I emailed to cancel the membership which was presented as a “cheap trial.” Never heard back, assumed it was canceled, then got charged again. They claim it’s “made clear” in the checkout process, but if tons of people have the same complaint, MAYBE, just MAYBE it isn’t. Also, if it were reputable, there would be clear directions on canceling, etc. instead of having to file through PayPal, etc.

Don’t download this app. It’s not useful at all. It’s just anything else you can find on the Internet. They also make it really impossible to cancel before the seven days. I tried and I still was charged for three months before I caught it and spent an entire morning trying to contact customer service to have it resolved.

I tried this app with the plan for 3 days and found it to be ok. I canceled my trial to prevent and the automatic renewal transaction that was automatically set up. I received the cancellation notice and assumed I was good.
Two months later I found out there was a third subscription for their AI fitness coach. They charged my account $99.99. I had no way of know in about this subscription. I found no way to cancel the subscription. I went back into my account and was unable to locate the AI Coach subscription.
I contacted support and they canceled it for me. They then tell me they can refund my money because it was a digital transaction. They are scamming people and this is highly unethical. I’m still fighting to get my money back they stole.

Don’t buy it
They will keep charging you even if you buy only a week or a month. And then only refund a fraction of what they took beyond your agreement. Get your keto info and challenges from somewhere other than an AI generated and run app. That’s all this is. And I learned the hard way. I’m expecting either a fluffy response or this comment will be deleted. If it stays, I hope whoever is thinking about it to really think twice. And educate yourselves on the slew of AI created and automated businesses that do nothing but rehash everything that’s already out there for free.

I specifically said I don’t eat fish, lamb or pork. Day one Salmon for lunch! What a ripoff

This is a useless app. A waste of money. Don’t bother.
Doesn’t allow you to log a meal not in its library
I was hopping this would get me motivated with good meal ideas and a good diet. It might still result in good meal suggestions but on day one of the download I wanted to log my meals/water/steps. I obviously didn’t have the suggested breakfast since I just downloaded it and couldn’t find simple scrambled eggs and toast (I get that it’s a carb) It will only allow you to log a meal from their library so if you alter a recipe or have something else you cannot log. Only option for scrambled eggs was with mushrooms. I often put other leftover veggies in my eggs. I will only use this for ideas so basically I bought an expensive cookbook

Be careful, they make you think it’s only $19.88 then they start charging you $44.99 then they will only refund you 25% once you realize you are being charged monthly $44.99

I was charged $80 for a five minute try of this app. I immediately deleted the account and they never sent a confirmation or receipt. They won’t refund my money. It’s fraud.
Not Worth It
Not worth the money! It’s just a shell of guidance you can already find online and the app is rudimentary and really only valuable if you have no idea about low/no carb. Really disappointing for the price of the “package”.
SCAM
Do not sign up for this plan! I signed up for a Mediterranean challenge and they have listed fried shrimp and ham and cheese with lettuce around it for the first meals. That is not Mediterranean at all and this is terrible. Now they won’t give me my money back after requesting a refund five minutes after I signed up.

Don’t waste your money! It makes you jump thru hoops asking you to sign up for multiple other add ons, the when you finally get to the app it gives you no choices if what to eat, provides only their choices with no alternatives even if you hate their choices. Dint waste your money. Go to Weight Watchers!!!
1/2 a star is too much
I bought this app and immediately regretted it, it wasn’t at all what it protested to be. I started a request for a refund and got a complete run around. After multiple requests via email, I finally got a response but only was refunded a quarter of what I purchased the app for. The customer service is absolutely horrible, don’t buy this app!!!
Sucks
After a week now I am unable to use it. Nobody can help until 48 hrs. How are we supposed to follow our diet and recipes????? I have changed my password so many times, uninstalled and reinstalled, updated everything and nothing.

I had just purchased the challenge. I cannot access the app no matter how many times I download and delete it, I’ve also rest my password multiple times. I’m still excited to get started but I hope they can get this bug resolved soon.

