the code has gotten for the app but i came back after a year and goodness its awful. This app went from really good to awful within a year. You guys need to fix your code, literally any coder can tell that the apps code is entirely chatgpt generated with how unpolished and buggy it’s become!
Not worth it
Don’t get any matches , I added so many photos and constantly change my bio. Either every girl has crazy high standards or I’m not being seen enough by others on this app. Not good and the membership is not worth it at all
There’s no basic standards on here
90% of the accounts don’t have women with hijab. And 50% is just them in leggings and low cut shirts thinking it’s tinder. On the men’s side they’re talking to sexual to the women and using this app to try to sleep around rather then finding marriage. Almost half the accounts should be banned tbh and the whole app cleaned up.

I faced an issue and the support team closed my ticked without even hearing me. I purchased the gold membership. Waste of time and money. Unprofessional behavior.

Muzz has turned into a money grab. I have Gold. Use a Boost, get zero visits. Buy extra Boosts and they cancel the weekly ones that came with the plan. Now you want $10 to show me in another country for a single day, when Tinder includes that for free with Premium. People travel. We want to see matches in our home country, where we work, where we study. This used to be a decent app. Stop and go back to being one.

I feel like it’s a scam
I have given the app so many chances to prove me wrong, i’m planning on purchasing their whatever plan, but i wanted proofs of that it’s a legit app, not a single match, every month i do this compliment thingy and you feel like talking to fake people.
Garbage is an understatement
They claim they have made 30,000 marriages happen and I have to just laugh at that statement. There isn’t even 200 ppl on this app let alone 30,000! This app and Salams are both cut from the same garbage can. Can we for the love of god get a good Arab dating app? Is that too much to ask for?

They will deactivate your account for asking about polygyny and never give you a refund. I’m waiting to meet these people on the day of judgement to get my rights back!!! Now they’re giving a fake response as though they actually care, I’ve already contacted and complained to support about my wrongful deactivation. How can they deactivate a Muslim for asking about something our Messenger ﷺ clearly did throughout his life?????!!!!!. When I contacted support about my wrongful deactivation and wrongful forfeiture of my money. They simply reiterated the erroneous company’s policy and gave me no reprieve.
Poor design and poor policies
If I could give this app 0 stars I would. The app makes no sense as far as features go. I created my account and within a couple of hours they banned me without even saying why. Tried to ask why and they said they “reserve the right” to not respond. Poor service as well from people responding to my issue, because they gave a long generic explanation as to why my account could have been banned, not the actual reason why. Better off going to an actual matchmaking platform.

First to know, you will get hit with several push notifications all day as if you got a like. No likes, no looks, just push notifications which is extremely annoying.
Worst then that, not many people to see and very little preference options.
If you switch to friends, it’s only men! LoL

Stay away from any muslim or dating apps. No one is serious, everyone is looking for a golden unicorn that can do anything - and if the girl FEELS romantic enough she’ll play, but they will never allow you to talk to the family. Since theres no family involved from the very beginning, youre just dumb enough to entertain them at your own expense, youre the clown. She just wants attention…. Cmon use your head. Be a man, grow a pair…. Go outside and approach.
Verification system is broken
Paid for Gold and could not even use the app because the verification system kept rejecting perfectly clear selfies over and over again. Support never responded properly either. Extremely frustrating experience and a waste of time and money. Automated verification should not be this broken for paying users.

Couldn’t get past the photo verification stage, I uploaded my selfie exactly the way they wanted, they compare the selfie you take to the main photo on your profile, both photos were taken at the exact same time , and yet I kept getting an error message that my selfie didn’t match my profile photo, I tried more than 10 times, on the bottom of the verification, it said it was automated, so I contacted “tech support “ for manual verification, got a stupid reply that didn’t solve the issue. Deleted my account and moved on
Horrible judgmental probably feminist customer service team
I had 2 accounts running simultaneously on 2 different phones because when I got my new phone I forgot the login details of my first account and proceeded to create a new one. As I was talking to a match who decided to proceed further and give me her number so I can speak to her Wali, I suddenly got banned. No warning, no explanation, nothing. I reached out to their team to inquire about the ban and explained that I had a serious match that I had intentions of speaking to her wali. A few days later they respond with the most aggressive message saying I violated their terms for having 2 accounts, accusing me of compromising the “safety of Muzz users”, as if I was a predator or engaged in inappropriate or explicit behavior. Something tells me the customer service team is run by men-hating feminists, as this is the vibe I got from their email. I’m surprised they even responded to my salam. I will not forgive Muzz and the person who decided to ban and ignore my emails for causing me to miss out on someone who I had a serious chance to marry, at the worst possible moment too. I will also not forgive you for the money you took from me.

I had very bad experience with this bcz whom I matched was a fraud he said he is interested and also he said he wants to test me and took 50k from me and then he blocked me I didn’t knew that there are also fraud people in this app they just use u and then left without even saying a word
Profile cannot be changed
I wrote my full name American style (first name first) and it took my last name as first. It was unchangeable. I deleted the account to create a new one, but it’s still linked to my gmail. I tried to use iCloud but it’s linked to my phone number. So that’s just unfortunate.

This app is honestly so annoying and overpriced for no reason. It’s full of glitches that never get fixed, which makes the whole experience frustrating and unreliable. Basic features barely work properly, yet you expect people to pay over $30/month just to access limited filters? That’s ridiculous. Not everyone can afford that, especially students.
The filters are extremely restricted unless you pay, so the free version is almost useless. It feels like everything is locked behind a paywall while the core app itself isn’t even polished.

How do you put paywall behind liking someone back. This is literally core feature.
Wouldn’t Recommend
You need to add a proper distance/radius filter. When I used the app I was getting random likes from much older men halfway across the world, which makes the experience frustrating. It also seems like some users were using outdated photos to misrepresent themselves and target women living overseas. This app really needs better controls and verification.
Also, I’ve come across profiles from American Christian men with children (including from military backgrounds) on the app. It feels like some assume young Muslim women will overlook major lifestyle and background differences. Clearer filters and expectations would really help improve the experience.

Free version too limited, paid version to expensive
The free plan is virtually useless because only lets you filter by age, sect, location, ethnicity. Nothing about actual personality and compatibility. It’s not conducing to finding a match.
$32/month is WAYYY too much for anything more than that. I have to pay hundreds per year just to filter out unverified profiles??
Developers seem to either think only those who make enough deserve to find love, or they’re ok with exploiting the desire for connection within the Muslim community.

Too many fake profiles
I have been on the app for about a month and have had multiple requests from guys that are not who they say they are. The profiles are fake, the guys have no digital footprint anywhere else, no social media presence and their phone numbers are associated with other names that are not their own. I reported this to the app and got no response.

I left a comment / post on their social platform within the app. Wasn’t threatening or polarizing but responding to a the recurring theme in that thread which was red pilled oriented . My comment was deleted … they discriminate against Muslim men.

Muzz claims to help Muslims find a spouse, but then puts basic features behind a paywall. Charging $30 just to like people unlimitedly-and still not allowing proper communication-feels extremely predatory. This shouldn’t be monetized in a way that limits genuine connections. They are ridiculous !
Gold Membership waste of money
Absolutely ridiculous. Even as a Gold member, you are still blocked by paywalls. You only get ONE 'compliment' (message) per day. For a premium subscription, you’d expect to actually be able to talk to people, but Muzz just keeps asking for more money. Don't waste your cash on a subscription that doesn't even let you message freely.
