Doesn’t update data used
After 3 years the data stopped updating and no amount of rebooting or searching can tell me why it crapped out.
Pretty good but needs work
I am looking for more granular information to see vampire apps and I hope they get it better
Mobiles plans don’t work
Can’t add a shared plan and support doesn’t exist.
No app level data
Like many other reviewers, I found there is no way to access app-level data (despite the App Store screenshot showing such capability). Also their tech support website is permanently closed. Too bad, I had high hopes for this app.

It’s only 14 gigs off after a week. Don’t waste your time.
Needs Improvement
Not sure what happened but your MDM feature allowed about 20 plus url to be uploaded and consume a large amount of data with an hour. There was no support as labeled and stated within the app. It said it longer existed and Sorry. No sure how that would make anyone trust or utilize this app - As that's the point of have a Data Manager. Hopefully you can take a look and make proper adjustments! When you press App Support with the App Store it leads you to Microsoft Store on Google. Sad but true....

I did not Install this intentionally. Only became aware of it when I could not make any data connections. I now have to research whether or not it has somehow been charging me through the Apple system.

Trash vpn that doesn’t even work
This thing don’t protect anything not ip address or nothing and got malware virus while using. Garbage vpn.

I need to show who did which ones to me and how I don’t know if a vpn will make it worse or better do they do data removal to show you was victimized by electronic abusers the brain hat hostage takers demanders I just sit here while they run em all again and say it your own fault but the thingy don’t ever show it that way it shows them being self aware messed up with me I’m isolated to it

I downloaded it this month to track my wi-fi data usage
Suddenly after only 1 week my 200GB wi-fi data was fully consumed ( i live alone and there is no other device connected to the router )

Goggle blocked me for malicious requests
As soon as I started using this app Google blocked my phone and said it was receiving multiple malicious requests from my network that are in violation of the Terms of Service. It basically called this app malware. I turned off the “VPN” and it still wouldn’t let me through. This app is not worth it.
VPN caused issues
I loaded the app to protect me from what looked to be unauthorized use. Activated VPN and lost ability to download tix from ticketmaster - with no message.
Stats were worthless.

THIS APP IS GARBAGE AND A FAKE!
THIS APP IS NOT A VPN, IT DOES NOT HIDE YOUR IP ADDRESS NOR DOES IT PROTECT YOUR INFO. ITS A BUCKET WITH NO BOTTOM. AFTER DOING LATEST TESTING IT IS NOT A VPN!
Does not work, avoid
It does not really work anymore. Used for a long time and now it does not show usage unless you open it up. Then it attributes any prior usage to that day.

I spent countless hours troubleshooting, talking to my provider. I was even going to get a new phone as a last resort.
On a whim i removed this app from my phone- and presto everything started working again.
Not sure what happens- but clearly the app was interfering with my cellular service. I am on an iPhone 12

VPNs our a joke
just another reason to spend more money. VPN.s really don't work on the thing they do is change your IP address, which most proxy servers do anyway. Are use several VPN.s and I still got tracked.

The help desk is no longer available, there have been no updates for two years, and the link to App Support goes to the app on the Google Play store. Too bad. It was great while it lasted.

I can not get privacy or data support. From app it gos to zendesk saying no longer affiliated.
Worked great until it didn’t
Been using this app for years, across several phone upgrades, and it worked right up until today when ALL OF MY DATA USAGE HISTORY DISAPPEARED. Very disappointing.
Missing feature
Where is App tab? I wanted to see wifi usage by App and, it is on screenshots, but it’s not in the real app…
No app tracker
I downloaded this to see my data usage per app, and that does not exist as shown in the screenshots

I use it to measure wifi data usage - there’s no way to reset the data to zero…. So impossible to measure dor different networks
Missing key feature
I wanted this for the per-app tracking of wifi and mobile data useagw (which is shown in the app preview screenshots) but the “app” tab was nowhere to be found when I downloaded
