Received wrong room& bed and they won’t fix it

Requests/Arrival
We arrived late last night around 1am so grant it staff was light but no one offered to help unload the luggage. The gentleman just stood at his station on his phone as I grabbed the luggage rack to unload myself. I just expected a little more for our arrival.
At check in I mentioned I had made some requests: floors 12-15 water view away from elevator to try and get a view of fireworks. I know you are booked but we got the 4th floor water view because I paid for that and not facing in the direction to see fireworks. There wasn’t even let me try to grant your wish it was sorry we are booked. Then no one offers with luggage just elevator is behind the glass wall. Ok.
Then this morning wake to crying babies. Making me regret switching from my King room to two queens. We were originally booked for three in a king but added last night. You did not have a king available so here we are stuck by this room of loud guest!! Needless to say I am not feeling very magical.

Not the happiest place on earth
I can’t enjoy the attractions because you no longer give me the DAS. Shame on you guys!

I used to have DAS and there are some rides that accommodate. It seems most now are not going to. Basically only people who get it have autism. You guys don’t even offer it to people with stage 4 cancer. Universal is way more accommodating. Disney doesn’t care about legitimate health issues.

This process is totally unfair. Your system purposely spaces out the three ride selections so as to minimize the efficiency of the purchase, making it nearly impossible to book more than four rides during a day. This is really frustrating for guests who spend thousands to make the most of the park attractions!!!!!!!

This app needs improvement. It is always buggy and shows one time selection continually and when you try to select it it always shows a much later time. This morning after I made my three selection and selected payment. It stuck on processing payment and locked up.
Terrible way to unlock a door

Can’t pay for anything
I have been blocked from making park related purchases for several months. This has included park tickets and merch e-checkout. I have tried multiple cards and no one in customer service can help me. Do better Disney.

I was staying at the wilderness resort cabins and the app was unable to open the door. Had to call guest services and have some one let me in

App not allowing me to make reservations and hotels won’t allow me in without one (even animal kingdom for Sanaa). Requested one time password 6x with nothing. Sooo done trying. Plenty of other places to eat.
how they handle Tickets
Disney world is not Disney Land. they have Inefficiencies that make Disneyland feel like the happiest place. Disneyworld can’t do this.
Problem w/hotel check out
Maybe I’m missing something but unable to pull up link to check out if hotel. I input my reservation but nothing came up. Chat told me checkout will be automatic at 11 but like to give staff a heads up.
Waste of money
Its sooo expensive but honestly theres nothing to do. Tooo crowded. Its better for just a local Florida person to visit for one day. But definitely not for tourists that travel far.

Discrimination
My daughter was discriminated against because she doesn’t have an exact cognitive diagnosis does not mean that she doesn’t have a diagnosis that should be recognized. The staff members were on accommodating, dismissive and outright rude.
App Doesn’t Open
The app isn’t registering I have Bluetooth enabled and won’t let me move past the screen to sign in. I’ve done everything I can and not sure what else to do.

Needs a Clear Military Discount Option for Veterans and Service Members
The Disney app is useful for planning a trip, but it is not very user-friendly for veterans or active-duty military service members. There does not appear to be a simple or clear way to apply military discounts directly when selecting ticket options. For service members and veterans trying to plan a family trip, this makes the process more confusing than it needs to be.
Disney should improve the app by adding a clear military discount section, making eligibility requirements easier to find, and allowing qualified users to apply available discounts directly through the ticket-purchasing process. The app works well in many areas, but this part definitely needs improvement.

Least intuitive app I have ever seen. Please do something about it.
Meaningless messaging
When an attraction breaks down, instead of giving informative messaging, allowing the customer to make an informative decision, they give messages that say nothing and leave the customer wondering. There is nothing worse than not knowing, one always assumes the worst.

i’m on a Disney cruise and this app the non cruise one is refusing to load. I have 1 to 2 bars.
Problems
We came to Disney and ordered our tickets as a group. We had problems getting everybody’s names on the tickets and setting it up. It has not been easy for a large group.

App doesn’t load fully.
Not sure what happened on this most recent update, but the app doesn’t load properly. I can’t see photo pass pics. I can’t see wait times. It worked fine last week.

While I appreciate the intent to streamline tickets, reservations, dining all in one place the current configuration is not user friendly at all.

Tech isn’t consistently functional
We’ve been to the Magic Kingdom multiple times a year for the past 25 years and when the magic band thing came out, we figured out how to use our iPhones and our Apple watches to gain access to room, keys and ride fast pass or lightning lanes. Their tech services trying to figure it out and was successful a few times, but not most of the time. We always have to revert to a plastic card to gain access instead of the technology. It’s not quite there just yet.
Epcot beer.
One, alcohol is insanely expensive. Two, do not believe the around the world beers. They’re all garbage IPA’s from West Virginia or some such garbage place. Not worth it!
