Not working
I recently had to get an CPAP and logged on to see the data so I can show my doctor (i recently moved and got a PCP) but it hasn’t synced.
It just quit
I’ll admit to being somewhat of a data junkie. I used the predecessor to this particular app with my AirSense 10 machine. At some point, it just quit displaying data. I never got a coherent explanation of why. I was hopeful that this app and my new AirSense 11 machine would be better with the Bluetooth technology. However, about mid-day yesterday, it quit displaying new data. I am not terribly surprised but very disappointed.
App not working
Hasn’t displayed data for a couple of days now. This is the second time in the last few months.
AWFUL service
App never loads info in a reasonable amount of time (hours). As I write this the app hasn’t connected in more than 2 days. My WiFi is working, so is the CPAP machine. The problem is the app.

It used to work. Now it won't stay paired and it barfs because it was already registered to me.

Doesn’t work right since June 12, 2026 update
No longer immediately ramps. Ramp now equals 5minutes instead of 5 seconds. Also, stops every 2 hours, even when I’m awake using it. Also, won’t restart unless I hit top button, inhaling hard no longer restarts it. Also, uses up tank water in single night even though it’s set to release least amount of water at the slowest rate. Also, now keeps working after stopped using, heating up device when tank is empty so must now unplug from wall socket to make it fully go off.

Misses days
Constantly lags a day behind and says I didn’t use it last night. Support sucks. Gives you a canned answer without reading your email.
Data should be both ways
The MyAir app does not share data with Apple Health. They do take data from Apple Health to share with you on their app.
Update broke it
The update gave more AI features that noone asked for and broke the therapy control center. The phone communicates with the CPAP but won't change comfort settings.
No Longer Compatible With iPad/Tablets
Resmed, why did you change the app to where it is no longer compatible with my iPad? Yes, technically I can use it with my iPad but now it doesn’t fit the screen properly and uses only about one third or so of the screen. I’m sure there are many of us who use iPads more so than iPhones particularly when at home. A vast majority of apps are equally compatible with both the iPad and iPhone. I’m disappointed that you monkeyed with something that wasn’t broke. Did you do it to accommodate the Apple Watch? Either way, please consider fixing it for those of us who primarily use the iPad or other tablet at home.
Too much “coaching”
I’ve been on a CPAp for 5+ years. I just want to see my history not all the other mostly useless info. Just give me my numbers.
The mask off count is always wrong. And is basically useless. Almost every night I put the mask on then immediately have to get up to turn a light off, take medicine or something. Definitely not an indication of my sleep. And it’s just wrong Put it on & had to get right back up. That shouldn’t count.

Disappointed
Why did you put the Sign Out inside another menu??? Don’t put essential functions levels down from the main menu. That’s not progress or an improvement!!!
Terrible machine, waste of money
The machine won’t stay on for more than four seconds, I set it up exactly per the instructions and it just turns off every four seconds this has been a complete waste of my time. I literally threw the whole thing in the trash. I highly don’t recommend this.

Selfish & Limited
This app is really a glorified web page; it does not even use faceID unless you tap your use it. Secondly, it fails to update any data without launching it daily adjacent to the CPAP. Finally, it hoards data about you; it not share you own health data into HealthKit. A waste.
Won’t let me sign in
Every time I try to log in it tells me session timed out need to login. I have been trying for days now and can’t even get started with my sleep therapy

It takes minimum of 2 hours to show results sometimes as long as 6 hours
Wrong Data
I feel the app mixes days. I can use it for 7 hrs and the app says I’m still sleeping two more hours. When trying different mask you can’t trust the data because it seems the days hours wise is mixed up. My turn on time is right but my finish time is always wrong with more events that couldn’t be happening. There for you can’t trust the event score ether
App is on life support
Cannot get this app to work on an I pad or a Samsung S26 despite multiple tries. Tech support input noted, tried still with red error messages. Can get it to work on desktop computer. Think you need to scrape the app and start over. Never have had this much problem with an app.
Keep me signed in
This app is actually good, but it’s super annoying when I have to constantly sign in again I should have the option of staying signed in
Share my data with Apple Health!!!
This has been requested since at least 2017. Please make this a priority and share all sleep data with Apple Health so it can provide this data with users in a helpful manner.
Latest update.
Has left my app showing no usage for the last 2 days . Leave things alone that are working properly. This happened before for two weeks. It didn’t record a score. Well, guess what the machines packed away and I’m not using it anymore. I’m not using it and not seeing it shows me NOTHING. If it’s not broken, don’t try to fix it. I’m done with this machine the ordering of supplies. For what ? I get headaches my ears constantly ring my nose burns I break out in little pimples on the sides of my nose. Hallelujah thank you so much for not showing my scores for two days. I will machine ever again. This gave me the reason to stop. I’m not getting information. What’s the sense of using it I can use a chin strap and get the same benefit. I will breath through my nose only . Good Bye to Resmed10 CpAP 💯💯💯‼️‼️‼️
Integration with Apple Health is disappointing
For many many many years users have been requesting that myAir share data with Apple Health.
Despite all comments and descriptions all myAir does is gobble up my information in Apple Health. They refuse to upload my sleep data.

