The apps data is off
I’m happy with the way me Resmed CPAP works but this app is not right. After a night of sleep the app does record the data but it shows under a date that is 12 days behind. When I open the app it says it hasn’t communicated with my machine for a while but when I look at the data 12 days. Back it shows the current data I’ve tried deleting my account resetting up the app deleting the app. I’ve tried everything. nothing seems to change it and because of this, I can’t connect it to my Apple health. It’s basically worthless.
Won’t Connect
I keep getting ‘too many attempts’ message when trying to pair the device to the app. Have reached out to support with no reply for over a week. This app does t work and there is no support for it.
Constantly logs me out and is missing time after 12 noon
Why is the app now constantly logging me out? Also if a new day begins at noon local time why doesn’t it track that way? It’s off on tracking time. Fix please

Does not sync with Apple Health. I’ve found blogs that date this issue back to 2017. 🤷♂️
What happened to the humidity setting!
Since last week, about the time of the update I have had problems with a really dry mouth. I used to use at least 1/2 of the water in the tank. In the last 3 days, it has not needed to be filled! I can’t find the humidity setting in the dashboard or on the screen of the bipap!
Not user friendly
You must put in DOB. I’m 75 years old. Have to go month by month back to my birthday. Will not allow manual entry. Must use their stupid calendar. Obviously some 20 yo programmed this.
Lost streak?
So I guess I'm just imaging wearing my CPAP? Stupid app made by subhuman garbage.
Battery Hog
Terrible app for battery drain, it uses an immense amount of battery. Even with background app refresh turned off for this app, it still uses a large amount of background resources which quickly drain the phone battery.

I slept very poorly due to the mask and feeling exhausted, but the APP shows great score which is misleading!
No data sharing with 3rd party products
I have used the Resmed product for years. The lack of providing detailed information has always been a problem. I pulled data off my SD card and into a spreadsheet for the first couple of years, but that was labor intensive. I switched to the Apple iPhone in December and thought I would be able to link my data to Apple health. It is April of 2026 and MyAir will pull data from Apple Health, but not provide their data to Apple. You can not take advantage of the Apple health product to see a true consolidated view of your overall health with the Resmed Cpap (MyAir) device. Truly unfortunate .
Update for my phone
I have a IPhone 11 and Resmed will not allow me to update the app. Something about a 18 iOS version. So I need a new phone to use your app?????
Misleading Health Integration
It SAYS it integrates with Apple Health, but that just means it wants you to send your Health data into its own ecosystem. This app is useless if you’re looking for a feed of sleep data into the Health app for integration with other tools
No apple health
It doesn't provide a lot of information. The only important part is the report about events per hour and for how long the user is wearing the CPAP to sleep. Beyond that, no benefits. I'll only change my review if the developer sends my information to apple health. There's where I want my health info centralized. It is a shame to ask me to connect to apple health to basically get data only. Horrible UX.
Needs improved data sharing
App is handy for tracking sleep patterns and compliance. It imports data from the Apple Health app, but refuses to share sleep data with Apple Health. Until full two-way data sharing is implemented this app is lacking and not worth the space it takes on my phone.
Almost Worthless
This app is supposed to give you insightful data on your CPAP journey. It’s completely unreliable. I go 60 days with 1.2 events and randomly I get a 12 reading. No explanation. Now they do a software update and my data doesn’t display 18 hours later. Use it. But never trust it.
Can’t update
With my original machine it Was decent - bit of delay but provided a dash board nonetheless. But then my machine got replaced. The app has a button for updating your equipment but is it clickable? Nope. I’ve reset the app, logged in and out, tried going through my settings, nothing works.

