Ruined by Ads
Way too many ads in a short period of time. We get that free games have to make money some how, but this is silly. It takes 5-7 ads to get through one ‘work day’.

This game is EXCRUCIATINGLY slow and the frame rates drop to like 20 fps. FIX THIS. It makes this game literally unplayable and takes hours to stock things on the shelf or even move about the in world game without having to stop and readjust the screen so you’re going/looking in the direction you want to go/look. I have the settings at the lowest possible settings available and yet nothing changes.
In-app purchase-NO ADS
Hello, the gameplay is amazing but the ANNOYING ADS have been my last straw! so i purchased the $5.99 special first time no ads included and did not receive the bundle/in-app purchase. I do have the receipt to confirm from 6/21. Someone please help! I want to continue playing!
Supermarket game
This AD game is horrible, every 5 seconds I have an add or am waiting about 2 whole minutes to do anything. During the game all the adds that I get are all about $ex. I’m an adult and I feel like this game is not ment for children under 15.THIS GAME SHOULD BE TAKEN DOWN.

Was a great games until it deleted all of my progress, everything in my storage, and all my shelves. I loved this games, very disappointed I can’t play anymore.

License and Saved game
I don’t like how I stopped playing the game and now I’m back to play it again and all the stuff i brought has to be purchased again. I unlocked a lot stuff and I expanded my store but now I have to start all over which isn’t fair. I use to love this game but now that I just downloaded the game back I have to start all over? It never saved my data? I even purchased the no ads and spend real money on this game to buy more cash… this is ridiculous I wish yall can fix this this problem because I really use to love this game.
Game restart
My game restarted! I was trying to save my game to make sure my progress was intact. I’ve purchased multiple things and none of my purchases are still there and my entire store is completely restarted. I put multiple hours into this game and I just cannot accept the fact that it’s gone. I need help.
Steals your money
I purchased the starter kit for 5.99 that included no ads, then purchased the elite pass for 15.99. Played for a minute and had to run errands. When I opened the game again it wouldn’t load, so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. After that ads had returned like I didn’t purchase the starter kit, all my progress reset and the elite pass reset. Really would like a refund because no one wants keep starting over.
Update
Everything was great! Until this update. NOTHING WOULD LOAD AND IT WOULD FREEZE. I DELETED THE GAME TO HOPE THAT WOULD HELP. I HAVE NOW LOST EVERYTHING AND INHAVE PUT MONEY INTO THIS GAME I AM UPSET!
Way too many ads
They force ads down your throat and make you pay to have them removed. If you decline their “sale” ads become more frequent.

Game never loads. Just gets stuck on 29.4%. Tried uninstalling and restarting my iPad and nothing happens

I already paid you to remove the ads. Now this company wants more money to remove more ads. Pathetic.
Ads ruin it
Don’t get me wrong, i like the game but there ads like literally every 10-20 seconds and its is so incredibly frustrating. They are single-handedly ruining the game. I would understand one after every in-game day but this is ridiculous.

SCAMMED ME! I paid $4.99 for no ads and $200 and they gave me the $200 but kept the add. Then i paid for no ads again for $4.99 and it worked. They charged my card for both and i reached out via email and their website and they refuse to rectify this . STRAIT SCAM BRO!

I purchased this game just to get ripped off. I wouldn’t give this game a full star. I would give it a half a star if any at all it!!
It does not let you pick up the apples when you first start the game then when you figure out how to pick up the apples and it tells you to come put them on the shelf it goes everywhere else except the shelf. I spent 20 minutes, trying to get those apples to the shelf and it took me everywhere but to the shelf !!!

Fix bugs
Like the game but what I would even like more is to play.! The game keeps crashing resetting what I have just done losing money. The whole 9 yards. Will say it’s really disappointing and frustrating ordering products putting them all in the back stock for the game to bug out and you go back in for all your products to be in the front of the store again and you lose money.!! Really making me not want to play. It’s overheating my phone to where it can and will crash also and I play games long on here not many games make my phone over heat.

The game has way too many ads for starters and then on top of not being able to play for no longer then two mins because of the ads I brought no ads and then they made screens outside the store and have the ads playing on full blast making buying no ads completely pointless onto of that if you don’t pay the workers all there money in the span of two days they “go on strike”? And you have to watch ANOTHER ad to get them back

AUDIO ADS after No Adpurchase
I purchased no ads quite a while ago and deleted the game. I redownloaded it and I still have the no ads purchase. BUT while no ads pop up that block gameplay, there are constant ads playing through the audio even when I have the sound turned down to 0.

Still being shown ads even when paying for no ads
This game is generally fun. My main issue is that I paid for no ads yet the app tries to get around this via showing unmutable ads on billboards outside of your store. It completely ruins the gameplay hearing ads and annoying music in the background when you are trying to play the game. The game also tries to force you into watching ads in order to get your merchandise for your store delivered quickly. Items will go from taking 1 minute to show up to 10 minutes per item. It’s almost like the game doesn’t want you to play. I am willing to increase my rating if the ad issue is fixed because I don’t understand the point of paying for no ads if you are going to force ads upon me anyway.

I really enjoyed this game. It was great because I could play it and not have to constantly think about anything. The ads every few minutes were quite annoying, especially since there were in game ads on the billboards outside the shop. I currently can’t get back into the game and I’m not sure why, it’s been stuck on the loading screen. This has been like this for a couple of weeks now and it’s very disappointing.

Got Scammed
I bought a starter pack last year that included the no ads and some freebie lightbolts. I decided I wanted to play it on my iPad and obviously I tried to restore my purchase so I could have no ads. The restore purchase button wasn’t working and I was navigating ways to fix it. Google said the best option was to “re-purchase” but because I already purchased it I wouldn’t be charged! Yeah that didn’t happen. So now I’m down an extra $5.
I don’t even play this game enough to be like hey it’ll even out! Im just disappointed. To many 5$ probably doesn’t seem a big deal but as a minor that’s a lot to me. Can’t even ask for a refund on the old purchase because that was a year ago.