I was excited to try this but this app is horrible. No way I found to decline or sub a meal because I don’t like what’s in the meal. Trying to reset your pw is a pain. Spend to much time to try a figure simple things out

I was on a Mediterranean diet challange which led me to this app. I DON’T WANT a keto diet app but when following directions to cancel, you could hit the cancel button with a hammer but you get nowhere, what a scam!
Subscription model is deceiving
I purchased this so called one-month plan on September 11 for a one-time payment of $19.88, thinking that it was one month challenge costing $19.88. However, I recently noticed an additional charge of $44.99 on October 13 on my Apple Card.
I don’t recall seeing any mention that the plan would renew automatically, and I haven’t found a clear way to reach out for a refund. Felt deceived. Thanks

Misleading promotion
The only reason I got this app is that all my correspondence was coming as Mediterranean Challenge. I sign up, and it tells me to download the No carb challenge. What? Totally different diets. Very misleading business practices! I’ve asked for a refund, but looking at different reviews I don’t feel hopeful.

Something isn’t right here
I challenged my girlfriends for a fun one week fitness/health challenge and then signed up for the no carbs challenge app. I planned my meals and purchased my groceries with the help of the app. Then, when I tried to login to make the recipes, I had been logged out of the app. When I logged back in, I did not have an account and it required me to pay again. I contacted them for help. It took a week of EXTENSIVE AND TIME CONSUMING explaining and screenshots, but they finally realized that something was wrong with the app and they reset my account for me. During this time, my free trial had run out (my groceries went unused) and I was charged $44.99. At this point I had been logged out of the app longer than I had used it. So I checked to see what I had paid for: An annual membership was 39.99. I could live with that.
But when tech support reached out, they had said I had only purchased a month and that was a “special only available on the app” ?
I tried to explain that I had been kicked off the app for over a week, but they just dismissed me. Zero compensation for the down time and no warm fuzzy at all here. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Vegetarians do not eat meat. Do not buy!
When I filled out my form before I bought the plan I marked Ï am a Vegetarian. The meal plan for me is for meat eaters. If you are a vegetarian do not buy. They won’t respond nor refund me my money.

This app is not what the video made it out to be. You can get recipes and meal plans for free off the internet. Don’t waste your money

This app feels like a scam. They make it seem like they charge $39/year. After your free 7 day trial they start charging you $39/ per month. I know of no other weight loss app that charges that much! And then they make it difficult to cancel directly from their app or website.

False advertising
I signed up for what was advertised as a Mediterranean diet plan. Turns out it was just a no carb app, and not a very good one at that. I asked for refund within an hour. They refused, but ended up refunding half.
Don’t bother unless you get every upgrade.
Upon purchasing my plan, I was prompted to upgrade many times for many different add ons. I declined all of them and opted to simply use the app. Well the app is useless. No food journaling, no real “plan”, only recipes, that honestly don’t look that appetizing. I’ve explored the app as much as possible to see if I missed something, but I haven’t. It’s worthless and a waste of money. I haven’t asked for a refund, because my bad for buying from an Instagram ad, but they better not charge me again! Save your money, use chatGPT to create a “plan” and use another app that gives you a free option. Very disappointed.

Honestly I really like the app when it works. The meals are solid the plans are easy to follow and flexible. I loved the lists. But half the time it won’t let me log into the app. I long in and it tells me to register even tho I have an account. I then click register to see what happens and it says you already have an active subscription please log in. I am done with it. It’s not that hard to have this work correctly and be able to pull up my plan that is active when I log in. The idea is good but the user friendliness is terrible and I’m looking for other options.
Misleading billing info
I signed up for one month only, and they’ve already billed me again, close to $50 dollars. I rejected the charge, but not sure it’s going to take after reading other people’s complaints. They apologize but it keeps happening. Check the critical reviews people!!!

Bait and Switch
Ad was for Mediterranean Diet! This was what I was looking for, the screenshot I took confirms Mediterranean yet after purchase, it’s for a Keto-based diet. I fell for false marketing!
This is a sham
I signed up for the app and paid for the first month. About a week into my subscription it started requiring a log in. When I attempted to log in the reply was email unrecognized.
The customer service people would rather not refund me so I am done trying. A $15 loss but an invaluable lesson learned. No place here to attach a screen shot of proof or I would have.
