All never works
App never has any info on it and always says my plan isn’t active when it actually is. The website is the same way and can’t even pay through them
Can’t find processed clams
For one logged in session with the app, I see the claim that I need to verify. The next day, the claim that was there before is gone. No matter how I try to filter things, the claim isn’t there. It’s frustrating that I have to resort to using my laptop to verify my claims. How about an option to allow the app to filter out the claims that have been paid? Maybe then the app will show more claims that need to be verified.
Language Change Request
I am using the app, but it keeps displaying in Spanish. I cannot find a way to change it to English.

Unable to view dental id card and coverages
I am unable to review my dental ID card snd coverage details since 1/1/2026. Multiple cases opened with IT support and multiple releases have not fixed the issue!
Payments
This app doesn’t let you pay a bill and website makes you add a bank account. Not convenient, I had to jump through hoops to pay this bs.

Cigna IT is a joke
CIGNA IT keeps calling. Hard to believe people get paid to fill in their time card and pretend to work. When they call they don't bother to know the problem. They say things like are you using your email to login or how about we delete your registration and you can register again.

Horrible app update
Wow, updates are supposed to make a app better not worse. Went from an easy to use and navigable app to completely useless with one update.
