Scam!!!
So I accidentally purchased this app by without even looking at it because I was trying to put my phone away back into my pocket and for some apparent reason it just purchased the app and trying to cancel it immediately wasn’t the answer. If you cancel you u would have to still use it and get charged for it. There annuals are so tricky because it says it’s a trial once you’re done you still don’t have the option to say nah I don’t think i need it. You’re forced to have it no matter what cancellation or not. What I saw is that my said it purchased a whole year and was charged $$0 bucks.

Charge 9.99/week for nothing. I only downloaded to track a specific package and it never got delivered and when I reached out to them. The consistently blamed the shipping service and I said how did you mark the package delivered if the package was never delivered.
At this point I am pretty sure half the time I’m dealing with AI bots and they don’t understand what anything means. They didn’t even attempt to help when I asked them what carrier it was shipped with because both the store and them are playing the blame game and my credit card company is saying this is a scam most likely.
Don’t count on anything but the general thanks for reaching out customer service email reply and blame game to everyone else. Meanwhile I had to download this to track the package coming from overseas. Or so they said.

Shows that is has located the package before you sign up for the BS free trial. Once u have signed up all it says is “waiting on info from courier”

I opened the app and immediately got a page to sign up for a subscription. There’s a limited version, so I clicked that, put in my information and…..got brought to the subscription page. I literally cannot even put in one package to just see a basic list of where my package is

I had never been asked to pay to track an Amazon package until I downloaded this app.. I actually laughed out loud when I inserted my tracking number and it asked me to pay in order to track it 😅💀I also have never deleted an app as quickly as I deleted this one lol
Very very expensive tracking app
$9.99 a week? That’s almost 40 a month or $480 a year. When we are use to buy stuff from China, just the tracking may end up costing more than the product itself. Nonsense!!

I ordered from DTSF some shoes Dec30 I’ve not received them. So I checked my email and found a tracking code but you have to pay for the app before they let you know where the package is this is pure scam. Please I advise you not to subscribe to this app or order from DTSF at all

There is zero chance this is a 4.5 star reviewed app. It’s a total scam. Leads you to believe that it has more I formation on your package, when it absolutely does not. Do not fall for this. Also difficult to cancel subscription prior to the “free trial period”.

Please read. Don’t sign up. This is some kind of predatory scam. They market as having shipping information, and market as having a free 3-day free trial, but you will be charged immediately, and when you see how their app has no helpful information and cancel the subscription to cancel the free trial, you’ll notice you were already charged and they will refuse

don’t waste your time
this is useless. not only do you have to pay for a subscription but if you plug in your tracking info it doesn’t give you any details beyond what you already knew through the original tracking info! not even if it’s “out for delivery” in the right place, or where it’s been. now that i think about it, it had even less information than the original tracking link. 0/5 stars. garbage and probably just stealing your data.

You should be ashamed of yourselves. Charging $9.99 a WEEK just to show the same information that is available for FREE through either 17Track app, UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS, or whatever website a person ordered from? Shame on you. Shame!

And the only way to see that it didn’t was to sign up for either a yearly subscription of $59.99 or a weekly subscription of $9.99 with a 3 day free trial. After signing up for the free trial (and having to repeatedly re-enter the tracking number), no new information about my order was provided. Don’t waste your time or money on this.

Why are you asking for my email password?
I only gave it one star so I can warn people that they ask for your email password in order to join. Not creat an account password but personal email password. Folks do not give out your password. There is no reason they would need this. NONE!
