This app sucks!
The worst app I have. Considering it’s for my health and doctors are the using it, everyone involved should be ashamed of themselves and criminally charged. Don’t know what else to say.

I am not happy with MyChart. There are many inconsistencies with my medical records that I have had fixed and they still show up. I don’t like it and I would rather paper copies of everything..

I HATE my chart. It’s upsetting and crazy and nobody to ask ALL the questions we have. I hate how they’re using less and less people so that means less and less people getting paid was the patient does all the work that seems correct that seems right. UMM NO!!! Not so much. We need to go back to hiring more employees and stop making slave laborers out of us. It’s extremely rude and disrespectful to the patient.

I’m sure that somehow my MEDICAL INFORMATION that is supposed to be protected by HIPPA is being compromised and the developers of this app are profiting from it in the process, want to call to speak to a DR? My daughter is 12 yrs old special needs, I call to access her chart they said she is a teenager I can’t access it I told them she is special needs they said the charge nurse has to change the setting s the charge nurse says no the mychart has to do it .i call them spent an hour on hold and then they hang up on me totally useless
Unbelievably difficult and confusing to use
This app is so bad that I am considering leaving the Fenway altogether. Very difficult and confusing to navigate and use. App appears different every time I open it just as I am getting to used one feature. Getting a prescription is also uneven. Once they said they would be mailed and then…..nothing.
There is no way to contact anyone besides your pcp because there is no directory of all employees at Fenway.

Simply the worst app
How can this app always be so broken? Wanna cancel an appointment? Nope. Wanna message your DR because your new prescription is making you dizzy? Nope. I can understand if this app wasn’t imperative but a lot of time, it’s a very crucial app that shouldn’t be broken all the time. It’s like children are at the helm.
Worthless
It is difficult to navigate. If your providers not listed, you cannot send a message to a provider that you’ve been to and it’s not showing up. It’s hard to message. And considering the population that you played to, it should be simplified.

I thought this was going to link to my existing MyChart now it doesn’t even use the MyChart for NYU or other major hospital My charts. Do not get this. I have now scrambled everything. This is so horrible.

I need to request insurance referrals for all my doctors but whoever programmed the app left out that option. I’m guessing maybe before creating the app they had zero experience, zero training and didn’t really earn the position.
My chart
I have the hardest time logging on to your program .. and then when I do get logged in I’m told that I need to log out and get a code to make sure it’s me!! Frustrating … and I’m sure I might have missed messages.

I don’t like the way I’m never able to speak to my doctor personally using this app.
Ridiculous wait time
If you leave a message on my chart, they will take as long as they can to get back with you. They will want to schedule you so they can bill your insurance or take more money from you. It’s not about helping clients or patients it’s about them making money.

Needs better payment system
This app needs to simplify bill pay. It tells me what I owe and gives a link to pay. But the link takes me to another log in that wants an account number or visit number. It says you can find this information on the back of the bill. But I’m looking at it on the app not a bill. The app already has a log in and uses facial recognition. Once I’m logged in, I should be able to make a payment without needing a different log in. I could understand it if it pulled up payment options and PayPal was in there. Then I would need to sign in to PayPal. But when I’m logged into CHI looking at my bill, then needing to re log in to CHI with different log in parameters to find the bill that I clicked on is silly. When I’m looking at a specific bill and I click pay bill, it should be as easy as any other online transaction. At a minimum it could autofill the information since I’m clicking the link from inside the bill I’m trying to pay.

This little app. We are not that interested in on line communication so make it more simple and we might use it. Take lessons from social security site. Theirs is more user friendly than yours. I’m sorry my MD had to pay for this software. It’s consistently delivering headaches all around.

Glitching last couple months bad
Seems like no matter what screen I’m in (billing/messages/tests/etc) after a minute or sometimes seconds it closes whatever I’m looking at and goes to main app screen. Does this repeatedly so sometimes to read a message or see all tests results is a chore from clicking back and scrolling back down over and over.

Missed appointment info. My nurses hate it too.
I am traveling for a year and mychart will not open. Will not allow me to access records or any info. Can not access doctor list to schedule important appointments. It is impossible to use overseas.
Scheduled appointments
I could not locate all of my scheduled appointments on this app. The app only showed my appt with my PCP & one specialist. It did not show the other appt.’s that I had scheduled from my other specialist. Not real impressed.
Double Identities
Ok. So I’m an older woman and moved 3 years ago from near my son in Oklahoma to near my daughter in North Carolina. Good move, btw. It’s gorgeous green here! Maybe I’m doing something wrong here. I’m having the worst time trying to include my few doctors that use this. I have one doctor that keeps giving me his information for his portalthat I still can’t access. As for making this 2 separate accounts… not happening.

Put ALL test results in one place.
You need to put all test results in one place. Having me log in to a different provider is ridiculous.
I know some providers don’t want to use MYCHART - but for the sake of the patient, you should offer for free all test results on MYCHART (no matter what agency or organization) did them.

EPIC - Not Epic
This system hasn’t been an easy turn over in Lubbock. Emails and text messages are often wrong. Phone calls have not been made. The system doesn’t recognize some insurance contracts and give false information. Eventually it may work well but right now it doesn’t work well.
No responses from staff
Staff never responds to my messages. The only good thing is seeing results and appointments. I have had months of delayed medial care due to lack of response and long appointment waiting times.
