Never has what you’re looking for
This app sucks. It has hundreds of options, but never what you want, like a simple referral request link. And you never know which after care summary link will actually have the information your provider wrote/AI’d during your appointment. And if you want to save time by checking in for an appointment, you have to answer half a dozen questions, and click each one a second time to save the info. Checking in should be a three-click process at the most. Epic is an epic failure. But, since this is what my provider uses, I have no choice.

Get message repeated that an error has occurred on the server. Try back later. Sometimes I can’t see visit notes or lab results

We use same system at UTSW. Never have a problem there. Here we have much difficulty logging in with system cancellation.

Lack of personalization via computer … distasteful
The lack of personal contact is very much disconcerting. I do not like it at all. Yes, it is nice to have results in writing, but not to the point of no contact or comment by the doctor. So, what’s next? Put $.50 in the slot and get more care and medical orders from the robot?
Too many choices
I have 3 accounts with MyChart, if I want to find a past dermatology visit, I’m clueless about finding it other than trying to comb through it all.
It would be great if I could do a search and find them all and I can pick with date.

I cannot use my chart. I’m locked in to having to get my husband old account or my two and even resetting the password fails. Why can’t I use face to open an consolidate both Arice and Alice Jean rice. My husband is deceased Norman rice.

I RELIED on this app
I can’t upgrade the iOS because my phone is too old and now this app won’t work without updating so I’m screwed now. Can’t look at test results, medications, and history. Thanks for disconnecting the elderly, disabled and poor.

No matter my need from my health care team I am unable to get my needs met even after 3 requests viaMy Chart. It usually takes an in person visit to get what i need-like a med refill-so frustrating!!!

Got a new phone and called because my daughter’s account isn’t linked to mine. Only got an email and no help and no call. Still won’t work.

This app is extremely frustrating! You have to really dig to find anything! Basically the medical professionals can wash their hands of any customer care because they’ve given you this pitiful tool!
Total confusion
Recently, Cox Health made a change over and everything is so fouled up. I don’t know where my chart comes in to play, where the Cerner health comes into play or where the my Cox portal comes into play. I am being charged for a visit, but I can’t get any information on the supposed visit and everything is so impersonal. There are certain things where you can get caught in a loop and not get out of it and when I finally did get in touch with someone after three phone calls on the same number being transferred three times they admit there are major flaws and to just ignore it, but I keep getting notifications then I have a balance due. And no way to contact a human without undo stress.

Makes it painfully hard to cancel a bill subscritpion, but super easy to add a card and pay your bills. Not fair

Too confusing to do everything on line! Prefer talking to a real human being not a bot or message! Our time is precious . Don’t want to spend it looking at a screen or sending messages!

My hubby and I are not able to log into his account. It tells us that they have sent a code to his email but nothing shows up. We are checking his inbox, his junk (spam) folder and his trash. We have been trying for 25 minutes to log in.

Maybe it’s by provider. I’ve had great experiences in NY but not in SC
No way to get carriers to enable phone number
Impossible to get verification codes because carrier wont enable carrier and number accurately.

Very frustrating to see extremely wrong information about me. Information that was never even confirmed is incorrectly posted. Not an easy site to change information.

Billing estimates are based on what cost base? A 1000 facility charge estimate for just attending a service for 30 minutes plus 30 minute wait in reception?? System at Gbmc failed to provide secondary insurance Medigap in this case coverage for Medicare Standard policy deductible and co pays. It was implied the patient must pay the gap before the Medigap insurance policy was applied. This is bs 4 times complaining to billing nothing in response other than yes your Medigap policy is noted in your contract. Come on patient is responsible for unpaid final billing NOT in advance of a appointment quesstimate by Gbmc