Broken App
This app was great when it worked. My neighborhood had a power outage. After that, this app, no longer displays my equipment, nor does it connect to it. The app won’t let me update my equipment when I click on update nothing happens. When I go to the web and try to add my existing air sense 11 it tells me I can’t add it because it already has been registered. My provider says call ResMed ResMed tells me to send an email to myair. Months go by no reply from myair.
Unsubscribe
The app is ok but it’s extremely frustrating that the company puts a hidden clickable box over the “unsubscribe” button if you want to opt out of marketing emails. Every link in the emails work other than the unsubscribe link. I absolutely hate it when companies do this kind of stuff and I was surprised to see it from you guys.
No longer updating
The app was working fine for the first month, but it’s been a constant struggle since. Today, disconnecting and reconnecting to Bluetooth hasn’t worked. Deleting the app and reinstalling hasn’t worked as before.
It’s like it doesn’t want to move to April or it’s an April Fool’s joke to stay stuck on my March 31 session. It just doesn’t need to be this difficult when all it has to do is download data from the Cpap machine so I can see it easily.

Unable to update machine
I keep tapping the button but it doesn’t work. It will let me update my mask but not the machine. It even has a dumb AI button. I don’t want AI, I just want to update my machine!!
No Response
I can’t download my AirSense data to my Sir. The app won’t let me update the equipment. I have been on the phone with Lincare and RESMED for over an hour with no results???
Constantly have to sign in
Quit logging us out I have to sign in every single morning. No I won’t email your team if other medical apps aren’t this restrictive then I won’t bother to use your app

The app is great to be able to see what happened. But their Apple health integration is a joke. They read in a bunch of different values from Apple health (probably so they can market the fact they have the integration). But they don’t send anything into it. Being able to access all of the stats in my Apple health app would be fantastic. Until they start sharing I have disabled them from getting anything from me. You want my data, share the data you have with me.
Customer service is useless.
I got a new airsense 11 to replace an old airsense 10. When I try to update the equipment on the app, it doesn’t work. I tried getting ahold of support but all the tell you is to see your provider. The provider tried updating but they had the same problem. Still trying to reach out to myair through phone calls and email. I just keep getting recordings to check with provider. Provider gets the same run around. Myair just needs to do their job.

Password annoyance
This will be the most annoying app you have. It constantly logs out and requires you to log back in or reset your password. While resetting there is no option to view your password so if you fat finger it, you have to start all over. You’d think this was Fort Knox and won’t be surprised to have the next update require a retinal scan just to see how long you wore your CPAP. I understand HIPPA, but at some point the app becomes unusable because you hate the constant password resets. I used to use this daily but now I just wear my CPAP and ignore the app. Hate it.

Can’t do anything with the app bc my machine is already connected, and somehow that is a problem..
Decent but lacking
There are two things that I think could greatly improve this app 1) quit the mandatory sign in process every few days. Leave a device signed in. Are CPAP units the target of hackers? Is how someone slept information that commands a high price on the dark web? Leave the app signed in! If someone is concerned let them sign out or have an option available inside the app that lets the user select their preferences 2) I get the whole cloud based information processing delay in getting the previous nights sleep results. But, the unit could sync with a phone locally before it has to go to the cloud. My phone sits 5” from my unit. The info can still go the cloud but that wouldn’t preclude it from being sent to a phone first or simultaneously thanks to the miracle of Bluetooth. This would afford people real time information in their sleep and the cloud info would still be available to their doctor. And before anyone says HIPPA - you could just as easily establish an encrypted connection with the machine using biometrics or two-factor credentials.
Data stopped syncing
I’ve been using the My Air App for 5 years and all of a sudden the Data stopped syncing. It hasn’t been syncing for 3 months now. I can’t seem to contact the developer so I’m leaving this review.
Dumb App
I was born in the 1940’s. There is no way to enter this without paging month by month through 80 years. It’s not happening. That’s a bad piece of design. Also, I’m supposed to enter a 4 digit code off the screen for Bluetooth connection, but I cannot find such a code or any menu item for Bluetooth

AHI does not match machine
Seems to be a change. Machine seems to be reporting average ahi for last 30 days rather than daily. Getting information and answers is awful!
Not great
My first night’s data wasn’t synced to the app. The data you do get is surprisingly limited. I would expect time of events, for example, not just the ahi. On the machine itself, it distinguishes between OSA and CSA, but you don’t get that info in the app. Weird. Not sure how reliable any of that is anyway (trying to keep this limited to the shortcomings of the app and not the device also, cause there’s a few of those).
It’s like everything is half assed. It looks ok superficially but the functionality isn’t there. And there’s no dark mode!!! Should be standard for any app but especially sleep related ones.
And the canned developer response you see over and over, something about it not being for clinical use? Tone deaf and usually beside the point.