No history
You can not review history of usage for anything older than 30 days.
The apps data is off
I’m happy with the way me Resmed CPAP works but this app is not right. After a night of sleep the app does record the data but it shows under a date that is 12 days behind. When I open the app it says it hasn’t communicated with my machine for a while but when I look at the data 12 days. Back it shows the current data I’ve tried deleting my account resetting up the app deleting the app. I’ve tried everything. nothing seems to change it and because of this, I can’t connect it to my Apple health. It’s basically worthless.
Won’t Connect
I keep getting ‘too many attempts’ message when trying to pair the device to the app. Have reached out to support with no reply for over a week. This app does t work and there is no support for it.

What happened to the humidity setting!
Since last week, about the time of the update I have had problems with a really dry mouth. I used to use at least 1/2 of the water in the tank. In the last 3 days, it has not needed to be filled! I can’t find the humidity setting in the dashboard or on the screen of the bipap!
Not user friendly
You must put in DOB. I’m 75 years old. Have to go month by month back to my birthday. Will not allow manual entry. Must use their stupid calendar. Obviously some 20 yo programmed this.

Battery Hog
Terrible app for battery drain, it uses an immense amount of battery. Even with background app refresh turned off for this app, it still uses a large amount of background resources which quickly drain the phone battery.
Unstable app
When trying to open the app is crashes 3/4 of the time and can’t even get into the app. Tried closing and reopening the app. Tried restarting my phone and nothing seems to help just keeps crashing again and again.

Sleep App - No Dark Mode feature 😆🤦🏽♂️
This app in general leaves a lot to be desired. You would think the most BASIC feature of a SLEEP app would have support for a "Night/Dark" theme instead of the super bright white background on all pages of every part of the app 🤡

Ratings & Scores Discrepancies
This app is MEH at best. Discrepancy between what the PAP machine mask fit says and what the app says. I'm going to believe the PAP machine. Seemingly, in order to achieve a high score/rating on the app, one needs to sleep for longer periods of time and make daily adjustments to the mask fit; as recommended by the app. A person is not always able to sleep continuously for 7+ hours to achieve a high overall score/rating but still wants the benefits of using a PAP machine. App is only good for tracking daily usage, non-inclusive of ratings/scores, and not much else. Thanks but no thanks.

Contains a generative ai assistant. Warns you it could lie and provide harmful information, why include a generative ai assistant when app features and an FAQ would be more reliable? It refused to answer my questions on the reliability of its answers. Say no to genai.
Ok but lack real tome feedback
Basic application with some aggregated meaningless feedback. The basic functions like real time and graphs throughout the time you are using the system are lacking.

The myAir app is all around solid and stable. The problem is that the information it gives is so high level that it’s borderline useless. For instance, knowing when events occur during the night, and what types of events they are, is far more actionable than knowing just how many. While the app will likely never replace tools like OSCAR for power users, it could provide a lot more info in an easily digestible way. Hopefully the developers will consider this.
Sign In required every day
I don’t understand why Sign in is required every day or every other day. How difficult is to keep users signed In.
Dumb App
I was born in the 1940’s. There is no way to enter this without paging month by month through 80 years. It’s not happening. That’s a bad piece of design. Also, I’m supposed to enter a 4 digit code off the screen for Bluetooth connection, but I cannot find such a code or any menu item for Bluetooth
too much useless fluff
Too much useless fluff that feels like it’s aimed at children. It doesn’t need AI, we don’t need participation trophies. If you have questions, discuss it with your doctor.