Streaks no longer seen
Last week the app started taking my streak freezes and no longer counts my nights (always 4 plus hours) towards my streaks. Hoping th provider is getting accurate information.
UI is there but lacks usefulness
The UI and fluidity of this app is all there. Performance-wise, it’s good. The additions of the AI is worthless and should be opt-in, particularly dealing with health data.
It did end my streak abruptly even though the calendar show no interruptions in my usage. Hopefully that streak data point isn’t used by insurance or my provider in any way.

Interesting and limited utility
Apparently the app has difficulty communicating with the cpap. Streaks mean nothing when after about 212, while the app shows continued usage, it fails to actually continue count. Fix the feature or remove it. Otherwise it’s a placebo. Additionally, I cannot count how many times I have had to sign into the app in a single day because I am somehow logged out from the app.
REMOVE THE AI
Please allow users to disable or opt out of AI. AI is not HIPAA compliant.
In addition, the app is not functional. The “update machine” button is totally unresponsive and the support options just run you in a circle.
Remove the AI, fix the app, and maybe it would warrant a better rating.

Battery hog
I’ve used this app for 2 years and have been happy with it until recently. Something changed and it runs in the background even though I have background refresh disabled. So far today it lists 1 minute screen time, 2 hours 24 minute in background. If it doesn’t get fixed soon I’m going to delete it.
Machine Awesome
Machine works great. App sucks! You can’t add a new machine to the app, and it doesn’t provide data then. You can update the mask, but not the machine.
Really need the travel airMini to be compatible with myAir

All the screen space consumed with boiler plate descriptions are one-time reads but every-time nuisance screen-space hogs. Let us see a 1 screen, no-scroll, no double-click screen summary of our score like we used to have! Then call in sick.
Update: still horrible. Hours to Days to populate. And why dumb down the information and add wordy explanations? Mismanaged. It wasn’t broke so you shouldn’t have “fixed” it. No app is for the users. They’re to collect more data and identify/mine usage patterns. If there is another app which could work with my CPAP machine I’d drop this one in a heartbeat. Congratulations! Original: Not working work all morning, checked for an update, found one. Against better judgment updated, now all I get is a first screen with Getting Started and Sign In - AND NEITHER WORK. Magnificent job. Glad to get my money’s worth. Especially for something no one asked for. Just make it work and stay out of the way.

App doesn’t change Month
Started in March. Now it won’t change to April. Also discrepancies with mask. App will say adjust, but testing on machine says it’s good.
Why no REM data?
Wish the app included REM data. It’s highly important.
Does not seem to accurately log my sleep time
The times on my CPAP and the app don’t match. The CPAP machine records my time accurately, but the app will either severely undersell how long I used it (and it WILL show I used it - it will show how many events per hour, seal breaks, and etc., so I know it’s recording SOMETHING) or, worse, will show I haven’t used it at all. Obviously this is a big problem, as my insurance needs to see me using the machine for a certain amount of time each night. I hope that my doctor will listen to my explanation and look at the chip in my CPAP for the accurate info instead of relying on this app.
I’m giving two stars because it seems like this issue may be localized to my app or machine, as many other reviews are quite positive. If whatever is wrong with my app-machine connection is fixed and the app starts recording my times correctly, I will come back and change my star rating accordingly! The app’s promises are quite good, and when and if I can get it working I know I’ll be happy. It’s just getting it working correctly that’s the problem, and ‘working incorrectly’ in this instance could cost me my machine.
